        상한잡병론(傷寒雜病論) 계림고본(桂林古本) 처방(處方)에 대한 상한론(傷寒論)과 금궤요략(金?要略)의 비교연구(比較硏究)

        This thesis is the study on GuiLinGuBen "ShangHanZaBingLun"'s prescriptions which are totally 324, and unique 91 which are not written in current "ShangHanZaBingLun" and "JinKuiYaoLue", only in GuiLinGuBen "ShangHanZaBingLun". For modern clinacal effectiveness of GuiLinGuBen "ShangHanZaBingLun", this thesis clarifies the prescriptions' distinction between GuiLinGuBen, "ShangHanZaBingLun" and "JinKuiYaoLue". First it classifies prescriptions into 4 groups, which are only in GuiLinGuBen, in "ShangHanZaBingLun", in "JinKuiYaoLue", and in both "ShangHanZaBingLun" and "JinKuiYaoLue". Second it tabulates and describes in detail GuiLinGuBen's prescriptions about title, prescription composition, prescription volumetrin, decotion, and dosage. Third it catches distinctive characteristic of GuiLinGuBen's prescriptions by a comparative study which clarifies the differences of prescriptions between GuiLinGuBen, "ShangHanZaBingLun" and "JinKuiYaoLue". Current "ShangHanZaBingLun" and "JinKuiYaoLue"'s remedy focus on Shanghan and Jabbyong, so it has no choice but to have large remedy vaccum. The prescriptions only in GuiLinGuBen have same system with "ShangHanZaBingLun" and "JinKuiYaoLue"'s prescriptions, and contain unique Fever remover(淸熱劑) and Counterbalancer (補劑), so they could give more clinacal practice over "ShangHanZaBingLun" and "JinKuiYaoLue".

        Found on the 19th century, GuiLinGuBon <ShanHanZaBingLun> can have more several unique features than the other extinguish editions. GuiLinGuBon <ShanHanZaBingLun> has been Receiving attention, because it contains both <ShanHanZaBingLun> and <JinKui YaoLue(『金櫃要略』)>`s contents, as well as it consistt of 16 books to the same as the <ShanHanZaBingLun> preperce, and then it analyzed the chapter on Wending Disease(溫病) and Liuyin Disease(六淫病) in detail which is not written in current book, and gives several clues to solve many questions that caused the controversy. This thesis is the study the GuiLinGuBon <ShanHanZaBingLun> on the overall composition and the prescriptions for the overall analysis to book configuration, herbs configuration, 8 method(八法) according to the prescribed frequency, SinNongBonChoGyong(神農本草經) according to the herbs of the SamPum(三品) classification and statistical processing GuiLinGuBon the specific features were analyzed.

        반변연 추출물이 T 림프구 활성에 미치는 영향

        N/A Objectives This study was carried out for the purpose of knowing the effect from T-cell activation of the C57BL/6 mouse by the extraction from a extract of herba lobeliae chinensis(EHLC.). Methods We examined the influence of EHLC on T cell proliferation by using T cell gained in spleen and thymus gland of C57BW6 mouse. Also we examined cytotoxicity through SBR assay and immunocell through FACScan Results : The results were obtained as follows: 1. In order to know the effect of the cytotoxicity from extraction of EHLC, we had to examine the safe density of that on lung fibroblast cells of the mouse(mLFCs). EHLC did not show cytotoxicity against mLFCs. 2. In the proliferous effect of thymus T cells, water extracts of EHLC played an important role on the proliferating thymus T cells compared with control group at low density. 3. EHLC promoted the CW(B7-1) and Thl cytokines especially IL-2 gene expression, but decreased CTLA-4, IFN-V, CD28 and Th2 cytokines IL-4 gene expression. 4. EHLC up-regulates CD44`CD69`CD25`, CD4`CD25`, CD8`CD25`, CD3`CD80` expression but not CD3^(+)CD28^(+) by anti-CD3-stimulated T cells. Conclusions : above results indicates that EHLC play an important role in the activati on of autoreactive T cells by promoting Thl cytokine(I1-2) and dec reasing CTLA-4, IFN-Y, CD28 and Th2 cytokines II-4 gene expressi on, by up-regulating cell surface molecule(CD80, CD25, CD44). The refore further deep studies shoud be accomplished about its effects.

        『동의보감(東醫寶鑑)·탕액편(湯液編)』에서의 생숙론(生熟論) 활용에 관한 고찰

        Objectives : Systematize concept of 'Saengsukron(生熟論)', providing theoretical basis for clinical and research purpose. Methods : Herbal medicines listed in 'Tangaekpyeon of Dongeuibogam' were studied in the following order ; (i) Search for herbal medicines that has applied heat. (ii) Choose herbal medicine with reference of change before and after heating. And choose herbal medicine with reference on purpose of heating. (iii) Classify herbal medicines with similar patterns. (iv) Catagorize herbal medicine by its effects, side effects, nature of herbal medicines, tastes of herbal medicines, meridian tropism of the herbal medicines, and others(color of herbal medicines, formation of herbal medicines, storage of herbal medicines) (v) Systematize concept of 'Saengsukron'. Results : We were able to obtain systematized concept of 'Saengsukron(生熟論)'. They are classified by 'Saengsasukbo(生瀉熟補)', 'Saenghwalsukji(生活熟止)', 'Saengmusukyu(生無熟有)', 'Sukjeukhyojeung(熟則效增)', 'Sukjeukhyogam(熟則效減)', 'Sukjeukyudok(熟則有毒)', 'Saengdoksukgam(生毒熟減)', 'Saengjunsukwan(生峻熟緩)', 'Saengchangsukso(生脹熟消)', 'Sukjeukwiseong(熟則爲升)', 'Sukjeukwigang(熟則爲降)', 'Sukjeukwion(熟則爲溫)', 'Sukjeukwiryang(熟則爲凉)', 'Saengjosukgam(生燥熟減)', 'Sukjeukbyeonmi(熟則變味)', 'Sukjeukbyeonchwi(熟則變臭)', 'Sukjeukbui(熟則部異)', 'Sukjeukjongsa(熟則從邪)', 'Sukjeukbyeonsaek(熟則變色)', 'Sukjeukbyeonhyeng(熟則變形)' and 'Sukjeukbojang(熟則保長)'. Conclusions : In this study, heat processing of herbal medicines confirmed that certain regular changes occur. Based on this, concept of 'Saengsukron' could be systematized. Research on 'Saengsukron' will help practitioners and researchers.

        대승기탕의 방론에 대한 고찰

        Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate the interpretation of the Daeseunggi-tang(DST) in order to obtain the evidence for clinical applications.Methods and Results : We have analyzed the interpretation on the DST through translations and comparisons based on classic books about the oriental medical prescriptions.Conclusion : 1. 'Dae(大)' in DST means 'strong symptoms' or 'strong efficacy'. 'Seung(承)' in DST means 'smooth (順)', 'attach(連)' and 'serve(奉)'. 2. The main pathogenesis of DST's syndrome are heat binding(熱結)·qi stagnation(氣滯). 3. The main areas where disease pattern of DST is 'Yang brightness(陽明)'. It is also associated with 'Lesser yin (少陰)', 'Qi aspect(氣分)·Blood aspect(血分)' and 'Triple Energizer(三焦)'. 4. Laxative the Rhei Radix et Rhizoma(大黃) is sovereign medicinal(君藥) of DST, because of removing the heat binding(熱結) and the heat that spread throughout the body.

      • 청열약류(淸熱藥類)의 면역약리학적(免疫藥理學的) 고찰(考察)

        In the result of investigating traditional chinese medical literatures to understand definite immun opharmacologic effects of drugs for clearing away heat and detoxicating such as Oldenlandiae Diffusae Herba, Fel Ursi, Fraxini Cortex, Pulsatillae Radix, Bruceae Fructus, Portulacea Herba, Patriniae Radix, we could reach conclusions as follows: 1. Oldenlandiae Diffusae Herba can increase voracity of leukocytes and immune function of splen ocytes. 2. Fel Ursi, Patriniae Radix can inhibit acute, chronic inflammation by decreasing voracity of macrophages, monocytes and recover lymphocytes. 3. Fraxini Cortex have anti-inflammatory effect then applied to treat with arthritis. Pulsatillae Radix, Bruceae Fructus, Portulacea Herba have anti-cancer, anti-biotic effects. Above results indicates that drugs for clearing away heat immunosuppressive effect that they can apply to all sorts of inflammatory diseases such as arthritis, DTH, SLE, and cancer.

        RDF 기반의 학습 메타데이터 관리

        웹이 보편화되고 웹 기반 학습을 관리하고 제공해 주는 학습관리시스템이 늘어남에 따라 이제 학습자는 시공간에 제약을 받지 않는 학습 환경을 체험 할 수 있게 되었다. 하지만 기존의 학습 관리 시스템들은 적합한 학습을 제공하기 위해 유용하고 적합한 메타데이터를 사용하고 있지 않다 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 학습관리 시스템에서는 학습자에게 다양한 학습 체험과 향상된 검색 능력을 제공할 수 있도록 학습자의 특성이나 많은 자원에 관한 학습 메타데이터를 자유롭게 정의하고 관리해야 할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 학습관리시스템에서 부가적인 학습 메타데이터를 사용할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 시맨틱 웹의 기반이 되는 언어인 RDF(Resource Description Framework)를 이용한 검색 방법과 학습 메타데이터 제작하고 관리할 수 있는 방법을 두 가지 형태로 제안하였다. 차세대 메타데이터 관리 방법을 통해 교수자는 빠르고 편리하게 차세대 학습 메타데이터를 작성하고 저장할 뿐 아니라 학습자에게 정확하고 확장된 검색방법을 제공한다. Internet makes it possible to access anytime, anywhere learning and so many LMS(Learning Management Systems) serve web based learning. But LMS has not flexible and qualified metadata to offer customired teaming. So we need extensible and flexible techniques which make if possible to define and share advanced teaming metadata. This paper presents an approach for implementing advanced learning metadata in LMS using RDF and the Semantic Web language. So we will first sketch the learning scenario in Semantic Web environment and structure of metadata management. Next we suggest two types of RDF authoring tool and search RDF documents. Advanced metadata management techniques enables the organization of learning materials around small pieces of semantically annotated learning objects. With these metadata learner can customize learning courses, improve retrieval performances.

      • 청열약류(淸熱藥類)의 면역약리학적(免疫藥理學的) 고찰(考察)(I)

        In the result of investigating traditional chinese medical literatures to understand definite immunopharmacologic effects of drugs for clearing away heat and detoxicating such as Sophorae tonkinensis Radix, Houttuyniae Herba, Smilacis glabrae Rhizoma, Belamcandae Rhizoma, Lasiosphaera seu Calvatia, Paridis Rhizoma, Lobeliae chinensis Herba, we could reach conclusions as follows: 1. Sophorae tonkinensis Radix, Houttuyniae Herba can increase voracity of leukocytes and activities of T cells. 2. Sophorae tonkinensis Radix, Smilacis glabrae Rhizoma can inhibit DTH. 3. Sophorae tonkinensis Radix, Houttuyniae Herba increase activities of B cells in low density but decrease activities of B cells in high density. 4. Sophorae tonkinensis Radix, Houttuyniae Herba, Smilacis glabrae Rhizoma, Belamcandae Rhizoma have anti-inflammatory effects. Studies about drugs for clearing away heat and detoxicating is on. but their range is wide and their effects are numerous. Therefore. we think that more deep and wide researches about them shoud be accomplished.
