      • 강수기 양자강 하구 주변 표층해역의 해양환경과 식물플랑크톤 군집 분포 특성

        We investigated the characteristics of the marine environment and phytoplankton community of surface in the adjoining sea of Yangtze river of the East China Sea in June 2005. According to the analysis of a T-S diagram, three characteristic of water masses were identified. We classified them into the mixed water mass by the Chinese continental coastal waters and Taiwan/Tsushima warm current, Chinese continental coastal waters and Taiwan/Tsushima warm current. The first water mass was characterized by high water temperature, low salinity, low density and very high Chl-a concentration. The second one was characterized by high water temperature, low salinity, low density and high Chl-a concentration and the last one was characterized by low water temperature, high salinity, high density and low Chl-a concentration. The phytoplankton community identified a total of 95 species belonging to 43 genera. The dominant species was 3 species, that is, mainly centric diatom, Skeletonema costatum in the Chinese continental coastal waters. The others one, one dinoflagellates, Prororcentrum donghaiense and one silicoflagellates, Dictyocha speculum var. otonaria in warm current regions. Standing crops of phytoplankton and Chl-a concentration were very high with ranged from 5.9 x 103 cells/L to 1.1 x 106 cells/L, and 2.90 ㎍/L to 26.40 ㎍/L, respectively. Phytoplankton productivity in the East China Sea was controlled by the discharge of Yangtze river waters which include a high concentrations of nutrients.

        서해안과 남해안의 기수역과 연안해역에서 우점하는 요각류 곁노벌레과(Paracalanidae) 2종의 수온과 염분에 따른 분포 특성

        Distribution characteristics of two dominant paracalanids of the family Paracalanidae on temperature and salinity were studied in the brackish and coastal waters from the West and South coasts of Korea. Bestiolina coreana mainly occurs in a range of 29.8~31.3 psu salinity and temperature of more than about 20℃, while Paracalanus parvus s. l. mainly occurs in a range 17~20℃ temperature and more than 30 psu salinity. The fact clearly indicates that temperature and salinity was a major factors in spatio-temporal distribution between these two paracalanids.

      • 하계 동중국해 해양구조 및 식물플랑크톤 생물량의 공간적 분포특성

        We were carried out on the thermohaline structure and phytoplankton biomass, such as chlorophyll a in the East China Sea during early summer in 2001. As a results of water mass on T-S diagram, three characteristic water mass were identified. We are divide them into coastal water mass, cold water mass and oceanic water mass. The former are characterized by high temperature, low salinity and high Chl-a concentration originated China territory, the secondary are characterized by low temperature, high density and high Chl- a concentration originated bottom cold water of Yellow Sea, and the latter are high temperature, high salinity and low Chl-a concentration originated from Tsushima warm current, between them internal discontinuous layer was formed at the intermediate depth (about 20 ~30m and 45m layer). Phytoplankton biomass, such as chlorophyll a concentration in the East China Sea were controlled by the coastal waters of Chinese Continent.

        청계만 식물플랑크톤 크기구조의 계절적 변동

        청계만에는 3개의 방조제(창포, 복길, 구일)가 위치하고 있고 이로부터 유입되는 담수로 인한 환경의 변화가 예상된다. 이를 조사하기 위해 2006년 11월(가을), 2007년 2월(겨울), 5월(봄), 8월(여름)에 각 방조제 앞에서 3개 정점을 선정하였다. 각 방조제 정점에서 대발생은 갈수기인 2007년 2월에 대형식물플랑크톤에 의해 발생하였고 풍수기에는 중 형식물플랑크톤이 우점하는 분포를 나타냈다. 각 방조제 정점에서 풍수기에는 담수의 유입으로 인하여 염분과 투명도는 낮고 암모늄과 인산염은 갈수기인 2007년 2월보다 높게 나타났지만 식물플랑크톤 생체량은 낮게 나타났는데 이는 담수의 유입으로 인한 높은 탁도나 염분의 급격한 감소가 영양염류보다 더 영향을 미치는 것으로 사료된다. 즉 본 조사해역에서 갈수기인 2007년 2월에는 식물플랑크톤의 성장에 영양염류가 영향을 미치지만 풍수기에는 높은 탁도나 급격한 염분변화가 영양염류보다 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 판단된다. Three embankments are located in the Chunggye Bay, each named as Changpo, Bokkil and Kuil and environmental changes are expected due to freshwater input. To investigate this phenomenon, three sample sites in front of each embankment gate were selected in Nov. 2006(autumn), Feb. 2007(winter), May. 2007(spring) and Aug. 2007(summer). At every point of embankment spot, large cells(micro-size, >$20\;{\mu}m$) of phytoplankton were turned out to be a major cause of algal bloom in Feb. 2007 and nano-size($2-20\;{\mu}m$) phytoplankton became dominant during rainy season. In rainy season, each point of embankment showed low salinity and transparency with higher ammonium and phosphorus concentrations than dry season. However, the number of phytoplankton has decreased and it is expected that freshwater influx has more influence on high turbidity and radical decrease of salinity than nutrient. According to the results of this study, therefore, nutrient could have more influence on growth of phytoplankton in dry season, but high turbidity and radical changes of salinity have more influence in rainy season.

      • 2005년 봄 한국서남해역 수도수도의 식물플랑크톤 군집분포 특성

        We carried out a study on the distribution of phytoplankton community, such as species composition, dominant species, standing crops and chlorophyll a in the Sudo Strait where located the southern parts of West Sea of Korea(Yellow Sea) in spring 2005. The phytoplankton community in the surface waters was a total of 64 species belonging to 38 genera. Standing crops of phytoplankton fluctuated between 14.0 x 103 cells/L and 48.5 x 103 cells/L. Dominant species were one species of centric diatom, Paralia sulcata with dominance 77.7%. Chlorophyll a concentration fluctuated between 1.95 ㎍/L and 5.17 ㎍/L in neap tide (3.58 ± 0.87㎍/L, Mean ±SD), 1.61 ㎍/L and 4.22 ㎍/L in spring tide (3.18 ± 0.60 ㎍/L). The distribution of phytoplankton community and biomass in the Sudo Strait of southern part of West Sea of Korea was controlled by the high concentration of seston weight and tidal currents.

        여수 금오열도 연안에서 동물플랑크톤 군집의 계절 변동

        본 논문은 국립수산과학원 “신자산어보 발간을 위한 흑산도 연안생태계 조사 (RP-2013-ME-070)” 연구의 일환으로 수행되었습니다. To understand the seasonal changes in the zooplankton community, we investigated their occurrence patterns and environmental factors during four seasons at 9 stations along the coast of Geumo Archipelago, Yeosu. A total of 44 taxa were sampled, with an abundance ranging from 15~28,183 inds. m- 3, among which Noctiluca scintillans predominented. Noctiluca scintillans, Paracalaus parvus s. l., Acartia (Acartiura) omorii, Oithona spp., Aidanosagitta crassa, dedapods larvae, copepods nauplii, and copepodites were the most abundant taxa detected. Species diversity of zooplankton was high in autumn and winter, but it was relatively low in summer and spring. Non-metric multidimensional scaling (nMDS) revealed significant differences in the structures of the zooplankton community among the seasons. Our results showed that the seasonal variation in zooplankton community along the coast of Guemo Archipelago, Yeosu were attributable to seasonal changes in temperature, salinity, and Chl. a concentration. Additionally, this particularly study area might have been specifically influenced by occurs of the neritic species.

      • 2004년과 2005년 하계 제주 부근 해역에 있어서 저층 트롤 어획물의 종조성

        본 연구는 트롤 어획물의 종조성을 조사한 것으로 2004년 6월 24일부터 25일 그리고 2005년 6월 23일부터 25일 사이에 제주 북동 해역에서 행해진 9회의 저층 트롤 시험 조업 결과이며, 예망 속력은 3.2~4.1k t였다. 어획물은 어류가 2강 15목 41과 54종이었으며, 연골어류가 3목 4과 6종, 경골어류가 12목 37과 48종이었다. 어획된 어류중에서는 농어목 어류가 20과 24종으로 가장 많았다. 두족류는 1강 3목 4과 5종이 어획되었고, 살오징어목 꼴뚜기과의 화살꼴뚜기가 가장 많이 어획되었다. 갑각류는 1강 1목 4과 8종이 어획되었고, 십각목 꽃게과의 얼룩민꽃게가 가장 많이 어획되었다. 각 조사지점에 있어서 어획마리수 및 생체량은 0401에서 1,144마리 376.0kg, 0402에서 908마리 240.3kg, 0403에서 2,050마리 300.4kg, 0501에서 996마리 161.0kg, 0502에서 442마리 131.5kg, 0503에서 2,193마리 409.1kg, 0504에서 2,298마리 426.8kg, 0505에서 1,063마리 154.2kg 그리고 0506에서 1,882마리 405.2kg이었다. 조사지점의 종다양성지수는 1.49~2.67, 종풍부도 지수는 2.13~4.43, 종균등도지수는 0.48~0.78, 우점도지수는 0.32~0.80의 범위였다. The experiments was conducted to investigate the species composition of catches collected by the bottom trawl on June 24 to 25, 2004 and June 23 to 25, 2005 in the adjacent waters of Jeju island using a trawler “DONGBAEK” belongs to Chonnam National University. The investigation was carried out at the 9 stations and the towing speed was 3.2~4.1k t. The catches were composed of 54 species from 41 families, 15 orders and 2 classes for fishes and 6 species, 4 families and 3 orders for Chondrichthyes and 48 species, 37 families, 12 orders for Osteichthyes. The catches of Perciforms were the highest as 24 species and 20 families for fishes. The catches of Spear squid, Loligo bleekeri and Charybdis riversandersoni were also the highest for mollusca and crustacea as 5 species, 4 families, 3 orders, 1 class and 8 species, 4 families, 1 order, 1 class respectively. In the 9 stations, number of individuals and biomass were 1,144 and 376.0kg at 0401, 908 and 240.3kg at 0402, 2,050 and 300.4kg at 0403, 996 and 161.0kg at 0501, 442 and 131.5kg at 0502, 2,193 and 409.1kg at 0503, 2,298 and 426.8kg at 0504, 1,063 and 154.2kg at 0505 and 1,882 and 405.2kg at 0506. The diversity index of each stations ranged between 1.49~2.67 and it showed the richness index of 2.13~4.43, the evenness index of 0.48~0.78 and the dominance index of 0.32~0.80.

      • 2003~2005년 하계 황해 남부 해역에 있어서 저층 트롤어획물의 종조성

        본 연구는 트롤 어획물의 종조성을 조사한 것으로 2003년 6월 28일부터 29일, 2004년 6월 24일부터 26일 그리고 2005년 6월 26일부터 29일까지 황해 남부 해역 10개 조사 지점에서 저층 트롤 어구를 사용하여 시험조업이 이루어졌으며, 예망 속력은 3.4~3.9kt였다. 어획물은 어류가 2강 14목 38과 57종이었으며, 연골어류가 3목 3과 5종, 경골어류가 11목 35과 52종이었다. 어획된 어류중에서는 농어목 어류가 14과 19종으로 가장 많았다. 두족류는 1강 2목 3과 5종이 어획되었고, 살오징어목 오징어과의 화살꼴뚜기가 가장 많이 어획되었다. 갑각류는 1강 2목 10과 18종이 어획되었고, 십각목 가시발새우과의 가시발새우가 가장 많이 어획되었다. 각 조사지점에 있어서 어획마리수 및 생체량은 0301에서 484마리 23.28kg, 0302에서 78마리 11.00kg, 0303에서 436마리 10.51kg, 0401에서 561마리 25.20kg, 0402에서 15마리 4.34kg, 0501에서 263마리 11.63kg, 0502에서 2,383마리 95.61kg, 0503에서 123마리 11.87kg, 0504에서 273마리 71.51kg 그리고 0505에서 59마리 10.42kg이었다. 그리고 0302, 0303, 0402 그리고 0505에서는 해파리가 어획되었다. 조사지점의 종다양성지수는 0.71~2.38, 종풍부도 지수는 1.48~4.28, 종균등도지수는 0.21~0.92, 우점도지수는 0.17~0.90의 범위였다. 다획 어종의 체장 범위는 아귀 10~70cm(전장), 황강달이 7~17cm(전장)로 나타났다. The experiment was conducted to investigate the species composition of catches collected by the bottom trawl on June 28 to 29, 2003, June 24 to 26, 2004 and June 26 to 29, 2005 in the southern waters of Yellow Sea using a trawler DONGBAEK belongs to Chonnam National University. The catches were composed of 57 species from 38 families, 14 orders and 2 classes for fishes and 5 species, 3 families and 3 orders for Chondrichthyes and 52 species, 35 families, 11 orders for Osteichthyes. The catches of Perciforms were the highest as 19 species and 14 families for fishes. The catches of Spear squid, Loligo bleekeri and Red banded lobster, Metanephrops thomsoni were also the highest for mollusca and crustacea as 5 species, 3 families, 2 orders, 1 class and 18 species, 11 families, 2 order, 1 class respectively. In the 10 stations, number of individuals and biomass were 484 and 23.28kg at 0301, 78 and 11.00kg at 0302, 436 and 10.51kg at 0303, 561 and 25.20kg at 0401, 15 and 4.34kg at 0402, 263 and 11.63kg at 0501, 2,383 and 95.61kg at 0502, 123 and 11.87kg at 0503, 273 and 71.51kg at 0504 and 59 and 10.42kg at 0505. And the jelly fishes were caught in station 0302, 0303, 0402 and 0505. The diversity index of each stations ranged between 0.71~2.38 and it showed the richness index of 1.48~4.28, the evenness index of 0.21~0.92 and the dominance index of 0.17~0.90. Total length distribution of the dominant specise were 10~70cm for Yellow goosefish, Lophiomus setigerus, 7~17cm for Collichthys lucidus.
