        류마티스질환에서 B 세포 표적 치료

        B cells play an important role in the pathogenesis of autoimmune disease. B cells not only produce pathogenic autoantibodies, but also present self-antigens to T cells and provide costimulatory signals for self-reactiveT cells. Recently, biologics have been tried in several autoimmune diseases as immune modulators with some promising results. Among them, several biologic agents that target B cells have led to improved patients` outcomes and quality of life in patients with rheumatoid arthritis and systemic lupus erythematosus. These agents either deplete B cells by targeting B cell surface antigens, such as CD20 and CD22, or block B cell survival by inhibiting the activity of B cell survival factors, such as BLyS and APRIL. Initially, I discuss briefly the role of B cells in driving autoimmune diseases, and then focus on the efficacy and safety data of the B cell-targeted therapy in rheumatoid arthritis and systemic lupus erythematosus.

        열간성형공법으로 제작된 현가부품의 피로특성 연구

        보론강을 사용하는 열간성형은 경량화된 자동차 차체부품의 생산을 위해서 최근에 널리 사용되고 있으며, 열간성형 후 약 1,500 MPa 정도의 고강도 특성을 얻을 수 있다. 그러나 열간성형이 현가부품에 사용되기 위해서는 고강도 특성보다 피로특성이 더 중요해진다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 열간성형에 의해 제작된 자동차 현가부품의 일종인 튜블러 토션빔 액슬의 피로특성에 대하여 연구하였다. 냉각방식에 따른 보론강의 저주기 피로특성에 대하여 연구하였으며, 튜블러 토션빔 액슬의 피로수명을 예측하기 위해서 구조 및 피로해석이 수행되었다. 튜블러 토션빔 액슬의 토션빔 영역에서 응력집중이 발생하였으며, 열간성형에 의한 고강도화가 튜블러 토션빔 액슬의 수명향상에 큰 영향을 미쳤다. Hot forming using boron steel is currently used for manufacturing low-weight automobile body parts, and a high tensile strength of about 1,500 MPa is obtained after hot forming. However, a high fatigue life is a more important factor than high strength when it is used for automobile suspension parts. A tubular torsion beam axle (TTBA) is one of these suspension parts, and this research deals with the fatigue characteristic of TTBA using hot forming. The low cyclic fatigue life of boron steel is investigated according to the cooling method. In addition, a structural and fatigue analysis of TTBA is performed to predict the fatigue life. The stress concentration that occurs in the tubular torsion beam is found, and the longest fatigue life occurs when rapid cooling is utilized in the TTBA fabrication.

        급성심근경색에서 Troponin T 와 경색의 크기와의 상관관계

        N/A Objectives: The estimation of infarct size has been important in evaluation of prognosis of the patients who had acute myocardial infarction. The infarct size estimated by the thallium-201 SPECT has been known to correlate with the prognosis of patient. The enzymatic estimation by the total release of creatine kinase isoenzyme MB(CK-MB) has been widely used in estimating infarct size clinically, but inconvienent and not cardiospecific. Recently, serum troponin T, cardiospecific myofibrillar protein, has been used in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction, and used in the estimation of reperfusion following myocardial infarction. To assess the role of the late troponin T peak concentration on the estimation of infarct size, this prospective study was carried out. Methods: The patients with acute myocardial infarction who were admitted, within 48hours after the onset of chest pain, to Ajou University Hospital between April 1995 and August 1995 were evaluated. All patients were divided into anterior and inferior infarct and checked serum troponin T and CK-MB serially, and underwent stress Thallium-201 SPECT 1 week after infarction, In each group, we assessed the correlation of the late toponin T peak concentration, the total release of CK-MB, and the infarct size estimated by thallium-201 single photon emission computed tomography(SPECT). Results: 1) The eligible subjects consisted of 22 patients (17 men and 5 women), and age ranged from 29 to 77 years(mean 57.8±12.5 years). 2) The mean arrival time to the hospital after the onset of chest pain was 15.5±13.2 hours. The 19 patients had at least one risk factor for coronaryartery disease. 3) The late troponin T peak concentration and the total release of CK-MB in patients with anterior infarction were not different from those with inferior infarction. The infarct size estimated by the thallium-201 SPECT in patients with anterior infarction was larger than patients with inferior infarction The left ventricular ejection fraction in anterio infarction was lower than inferior infarction. 4) The late troponin T peak concentration ha: positive correlation with the infarct size estimated by the thallium-201 SPECT in the total patients, and both patients with anterior infarction and inferio infarction. 5) The total release of CK-MB correlated with the infarct size estimated by the thallium-20 SPECT in the total patients, and the patients of inferior infarction. Conclusion: The late troponin T peak concentration was more accurate than the total release o CK-MB in the estimation of infarct size. Therefore, when the patient arrived to the hospital less than 48hr after the onset of chest pain, the late troponin T peak concentration is useful in the decision and evaluation of therapeutic intervention and in the prediction of prognosis.

        초고강도 소재가 적용된 U 형 채널 제품의 다단공정변수에 따른 스프링백 영향

        자동차 부품의 경량화를 위해서 초고강도강의 사용이 확대됨에 따라 판재성형 공정에서 초고강도강판의 스프링백 제어의 중요성이 점차로 확대되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 초고강도 소재를 사용한 U 형 채널 부품의 성형을 위해서 사용되는 다단공정에서 공정 변수들이 스프링백에 미치는 영향에 대하여 검토하였다. 해석을 위해서는 유한요소법이 사용되었으며, 주요 공정 변수는 공정수, 금형 각도, 금형 반경, 펀치성형방향이다. 단공정에 비해서 다단공정이 스프링백을 아주 효과적으로 제어할 수 있었으며, 금형반경과 펀치성형방향의 각도가 작을수록 스프링백 제어에 효과적이었다. 그러나 금형 각도의 영향은 크지 않았다. Ultra-high-strength steels (UHSSs) are widely used for lightweight automobile parts, and the control of springback is very important in sheet-metal forming. The object of this study is to verify the effects of multi-stage forming process parameters for U-channel-type automobile parts made of UHSS. Finite element analysis is carried out to predict the formability and springback. The main parameters considered for the multi-stage forming process are the die angle, die radius, and punch-forming direction. It is shown that multi-stage forming is very effective for reducing springback, and that a small punch-forming angle and die radius reduce springback, whereas the die angle does not have a large effect.

        문화마케팅의 효과에 관한 탐색적 연구

        본 연구는 문화마케팅이 마케팅커뮤니케이션 수단으로 점차 전략적 검토가 이루어지고 있는 가운데 문화마케팅의 이론적 연구의 기본원류인 스폰서십의 해외연구를 기본으로 하여 스폰서십의 주요연구를 고찰하였다. 그리하여 스폰서십의 마케팅커뮤니케이션 처리과정에서 중요하지만 국내문화마케팅 관련연구에서 간과되어온 이미지 적합성(match)과 소비자의 이벤트에 대한 활동성, 참여도 등 태도 및 관여도 요인을 중심으로 문화마케팅의 마케팅커뮤니케이션 수단으로서의 효과를 연구할 수 있는 이론적 배경을 모색하였다. 첫째로 스폰서십에서의 스폰서와 지원이벤트간의 이미지 전이(transfer) 및 적합성(match)연구를 근거로 하여 문화마케팅 활동 기업의 업종과 문화마케팅 활동과의 적합성에 따라 문화마케팅 활동의 효과 차이를 검증해볼 필요성을 제안하였다. 다음으로 문화마케팅의 수용자인 소비자 관점에서 소비자의 문화예술에 대한 태도 및 문화예술 영역, 예를 들면 음악, 미술, 영화/연극 등의 문화예술영역의 소비자 태도 및 관여도에 따라 문화마케팅 활동의 효과 차이를 알아볼 수 있음을 제시하였다. 이와 같이 문화마케팅에서 소비자의 문화예술 태도 및 관여도등 소비자특성을 중심연구과제로 부각할 필요성을 제안하였고 스폰서십관련 연구중 이미지 적합성 및 전이를 문화마케팅에 적용하여 연구할 필요성을 제기한데 본 탐색적 연구의 의의가 있다. This study has been done in the trend that the culture marketing has become a major tool for effective marketing communication.This study investigated major foreign literatures on sponsorship, which is the theoretical basis of culture marketing.Thus this study provided theoretical background for the effects of culture marketing that focused on the image match and consumers activeness, participation, attitude and involvement toward culture marketing. Firstly, this study proposes a need to study different effects of culture marketing according to the image match or transfer of company industry and culture marketing sponsors. Secondly, from the view point of consumer, this study proposes an empirical study model that investigates different effects of culture marketing according to the consumers attitude and involvement toward culture and arts.This empirical study can be extended to consumers attitude and involvement toward specific genre of arts, for example music, paintings, movie etc.So thus this study proposes consumers attitude and involvement as an important moderator of culture marketing effects.

      • 기관지천식 환자의 기관지분비물내 총 IgE 항체치 연구에서 유도객담검사의 유용성

        Background: IgE antibodies have been considered to play an important role in the pathogenesis of atapic asthma. However, there have been only few studies on the role of IgE in airway secretion in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma. This might be partly due to difficulty in sampling of airway seceretion from asthmatic patients. Recently, sputum induction method by inhalation of nebulized hypertonic saline was developed, and proved to be valid and useful method for obtaining airway secretion from asthmatic patients for studying air- way inflammation. %jective and method: To evaluate the usefulness of sputum induction method for studying IgE antibodies in airway secretion from atopic asthmatic patients, total IgE levels in induced sputum from 54 atopic asthmatics were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) and tried to find an association with sputum eosinophilia. Result: Total IgE levels in induced sputum were significantly higher in atopic asthmatic patients(1.27+82.066 IU/ml) than in controls(0.203+0.291 IUgmP)(p<0.05). In atopic asthmatic patients, total IgE levels in induced sputum were not significantly different between patients with and without sputum eosinophilia(>5% of 200 counted leukocytes). There was a significant correlation of total IgE levels between induced sputum and serum in atopic asthmatic patients(r=0.60, p<0.05). Total IgE levels in induced sputum(1.278+ 2.066) were significantly higher than saliva sample(0.504 + 1.111 IU/ml) from atopic asthmatic patients(p<0.05). Conclusion '. These results suggest that total IgE levels are increased in the induced sputum of atopic asthmat,ic patients and sputum induction method is a useful tool for study- ing IgE antibodies in airway secretion from asthmatic patients.
