        엘리트스포츠 지도자윤리 정립을 위한 세가지 윤리학적 접근

        The purpose of this study is to assumed that duty ethics of Kant, virtue ethics of MacIntyre, care ethics of Noddings as theoretical framework of the ethics of sports leaders, it’s have explored the ethics of sports leaders that should be observed in the process of coaching athlete. Three kinds of ethics theory examined in this study will have a mutually complementary aspects. If it is emphasizes ethics of leaders focused on “Personal and Principal Obligations” of kant, community virtues and consideration in the relations of closely-held individuals personal easy to be neglected. Virtue ethics and care ethics complement each other. That is, care ethics will be explained well taking into account that the instructor needs to take care of the players as needed in some cases. On the other hand, if the ethics of the sports leaders focused on “careful relationships” of Noddings emphasize the focus on personal relationships, it’s easy to neglect that moral obligation to reasonably duty and community virtue to pursued beyond individuals to constant distance between individuals, this is supplemented by duty ethics and virtue ethics. Thus, the ethics of sports leader of the three ethical theory perspectives are more mutually complementary, diverse and multidimensional than mutually exclusive and they are expected to contribute to establishing the ethics of leaders, also through the education of ethics of sports leader. Therefore, an understanding of these ethical theories is expected to be helpful in providing answers to the various ethical issues required of elite sports leaders in the context of multidimensional sports.

        The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of elastic strength training fat of body and physical strength in elderly women. Elderly women of twenty four was participated voluntary in this study. The subjects had lived in the K city and treated with elastic strength training for 10 weeks. The results were as follower, the elastic strength training showed the significant difference in fat of body and physical strength of elderly women. According to this study elastic strength training showed improvement increase physical strength and decrease fat of body in elderly women.

        50대 남·여의 불갑산 등산로별 운동강도와 에너지소비 프로그램 개발에 관한 연구

        In the result of estimating energy consumption by gradient and exercise intensity, on each 20 people in fifties` male and female group, in 6 climbing courses in Bulgapsan, the total distance is 5795.5~8201.5 m and it need 125~210 minutes to round the course. Gradient affecting the exercise intensity was 14.5~21.1% and the mean exercise intensity was 40.7%HRmax~55.5%HRmax. As the recommended exercise intensity, it is an appropriate course. In addition, the climbing course makes 4.2kcal/min-5.8kcal/min energy consumption, it is very ideal energy consumption intensity. As synthesizing this result, the study object A, B, C courses can be called the health course, and D, E, F courses can be called energy course.

        시상하부 - 뇌하수체 - 부신피질계

        시상하부에는 내분비 기능을 갖고 있는 신경분비세포라고 하는 세포군이 있으며, 이 세포들이 중추신경계와 내분비계를 형태적, 기능적으로 연결한다. 시상하부는 중추신경계로부터 입력을 받아서 뇌하수체 전엽의 여러 호르몬 분비를 촉진하거나 억제하는 방출인자와 억제인자를 생성한다. 뇌하수체 전엽호르몬으로는 부신피질 자극호르몬(ACTH), 갑상선 자극호르몬(TSH), 황체형성 호르몬(LH), 난포 자극호르몬(FSH), 성장호르몬(GH) 및 프로랙틴(prolactin)이 있다. 부신피질 자극호르몬이 부신피질에 작용하는 시상하부-뇌하수체-부신피질계의 주요 호르몬이다. 뇌하수체 후엽에서는 항이뇨 호르몬(vasopressin: ADH)과 옥시토신(oxytoxin)이 분비된다. 부신피질은 당류피질 호르몬(glucocorticoids), 염류피질 호르몬(mineral-ocorticoids) 및 성호르몬(androgens)을 분비한다. 당류피질 호르몬에는 코티졸(cortisol)과 코티코스테론(corticosterone)이 있는데, 인간은 주로 코티졸을 분비한다. 당류피질 호르몬의 분비는 부신피질 자극호르몬에 의해 자극되며, 또 부신피질 자극호르몬은 시상하부 호르몬인 부신피질 자극호르몬 방출인자(CRF)에 의해서 자극된다. 이처럼 시상하부-뇌하수체-부신피질계는 기능적으로 연결되어 외적자극(stress)이나 내부의 항상성(homeostasis) 교란에 반응하여 활성화 된다.시상하부-뇌하수체-부신피질계는 부신피질자극호르몬, 카테콜라민(catecholamin) 베타엔돌핀(bata-endorphin) 및 코티졸과 같온 호르몬을 증가시킴으로써 운동에 반응한다. 이러한 호르몬의 분비는 운동강도와 운동기간과 관련이 있는 것으로 믿어진다. 여러 연구들은 시상하부-뇌하수체-부신피질계 호르몬의 증가를 위해서 최소한 70%의 운동강도로 일회적인 운동이 필요한 것으로 나타냈다. 많은 생리학자들은 이러한 반응을 얻기 위해서 무산소성 운동을 해야 한다고 주장한다. 그러나 운동강도를 증가시키는데에는 한계가 있을 것이다. 마지막으로, 지속적인 운동은 유사한 상대부하에서 호르몬의 중가를 촉진시키고, 같은 절대부하에서 호르몬의 감소를 촉진시키는 것으로 나타났다.

      • 척수장애인의 수중훈련이 혈중 렙틴 및 인슐린 농도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of a 12-week swim training program on the change in plasma insulin and leptin concentration levels in the disabled with spinal cord injuries. There are significant changes in both plasma insulin and leptin concentration levels of the disabled with spiral cord injuries through the 12-week swim training program. The subjects` insulin concentration level was 20.29±5.81μIU/mL before doing activities, but decreased to 14.50±6.19μIU/mL after their swim training program. That is, the significant difference was p=.012 at p<.05. The leptin concentration level dropped from 6.80±2.14ng/mL to 4.66±2.78ng/mL after 12 weeks. So the significant difference was p=.034 at p<.05. The results from this study show that the swim training program affected significantly the concentration level of both plasma insulin and leptin for the disabled with spinal cord injuries, boosting the activity energy metabolism. Therefore, the swim training program is effective to keep the disabled with spinal cord injuries from gaining weight. And it is likely to be the appropriate program to prevent complications from overweight of the disabled with spinal cord injuries.

        농촌지역 주민의 생활체력에 관한 경향 분석

        Vertical studies about changes of old people`s physical fitness of daily living are restrictive. So in this study, as we compared residents` physical fitness of daily living by ages, we intended to offer basic data for healthy old age, improving quality of life. The number of persons by ages is 182 in teens, 125 in twenties, 123 in thirties, 154 in forties, 169 in fifties, 318 in sixties, 298 in seventies, total 613 males and 756 females of 1369 are tested by muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, balance, agility, power, and cardiorespiratory endurance. In the result of male, the balance falls under 50% of highest point in forties, the flexibility and muscular endurance fall in fifties, the muscular strength and power and agility fall in sixties. In the result of female, the balance and muscular endurance fall under 50% of highest point in forties, the agility and power fall in sixties, the flexibility and muscular strength fall in seventies. Like this, dropped physical fitness raises the ratio of disease relaxant and affects the healthy quality of life. So at least, to secure the physical fitness of daily living, we think the foundation of continuously participating in exercises from forties should be built.

        남자 고등학생의 최대하 벤취 스텝핑 운동에 따른 적정 벤치스텝 높이 설정

        The purpose of this study was to establish the optimal target heart rate and %maximal heart rate reserve (%HRR) by submaximal bench stepping exercise according to bench step heights in normal male high school students. Twenty-eight normal male high school students participated in bench stepping exercise for 20 minutes at each bench step heights (5cm, 10cm, 15cm, 20cm, 25cm, 30cm, 35cm, 40cm), and the exercise in bench step heights was randomized using a balanced Latin Square. To find out the most appropriate training stimulus, exercise intensity by each bench step heights was established by the % HRR of Karvonen`s formula. Statistical techniques for data analysis were repeated measure two-way ANOVA to determine the difference between each bench step heights and % HRR in the bench step heights, and post-hoc test was utilized Student`s Newman Keuls (SNK). The results are as follows: the level of % heart rate reserve in each bench step heights was established 24%-28% at 5cm, 27%-31% at 10cm, 36%-41% at 15cm, 41%-46% at 20cm, 47%-56% at 25cm, 49%-62% at 30cm, 56%-75% at 35cm, and 56%-85% at 40cm. These results of repeated measure two-way ANOVA according to % exercise intensity among each bench step heights and exercise durations showed significant different in % exercise intensity (F=2105.913, p<.001), exercise durations (F=12.987, p<.001), and interaction (F=1.776, p<.001). Therefore, the SNK test of % exercise intensity in higher bench step heights and exercise durations showed significant increase in higher exercise intensity increased by bench step heights and exercise than that of lower bench step heights and duration. Thus, actual exercise intensity over 41% HRR was established as 15cm, 20cm, 25cm, 30cm, 35cm, 40cm, and the values of %HRR were greater than those used by the American College of Sports Medicine. In conclusion, it seems that bench step heights for 20 minutes may indeed offer and adequate aerobic training stimulus in normal male high school students.
