This paper introduces a gate drive IC for power modules with shoot-through immunity. A new approach uses a bootstrap diode as a high-side voltage bias and a level shift function at the same time. Therefore, the gate drive circuit becomes a simple and low-cost without conventional level shift functions such as HVIC(High-Voltage IC), optocoupler and transformer. The proposed gate drive IC is designed and fabricated using the Dongbu-Hitek's 0.35um BD350BA process. It has been tested and verified with IGBT modules.

최근 아시아의 물류산업은 중국경제의 급부상과 함께 빠른 속도로 성장하고 있으며, 전 세계적으로 물동량이 계속적으로 증가하고 있는 상황에서 물류비용 절감을 위하여 다양한 연구가 활발히 수행중이다. 근해운송시스템은 연안해운을 중심으로 두 가지 이상의 수송연계 수단을 효율적으로 이용하여, 국제간 고부가 가치 물류 시스템을 창출하는 시스템으로써 유럽에서 상당한 성과를 올리고 있다. 따라서 우리나라에 알맞은 근해운송시스템을 도입하기 위해서는 효율적인 선박, 항만, 컨테이너 하역 및 운송 장비, 터미널 운영 및 관리시스템 기술, 화물 정보 추적 및 통신 분야의 요소 기술 개발이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 현 단계의 요소기술 현황을 살펴보고, 앞으로 나아가야 할 공학적 기술에 대한 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. Recently, the logistics industry in Asia is growing rapidly mostly with Chinese economic development. A variety of studies have been carried out to reduce the logistic cost under the situation that the global freight traffic continues to increasing. The Short Sea Shipping(SSS) system, a multi modal transport system centered around coastal shipping to realize high value-added logistics, achieved considerable success in EU. To implement the SSS system in Korea, it is necessary to develop the various essential technologies related to development of efficient ships and port facilities, including equipment for loading and unloading containers, operating and managing systems for freight terminals and technologies for tracking and securing containers. The present paper focuses on the survey of the current essential technologies available for implementation of the SSS system and suggests the direction of future development in the technologies.
공기윤활시스템 적용 선박의 시운전 속도성능에 대한 불확실성 해석

A sea trial of the speed performance test is the one of the most important means of verifying a ship s performance, and the International Organization for Standardization established a standard for this test in 2015. Environmental disturbances such as wind and waves are always present under real sea conditions, however, so it is impossible to accurately estimate delivered horsepower under ideal conditions. These disruptive influences also make it difficult to evaluate the positive effect of recently developed energy-saving devices. In this study, uncertainty analysis of improved speed performance was carried out using Monte Carlo simulation to confirm the energy-saving efficiency of a ship equipped with an air-lubrication system. The findings showed the average power saving to be 3.2%, with the expanded uncertainty of ± 2.7% at a 95% confidence level (k=2). 선박의 해상 시운전 중 속도성능시험은 선박의 속도를 입증하기 위한 중요한 시험항목 중 하나이다. 국제표준화기구에서는 2015년 시운전 속도성능시험에 관한 표준 가이드라인을 제정한 바 있다. 일반적인 해상상태에서는 바람과 파도등 환경적 외란의 영향이 언제나 존재하므로, 정확한 전달동력을 추정하기란 불가능 하다. 또한 외란의 영향으로 최근 개발되고 있는 에너지 절감장치의 개선효과를 정확히 평가하는 것도 쉽지 않다. 본 연구에서는 몬테카를로 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 공기윤활시스템을 장착한 선박의 동력 절감량에 관한 불확실성 해석을 수행하였다. 그 결과 공기윤활시스템 가동으로 3.2%의 동력이 절감되었으며, 절감된 동력의 확장불확도는 95% 신뢰수준 (k = 2)에서 약 ± 2.7 % 범위를 갖는 것으로 나타났다.
태권도 심판의 직무스트레스와 번아웃 및 직무만족의 관계

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among referee job stress, burnout and job satisfaction of Taekwondo referee. In order to achieve this, a sample of 200 is drawn out of the in korea Tawkwondo association and seoul⋅gyeonggi-do taekwondo association. Data acquired from 22 people are excluded due to inconsistency in their responses. Therefore, the data of 178 people is used for a final analysis. the acquired data is analyzed through the correlation and multiple regression analyses from the SPSS 23.0 program. The results obtained from this process are as follows. First, Taekwondo judge s judgment job stress was found to affect burnout. Second, Taekwondo judge s judgment job stress partially affects job satisfaction. Third, Burnout partially affects job satisfaction. It is meaningful to provide the basic data for the improvement of the treatment of Taekwondo referee and the improvement of the work environment through the result of this study.

Stabilizer fins are installed on each side of a ship to control its roll motion. The most common stabilizer fin is a rolling control system that uses the lift force on the fin surface. If the angle of attack of a stabilizer fin is zero or the speed is zero, it cannot control the roll motion. The Coanda effect is well known to generate lift force in marine field. The performance of stabilizer fin that applies the Coanda effect has been verified by model tests and numerical simulations. It was found that a stabilizer fin that applied the Coanda effect at Cj = 0.085 and a zero angle of attack exactly coincided with that of the original fin at α = 26°. In addition, the power needed to generate the Coanda effect was not high compared to the motor power of the original stabilizer fin.
설계변수들의 통계적 특성을 이용한 철근 콘크리트 부재의 구조 안전성 평가

The strength of reinforced concrete members may vary from the calculated or the nominal strength due to the variation in the material strength and dimensions of the element. Statistical description of the variabilities of loads and strengths are required in any studies regarding the safety of reinforced concrete members. Therefore, this paper recommend a number of values for the coefficient of variation of concrete, reinforcement, dimension and loads to be used in the probability analysis. Also, this study analyze reinforced concrete members by Advanced First Second Moment(AFOSM) method using statistical characterization of variables. This study shows that Bayes' theorem is an effective tool in updating prior probabilities when the value of a random parameter is known. Finally, the results in this paper contribute to the understanding of the limit states reliabilities implied in current design of reinforced concrete elements.

Typical cross sections of the rudder are modified to implement the Coanda effect and the consequent changes invoked in the flow fields around the sections are carefully examined for the purpose of finding the shapes of Coanda foils showing the better performance. Subsequently, the lift characteristics of the Coanda foils at the various attack angles have been numerically studied. In the process, special attention has been given to the influence of the jet slit and radius of trailing edge on the lift characteristics of the Coanda foil applied USB(Upper Surface Blowing) and CC(Circulation Control) respectively.. Based on the two dimensional results above, the rudder of KVLCC2 is modified to adopt the Coanda effect(USB, CC). Experiments and simulations on flow fields around the Coanda rudder were performed to investigate the effectiveness of the Coanda device on the enhancement of the rudder performance at a range of jet momentums and rudder angles. It is found that the rudder performance of the ship is enhanced considerably with application of the Coanda effect
