Purpose: This study was to examine the effects of foot reflexology on ADL and fatigue in stroke patients. Method: The subjects were 31 stroke patients hospitalized in the Oriental Medicine Hospital of D University from June to November, 2002. Foot reflexology was applied to the experimental group twice a week for 6 weeks, 40 minutes each. For the data analysis, $x^2$-test was conducted to verify the homogeneity of general characteristics and clinical characteristics, and t-test was done to verify the homogeneity of ADL and fatigue. To examine the relative efficacy of the intervention, ANOVA and ANCOVA were conducted. Results: After foot reflexology, the subjects in the experimental group showed significant improvement in ADL. They also had less physical, psychological, and neurosensory fatigue, which are three areas of fatigue. Conclusion: The results suggest that foot reflexology is an effective intervention that helps the body work efficiently, eases stress and strain, and enhances the homeostasis of the body through stimulating the reflex zone of internal organs in the body. Therefore, it is necessary to develop foot reflexology as an unique nursing intervention.

淸 중기 總理事務王大臣 체제와 정국운영

In the entire history of the Qing Empire, the Yongzheng and the Qianlong Emperors organized the Interim Council. The Councils were set up to endure twenty-seven months, which means a mourning period. Generally, many researchers noted that the council assisted the Emperor to handle administrative things in a mourning period. But, the Yongzheng and the Qianlong emperors began work immediately after the death of their fathers, that the organization did not have a lot of rights. Nevertheless, the emperors had persisted the Council during twenty-seven months. The Yongzheng and the Qianlong emperors had a special purpose, it was constructed. First, the Yongzheng emperor tried to eliminate political opponent in a mourning period. At that time, as justification for it, the Yongzheng emperor need the Kangxi emperor’s the posthumous edict and twenty-seven months. In the early Yongzheng period, the biggest political challenger was Y?nsy who was the eighth prince. Immediately after succeeding to the throne, the Yongzheng emperor appointed Y?nsy as a member of the Interim Council. It was to check him by the emperor. The second, the Qianlong emperor attempted to reform the Yongzheng emperor’s politics. Because of this, the Qianlong emperor need the Yongzheng emperor’s the posthumous edict and twenty-seven months. Besides, he used the Council member’s political network. Usually, when the Emperor is changed, that time politically dangerous, there may be many variables. The Yongzheng and the Qianlong emperors hoped soft landing in the first years of their reign. For this purpose, they each organized the Interim Council.

本稿的目的在于 : 探討在乾隆初皇帝掌握軍機處的過程, 藉此了解皇帝權力與軍機處的關係. 淸朝的中央政府機구一面從明朝沿襲下來的制度, 영一面設立著發展獨特的機구. 雍正帝在現有的制度里, 探索新的機구, 所以通過運用小數的官員, 要掌握文書移送的經路. 十分反映這皇帝的用意就是軍機處. 這一機구被安揷在皇帝與中央政府機구, 處理淸中期以後逐漸增加的國家事務. 因此, 這使軍機處作爲總攬軍國大政的機구, 在淸代政治制度上, 흔有重要的意義. 所以通過探討軍機處, 了解全盛期淸朝的支配結구. 乾隆帝于雍正帝去世剛60天, 乾隆帝便下諭裁撤軍機處. 他裁撤軍機處的理由僅由于西北化苗疆的事務漸少, 形勢緩和, 故可以將有軍機處事務亦合幷歸, 總理事務王大臣兼理. 是純從軍事角度考慮和決定的. 但試査對一下當時情況, 此說不符合事實. 于是由總理事務大王臣擔當處理國家日常事務的工作. 因此, 再組織的軍機處繼承總理事務大王臣的全權而得到進一步加强. 通過總理事務大王臣的活動, 在乾隆時期, 軍機處活動範圍擴大了. 登基初, 乾隆帝不得不任用雍正朝的遺臣, 可是從乾隆六年開始, 乾隆帝進行了打擊雍正朝的遺臣. 乾隆十年之後, 隨着統治地位的鞏固, 他將妻舅拉入軍機處, 從而將軍機處完全置于自己的控制之下. 爲了掌握軍機處, 乾隆帝尋조機會, 乾隆十三年因孝賢皇后去世和金川征伐而觸發的政治風波就是一個典型的事件. 利用這事件的處理, 在軍機處里排除雍正正朝的遺臣, 能구掌握軍機處.

淸 中期 皇族의 관직임용 樣相과 특징

이 글은 康熙연간(1662~1722)부터 道光연간(1821~1850)에 이르는 200년에 가까운 시간 동안 皇族들의 관직임용양상을 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 淸朝에서는 황족에게 爵位를 주고 分封을 하였지만 실질적인 권한은 주지 않는 엄격한 관리를 하였다. 17세기 초반 누르하치(Nurhaci, 努爾哈赤) 一家는 통치자의 동업자로 시작하였기 때문에 상당한 위상을 지녔다. 강희제 중반 이후 황제 일인으로 권력이 집중되는 체제가 자리잡은 후에 황족들은 관료 조직 안에서 어떤 모습으로 존재하였는지를 살펴보는 글이다. 지금까지 정치사 분야에서 황족에 대한 연구는 睿親王 도르곤(Dorgon, 多爾袞), 怡親王 윤상(Yūn siyang, 允祥), 恭親王 이힌(Ihin, 奕訢) 등과 같은 주요 인물들에 대한 연구이거나 議政王大臣會議의 위상 약화와 王公들의 영향력 감소에 주목하였다. 이에 이 글은 큰 존재감을 갖지 않았던 ‘평범한’ 황족들의 관직경력을 검토하여 어떤 경로로 관료사회에 진출하였는지를 살펴보았다. 동시에 이러한 황족의 관직임용이 명문화된 규정들과는 어떻게 연결되는지도 살피기 위해 『欽定大淸會典』과 『欽定大淸會典事例』의 관련 내용들을 검토하였다. 청 중기에 大學士, 軍機大臣, 6부 尙書, 都察院 左都御史, 理藩院尙書로 활약했던 이들의 관직경력을 검토한 결과, 筆帖式이나 侍衛 등의 관직을 통해서 관료사회로 진출하였다는 점을 알 수 있었다. 이렇게 황족을 임용하는 절차를 통해서 권력의 중심이 관리할 수 있는 존재로 변화하였다는 점을 확인하였다. This paper examined the appointment of members of the imperial family in the Mid-Qing period. The emperor gave the land and the title to the imperial family. But there was no real authority. In other words they had to live in Beijing and could not own the people. At the beginning of the 17th century, the Nurhachi family was a partner of the ruler. For that reason they had a high status. In the latter part of the Kangxi emperor’s reign, the emperor was able to take over the whole power. This article examines how the imperial family have become bureaucrats. In particular, this article focuses on the not-so-famous royalty. Many studies have focused on the reduction of the authority of Deliberative Council of Princes and Ministers. And other studies were interested in the activities of figures such as Dorgon(多爾袞), Yunsiyang(允祥) and Ihin(奕訢). I also looked at the connection with the provisions of appointing the imperial family as bureaucracy. For this purpose, the provisions of the case of Daqinghuidian(大淸會典) and Daqinghuidianshili(大淸會典事例) were reviewed. Through this study, it was found that the imperial family was appointed as the Imperial bodyguard or bithesi(筆帖式) in the mid-Qing period. The imperial family had to prove their ability to the emperor like ordinary bureaucrats so that they could be promoted. Through this, we can see that the imperial family has changed into a controlled entity in the bureaucracy.

Purpose: This study was done to analyze the experience of nurses working in comprehensive nursing care unit, which is an essential task for developing job instructions and guidelines for nurses. Methods: In total, 161 nurses from comprehensive nursing care units in Seoul, Korea were surveyed from October to November 2018. Differences in work experience according to general characteristics were analyzed by independent t-test. The work experience of the nurses was analyzed by ranking the average by category and item, and the correlation between variables was obtained using Pearson correlation coefficients. Results: Among the sub-categories of work experience, ‘Advance for Better Nursing’ had the highest rank, while the highest item was ‘Patient classification criteria suitable for the use in comprehensive nursing care units are needed’ (4.39±0.78). ‘Advance for Better Nursing’ was significantly correlated with ‘Distributed Difficulties of Nursing’ (r=.48, p<.001). Conclusion: To improve the quality of comprehensive nursing care units in small and medium sized hospitals, job instructions and guidelines for comprehensive nursing care should be developed. Furthermore, a system should be implemented along with policies supporting comprehensive nursing care.
