        진공차단기에서 아크-후 전류의 측정

        After various measuring methods and system were investigated. Rogowski colis for the measurement of parameters in current zero region were designed and manufactured. Using the Rogowski coils and a 38㎸ 40㎸ VCB(vacuum circuit breaker), at last the post-arc current has been successfully measured firstly. It was found that the Rogowski coils used in this study have good characteristics and propriety to measure the parameters of current zero. We realized that the data processing for evaluating the post-arc current from the experimental results needs much more careful attention than that for building the measuring technique and system. The magnitude of post-arc current and the falling time of it to zero are proportioned to the rate of current di/dt. The magnitude of post-arc currents were around 1~3A to the interruption current of 20~30㎸ in the model VCE.

        Acridine Orange 와 Aerosol OT 사이의 상호작용에 관한 염효과의 연구

        AO-AOT계내에서 S/D의 증가에 따라 흡수 및 형광 spectra의 변화 양상이 감소하다가 증가함을 알 수 있으며 희합 및 해리가 일어남을 알 수 있다. 그리고 온도 상승에 따라 순수한 AO계에서는 흡광도가 증가하나 premicellar영역(S/D=10, 20, 50 및 80)내에서는 흡광도가 오히려 점차 감소한다. 한편 AO-AOT계에 첨가한 염의 농도가 증가함에 따라 metachromasy 소멸도는 증가하나 NaNO₃의 경우는 이와 반대로 나타난다. 이러한 염의 양이온에 대한 metachromasy 소멸도의 증가 순서는 Li^+, Na^+>Mg^(2+)>Ca^(2+)이며, 염의 음이온에 대해서는 Cl^->SO₄^(2-)>NO₃^-로 나타남을 알 수 있었다. The changing shape of absorption and fluorescence spectra with increasing S/D in AO-AOT system decreases and then increases again. The aggregation and disaggreation in AO-AOT system occurres. According to increasing temperature, the absorbance increases in pure AO system. But it gradually decreases in premicellar range(S/D=10, 20, 50 and 80). The disappearance degree of metachromasy according to the concentration of added salt to AO-AOT system is increased. However, the case of NaNO₃ is reversed. The order of disappearence degree of metachromasy on cationic salts is Li^+, Na^+>Mg^(2+)>Ca^(2+), and the order of it on anionic salts is Cl^->SO₄^(2-)>NO₃^-.

        Pyronine G 와 계면활성제 사이의 상호작용에 관한 연구

        Pyronine G(PG)와 계면활성제 사이의 상호작용을 흡수 및 형광 분광학적으로 조사하였다. PG-AOT계 내에서 γ-band의 최적 조건은 S/D(계면활성제의 농도)/PG의 농도)의 80 부근에서 가장 좋았으며, 그 이상에서는 stacking 형태가 점차 파괴되는 해리현상이 일어남을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 양이온 및 비이온 계면활성제계들이 첨가되면 PG 단위체의 흡수세기가 증가하였다. 한편, PG-AOT계 내에서 NaCl 농도가 증가함에 따라 S/D < 10까지는 γ-band의 흡수세기가 감소하였다. 그러나 S/D>20에서는 흡수세기가 큰 차이를 보이면서 증가하였다. NaCl를 첨가한 PG-AOT계는 NaCl를 첨가하지 않은 계보다 더 큰 해리현상이 일어남을 알 수 있었다. The interaction between pyronine G(PG) and surfactants has been examined by the absorption and fluorescence spectroscopy. The optimum condition for γ-band in PG-AOT system was found when S/D(concentration of surfactant / concentration of PG) was in the vicinity of 80. The disassociation of stacking conformation occured gradually at S/D>80. In PG-cationic and nonionic surfactant systems the absorptivity of monomeric PG increased. With the increment of the concentration of NaCl in PG-AOT system, the absorptivity of γ-band decreased at S/D < 10 but, increased remarkably at S/D>20. PG-AOT system with the addition of NaCl showed greater dissociation than that without the addition of NaCl.

        차단부 형태에 따른 소전류 차단성능 비교

        This paper presents the results of a small capacitive current interruption test for the three types of interrupter which are called "serial type", "parallel/separated type" and "puffer type" according to the arrangement of the thermal expansion chamber and the puffer cylinder. After the preconditioning test, the small current interruption capability of the "puffer type" decreased, on the contrary, that of the hybrid interrupters increased. A number of reignition have been occurred in the "serial type" hybrid interrupter and the change of small current interruption capability after preconditioning test is mainly influenced by the structure of interrupter. Finally it has been proved that the "parallel/separated type" hybrid interrupter has the best interruption performance through the verification tests.

        가스차단기내 아크의 복사에너지 측정에 관한 연구

        A special PM - Tube(Photo Multiplier Tube) that is using the photoelectric effect has been designed and manufactured to measure the radiation energy of arc in a gas circuit breaker(GCB). The PM-Tube, LLG(liquid light guides), ND(neutral density) filter, and a model gas circuit breaker have been combined for the reception and the transmission of the light and a simplified synthetic test facility with the arc energy measuring system has been established. In the case of SF? gas pressure 5㎏.f/㎠ and arc length 20㎜, the radiation energy increases with the arc current but it tend to be saturated in the above 20㎄. Under the arc current 20㎄, the total radiation energy has the biggest value around 8㎄ and was not exceeded 40% of the total arc energy.

        고압 대전류 아크의 복사강도 측정

        This paper presents the measured radiation intensity of high-pressure and large-current arc with the current. In order to measure the radiation intensity of large-current arc, a model circuit breaker was specially designed and manufactured and the method using an astronomical telescope was utilized after various measuring methods were investigated, A trigger system was designed and fabricated to coincide the time of desired current with the exposure time of 1㎳ of the spectroscope. A high-speed camera was used to investigate the shape and behavior of the arc and the captured results have been used to calculate the radiation energy. The calculated arc temperature with Boltzmann plot method using the measured radiation intensity have 18, 000 ~ 27, 000 K to the current 4㎄ ~ l5㎄ And also, using the calculated arc temperature and the captured arc shape the radiation energy of the current 5㎄ ~ 15㎄ were calculated with 8×10? ~ 4.0×10? W/m respectively.

        영미 기업범죄 형사책임의 전개

        This article is for researching the historical development of corporate liability in common law countries. Corporations, as vital actors in national economies and the global economy, are endowed with legal personality. As such they have capacity to act as subjects of law, and they can also commit crimes. However, how does one consider their capacity, as non-physical subjects of law, to act criminally? Traditional criminal law and criminal liability have been long and firmly associated with the criminal acts of physical persons, convincingly attributing to them mens rea and actus reus as constitutive elements of crime Common law countries such as UK and USA have, in the past, endeavored to contain corporate criminality. Initially, both countries, the initial assumption was that a corporation, not comparable with a human being, could not commit a crime. In the nineteenth century in common law countries began to recognize that the emergence, development and activities of corporations entailed a relevance for criminal law also they could commit crimes. Common law courts dealt with corporate crime by adopting the doctrine of corporate legal personality as a pragmatically useful fiction. Two different judicial approaches evolved: the identification doctrine in the UK and vicarious liability in the USA. However, both judicial practices’ have weak points to impute corporate liability on culpable corporation. Therefore, both countries have tried to modify their jurisdiction for the safety of the public and justice. Finally, it can be shown a slight convergence in defining and punishing corporate crime has taken place. However, both theories were not satisfied to impute criminal liability on culpable corporation completely. That is corporate liability was based on not a culpable corporation but human beings’ (employees) fault. Therefore, new approach, for finding a corporate own mens rea and actus reus, was introduced. Korean penal code can learn or even may adopt common law countries’ judicial practice in order to protect the public from the increasing corporate crime. In that case, it will be necessary to understand corporate own mens rea and actus reus.
