The construction industry has coped slowly with the changes followed by the technology of robotics and IT so far, which is different from other industries. This is because the construction industry consists of unfixed time and place, not repetitive construction process, and labor intensive production structure. Recently, the construction industry is trying to use high IT technology to manage the construction effectively, to increase the productiveness, and to strengthen the competitiveness because of the external factors such as increase of raw material prices, higher labor costs, and a shortage of labor. A study of "Automation for constructing the structures of a high-rise building based on the robotic crane" is also for grafting IT, mechanization, and automation of the construction industry, in which several universities and construction companies participate supported by the Ministry of Land, Transport, and Maritime Affairs. One of the parts in this study is a research called developing the real-time monitoring system. This is a system that sends the information about material supplies, hauling heavy materials, installation, and construction procedure to the robots and the workers, since the hardware like a robot should be developed to automate the steel frame work, but the system to support is also required. Accordingly, this study is to establish the database to support the real- time monitoring system, which is essential for the steel frame work using the robotic crane, and to verify through a prototype.

In Korea, it has constructed many apartments and buildings since 1960 year. Aldo, reconstruction of buildings increases to reform housing condition. Recently, the amount of the construction and demolition wastes has rapidly increased due to increasing construction projects. Illegally, without any treatment, so various harmful environmental pollution problems were occurred In order to respond to interest and regulations in sustainable environment which is increasing, construction industry need to establish a sustainable production system. when generation of wastes can be diminished and recycling of them raised in the construction site as a part of a sustainable production system, it might contribute to not only establishing a sustainable production system but also gaining economical profit. In this study, we classify construction waste in construction phase, analyze the process from its occurrence to disposal, and present the framework of development for construction waste management system applied with RFID.
전십자인대 재건술 후 고식적 재활과 적극적 재활의 결과

The purpose of this study is to compare the results between conventional and accelerated rehabilitation program following ACL reconstruction using bone-patellar tendon-bone. Conventional rehabilitation focused on protecting the new ligament by blocking terminal extension and avoiding active quadriceps function in the terminal degrees of extension. But there is current trend toward early postoperative mobilization and intensive. so called 'accelerated', rehabilitation stressing hyperextension of the knee. The results of intraarticular ACL reconstruction with conventional and accelerated rehabilitation were prospectively compared for one year postoperatively in a series of 27 patients. Range of motion and thigh circumference were checked preoperatively, and weekly up to 8 weeks, 3 months. 6 months, and 1 year postoperatively. Stress radiologic test, KT-1000 arthrometer. Cybex II dynamometer were checked in preoperatively, and 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year postoperatively. There were no differences of objective stability and restoration of muscle power. But the accelerated group had a low incidence of extension loss. excellent range of motion, and less difference of thigh circumference. We concluded that accelerated rehabilitation program is recommendable due to superiority in terms of range of motion, especially less extension loss without increasing laxity of knee joint.
