Purpose. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between body image, self-esteem, and family strengths in female university students. Methods. One hundred ninety nine female university students participated in data collection. Data on body image, self-esteem, and family strengths were collected via questionnaire between April 2013 and May 2013. Data analysis was done using PASW 18.0 program and included one-way ANOVA, independent t-test and Pearson correlation coefficients analysis. Results. The mean score of body image was 24.20, self-esteem was 25.30, and family strengths was 83.71. Results showed a positive correlation among body image and self-esteem(r=.19, p<.001), and family strengths(r=.16, p<.001). Conclusion. The results indicate that it is necessary to increase body image, self-esteem, and family strengths among female university students. To ensure resonable body image in female university students, self-esteem, and family strengths should be reinforced.
자아성장 집단상담 프로그램이 간호대학생의 자아존중감, 자아정체감 및 의사소통 능력에 미치는 효과

Purpose. This study was conducted in order to establish a self-growth group counseling program and examine the effects of self-esteem, ego-identity, and communicative competence among nursing students. Method. The study was designed using a non-equivalent control group pretest-post-test design. Data was collected from a period between March 13 and May 26, 2017, Participants involved were 66 second year nursing students in 1 College of K City, and were assigned to an experimental group (n=30), or a control group (n=33). A self-growth group counseling program was conducted over a period of 10 sessions for 10 weeks, once a week at 100 minutes per session. The data was analyzed using descriptive analysis, independent t-tests, and ${\chi}^2$ tests with t SPSS/WIN 21.0. Results. After completion of the program, a difference was observed in levels of self-esteem(t=3.14, p=.004), ego-identity(t=2.86, p=.006), and communicative competence(t=5.42, p=.011) of the experimental group. Conclusion. It is expected that these results would be helpful for increasing self-esteem, ego-identity, and communicative competence amopng nursing students by way of a self-growth group counseling program.
변혁적 리더십이 간호역량의 매개효과를 통해 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

Purpose. The purpose of the study was to identify the mediating effects of nursing competency between transformational leadership and organizational commitment of nurses in hospitals. Method. Data were collected from 204 nurses in 3 hospitals and analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson' correlation coefficient, and hierarchial multiple regression with the PASW 21.0. Results. There were positive relationships among all three variables, transformational leadership, nursing competency and organizational commitment. There was a mediating effect of nursing competency between transformational leadership and organizational commitment. Conclusion. The results of the study indicate that strategies which could enhance the nursing competency of nurses should be developed by mangers in hospitals. Further study is needed on other factors which may influence nurses' nursing competency and organizational commitment especially in hospitals.

Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate academic self-efficacy, metacognition and major satisfaction which influence learning flow in nursing students. Method: The subjects of this study were 239 nursing students in D college. Structured questionnaire was self-administered from May 3 to 30, 2021. The date was analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson'correlation coefficients, stepwise and multiple regression using SPSS/WIN 22.0. program. Results: In academic self-efficacy, there were significant differences in age. In metacognition, there were significant differences in age, school record. There was a statistically positive correlation between learning flow and academic self-efficacy(r=.211, p=.001), metacognition(r=.357, p<.001), major satisfaction(r=.281, p<.001). The factors influencing learning flow were metacognition(t=.682, p<.001), major satisfaction(t=2.147, p=.023)Multiple regression analysis description is 61.2%. Conclusion: To improve the learning outcomes for nursing students, it is necessary to develop teaching program and curriculum for increasing, metacognition and major satisfaction.
중년기 남성의 가족지지, 사회적지지 및 일터 영성이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

Purpose. The purpose of this study was to examine the related factors of quality of life (QOL) among middle-aged male. Method. The participants in this study were 144 middle aged male. Between October and November 2016, data were collected through questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using PASW (SPSS) 21.0 program, and one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. Results. The mean QOL of this study was 2.99/5. The significant correlates of QOL were family support (${\beta}=.21$, p=.024), health status (${\beta}=.24$, p=.003), workplace spirituality ${\beta}=.55$, p<.001), and these variables explained 55.9% of variance in QOL. Conclusion. The study suggests that family support workplace spirituality are an important factors in explaining QOL of the middle-aged male. Therefore, it is necessary to be considered family support and workplace spirituality for promoting life satisfaction of middle-aged male.
미혼 대학생의 자아정체감, 가족건강성 및 결혼관련 미디어 노출이 결혼관에 미치는 영향

Purpose: This study is basic data that I can provide the guidelines in order to the single man and women of the college students have positive the marital consciousness. Method: The subjects were 180 people as single man and women recruited from 3 college located in B city. Data were collected using structured questionnaire, and analyzed with the PASW 21.0 program. Results: The result to implement stepwise regression analysis is that the media perception from the woman and family strength are affected the significant influence(p=.007, p=.015) and explanation powers were 21.2%. The ego-identity from the man is affected the significant influence and $R^2$ were 10.9%. When looking through this results of the research, the man can be affected by the internal factor and the women can know to be influenced by the external factor. Conclusion: Accordingly, through the sex custom education the man decide to family strength, the women strengthens the factor which is internal than the external factor and it is positive, it is effective to form the outlook on marriage.

Purpose: The purpose of this study were to identify degree and the relationship between of self-efficacy, social support, and academic stress of nursing college students. Method: This study was a descriptive research study to analyze the factors affecting academic stress. Data were collected by structured questionnaires from June 10 to 30, 2020. The survey conducted an online survey of 159 students in D and B city. Data were analyzed descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and Stepwise multiple regression Results: Academic stress were correlated with self-efficacy(r=-.41, p<.001) and social support(r=-.40, p<.001). In a multiple regression, self-efficacy(β=-.170, p=.010), social support(β=-.137, p=.042) were associated academic stress. These factors attributed to 22.2% of the total variance in academic stress. Conclusion: Therefore the factors affective intervention techniques need to be applied to the development of programs to upgrade mental health academic stress of nursing students.

Purpose. This study was to explore the relations between self-efficacy, social support, college life adaptation and academic achievement of nursing students. Method. A descriptive study was conducted with a sample of 209 students enrolled in one college located in D City, and the data were collected during from May 14, to June 10, 2017. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, One way-ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation coefficient SPSS/WIN 21.0 programs. Results. Mean score for academic achievement was 3.06/4.5. Among college life adaptation there were significant differences between gender (t=9.13, p=.003), grade (F=7.07, p<.001). There were correlated between academic achievement in the nursing students, self-efficacy (r=.33, p<.001), social support (r=.31, p<.001), and college life adaptation (r=.42, p<.001). And there were correlated between self-efficacy (r=.16, p=.022), and social support (r=.22, p=.002). Conclusion. It was found that a higher degree of self-efficacy and social support, college life adaptation and academic achievement of nursing students. Therefore, to increase the academic achievement, between the social support, self-efficacy and college life adaptation are recommended.
간호대학생의 임상실습만족도가 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향

Purpose: This study was conducted to examine the correlations among nursing professionalism, clinical practice satisfaction of nursing students. Method: The subjects were 184 nursing students recruited from one college located in D city. Data were collected using structured questionnaire, and analyzed with the PASW 21.0 program. Results: The results indicate that nursing students have levels of nursing professionalism, and clinical practice satisfaction that are higher than the median. Nursing professionalism showed differences according to plans for academic performance, major satisfaction, personality, and personal relations. Nursing professionalism was significantly correlated with clinical practice satisfaction, major satisfaction. Conclusion: Clinical practice satisfaction, and academic performance were the most influential factor predicting greater nursing professionalism. Thus, these factors should be considered when developing a program for enhancing nursing professionalism.

Purpose: This study is a descriptive study to investigate the effect of clinical practice satisfaction, nursing image and self-esteem on vocational identity of nursing students. Method: The subjects of this study were 200 nursing students majoring nursing science in D college, D city and seniors who took the clinical practice course. The date was analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson' correlation coefficients, stepwise and multiple regression using SPSS/WIN 22.0. program. Results: There was a statistically strong positive correlation between nursing image and self-esteem(r=.242, p=.001), vocational identity(r=.196, p=.009), clinical practice satisfaction(r=.542, p<.001). The factors influencing vocational identity were self-esteem(t=7.193, p<.001), aptitude and nursing belief of motivation for choosing nursing(t=5.472, p<.001), grade(t=-3.249, p=.001), professions of motivation for choosing nursing(t=2.694, p=.008), Satisfaction with nursing as a major(t=2.295, p=.023). The explanatory power of these models was 38.2%. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, to improve the vocational identity of nursing students in college, it is needed to develop nursing education program that strengthen self-esteem, aptitude and nursing belief, professions, satisfaction with nursing as major. Also it is needed a study on verifying application effects.
