Purpose: Quality Innovation Managements recently focus on developing relationship with customers to meet their requirements and enhance loyalty in the competitive environments in Countries. The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of innovation, quality, satisfaction and customer loyalty. Methods: After reviewing the literatures, the structural equation modeling (SEM) was conducted test the research model. The data was collected from Quality Leader by the questionnaire In Korea and China. Results: The results of SEM show that hardware innovation quality have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Customer Satisfaction have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Conclusion: The authors demonstrate that the hardware innovation quality is related positively to customer satisfaction. And customer satisfaction has a positive effect on customer loyalty. A number of notable findings are reported including the empirical verification that hardware innovation quality, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty may all be directly related to business performance.
중국 물류기업의 사회적 책임(CSR)이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 중국 물류기업의 CSR 활동에 지각된 조직신뢰와 직무만족이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 이들 변수 간의 내재된 관련성을 검증하였다. 이를 위해 선행연구를 통해 연구모델 및 가설을 도출하여 중국 물류기업 종사자를 대상으로 실증 분석했다. 본 연구의 분석결과를 살펴보면, 중국물류기업의 CSR 중에서 윤리적 책임은 직무만족에 정의 영향을 나타냈으며, 특히 자선적 책임의 경우에는 조직신뢰와 직무만족 모두 유의한 영향을 주었다. 이러한 결과는2002년 이후 중국의CSR활동의 주안점이 윤리적·자선적 책임에 있다는 주장을 보여주고 있다. 따라서 중국 물류시장에 진출하려는 외국투자기업은 중국의 CSR 활동에 선도적 역할을 담당해야 한다는 것을 나타내고 있다. This study examines the effect of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on organizational commitment (OC) and examines how organizational trust and job satisfaction play mediating roles between CSR and OC in chinese logistics companies. From the analysis results of this study, ethical CSR in logistics companies is associated with job satisfaction, especially philanthropic CSR is associated with organizational trust and job satisfaction together. Since 2002, these results suggest that the focus of China`s CSR activities are ethical and philanthropic CSR. As a result, the foreign-invested enterprises in order to enter the chinese logistics market leading to a more active role of chinese CSR activities.
한류와 CSR이 기업이미지 및 구매의도에 미치는 영향분석

This paper takes the Chinese consumers as the research objects, who are from the most dynamic overseas investment areas for the Korean enterprises. It examines whether the Korean wave and CSR will improve the company image and analyzes how they will influence the orientation to buy the Korean products. In the current study, the influence of Korean Wave on the orientation to buy and the influence of CSR on the orientation to buy are always investigated separately. However, in this study, both of them are studied and analyzed simultaneously so as to show the difference between it and the current study. From the analysis results of this study, the Korean Wave and the Company Image have positive effects on the path analysis of the orientation to buy. Besides, the influence of CSR on the company image and orientation to buy also has positive effects, the same as current study. The third aim of this study is to analyze between the two factors: the Korean Wave and CSR, which will exert more influence on the intention to buy the Korean products. In the ultimate analysis results, the Korean Wave has more impacts than the CSR. This is because of the Chinese costumers’ impression of Korean Stars and the desire to become them. As a result, the enterprises who utilize the Star Marketing actives and their products will be much more popular. This popularity has direct impacts on the purchasing psychology.
