사용자 측면에서의 U-Learning 시스템 Quality 모델

The quality model for e-learning system has a purpose to analyze an important factor and to identify the relative model for development of e-learning system. There are many research of this area. That is why user’s needs can be important factor wether e-learning system’s operation and development success or not. However there is lack to research about the quality model for u-learning system. In this paper, we propose the quality model for u-learning system. For this purpose, we extract the criteria for u-learning system from the exist model of e-learning and add some criteria to fit on ubiquitous environment. The characteristics for proposed model extracted from existence research of Wang’s model, it is able to apply the proposed characteristics sufficiently. Finally, we expect the proposed will be able to give a guideline and reference when u-learning system was developed and operated.

This paper is a comparative study on the current states of Korean and Japanese tourism information system and the direction of tourism policy through the comparison of white papers on tourism and information policies of the two countries. The supporting format of the server, the structure of homepage, the languages supplied for the home-page contents, and specific contents of main menu items have been compared with the materials taken from National Tourism Organizations of both countries. The study has shown the direction of the tourism information publicity, major objectives of the two countries, providing the guide line for future improvement. Along with the study, the current state of information publicity concerning the World Cup soccer tournament, which will be held jointly in the two countries in 2002 and regarded as a major national event in both countries, is surveyed with its focus on the publicity strategies through the Internet and the connection through the home-page with the local autonomous organizations of the regions where the game will take place. For this study the Internet home-pages of both countries concerning the event have been retrieved and carefully examined on several crucial aspects. As a result, the current states of tourism information system of the two countries have been differentiated from each other, and several problems have been identified with possible solutions suggested, with a view to improved tourism information system that facilitates foreign visitors` easy access to necessary and relevant information.
인터넷상 호텔과 주요 지역정보를 중심으로 한 관광정보의 활성화 방안에 관한 연구

The paper aims at tracking the current trends on the development of computer technologies with focus on tourism transactions through Internet in the field of international tourism industry. The samples for the study are made up of the local autonomous organizations and hotels both in Seoul and Pusan. The study is conducted through a direct survey of the homepages on the Internet. The findings show that as the cyber tourism transaction is on the increase in the international tourism, so is the Korean tourism cyber market. It further divulges the fact that there exist no proper cyber systems linking the local autonomous organizations to the hotels isn Seoul and Pusan. The study reveals that the Internet play a miniscule part in the reservations for the hotels. The active utilization of the Internet will invigorate the wide usage of credit cards and enhance the convenience of the customers. As a conclusion, it has been shown that for ASEM in 2000 and the World Cup in 2002 such specific measures as establishing homepages on the Internet for small hotels lower than the first class have to be taken to activate the exchange of tourism information through the Internet.
관광산업에서의 사무자동화를 위한 인터넷 컨텐츠의 활용방안

The Internet-based automation of office work is one of the most essential elements for the efficient support of the cyber-tourism industry. Until now telephones and fax machines have been predominantly used for the complicated Business-to-Business (B2B) networking among hotels, travel agents, land operators, and airlines and the establishment of database. This study presents a possible way to facilitate the same job of networking through the Internet contents. The establishment of such Internet-based networking system makes it possible to overcome the limitation of time and space; it can also reduce the cost of office work. Furthermore, abundant materials obtained through the interaction between businesses on the Internet will be a very useful information source that can be utilized in many aspects of management. This paper will suggest a way of establishing the Internet environment for the supply of travel information, and the on-line reservation, estimate, and auction between member companies of the network, which is possible on the basis of the database collected through the interaction between businesses.
휴리스틱 측정방법을 사용한 소프트웨어 모듈의 집단화에 관한 연구

In the past, as the environment of the established software system changed, most Re-Engineering performed clustering on the basis of logical operation. In contrast, this paper proposes a method to perform clustering efficiently using the information sharing of each module of source programs that constitute the software. For the clustering of related modules using the information sharing. We evaluated the result after measuring the degree of clustering using similarity and uniqueness algorithm on the basis of heuristic method of measurement. Thus, we could manipulate and achieve the clustering of related modules and procedures. This paper also presents a method to reconstruct the software system efficiently through the clustering and shows the possibility of its realization through real examples.

Attracting both tourists and consumers, hotels are an important part of the hospitality and tourism industry. In light of rapidly increasing operating costs and decreasing funding, Hotels have begun more market-oriented efforts to broaden their appeal and accessibility, thereby increasing awareness and visitation. These hotels compete broadly with other leisure activities for consumers` discretionary time. Here, a recently developed model of service convenience is used as the theoretical framework for our exploration of important hotel services and components of service convenience The purpose of this paper is to report on the development and nomological testing of a 15-item scale measuring the five dimensions of service convenience (decision, access, transaction, benefit, and post-benefit) as proposed by Berry, Seiders, and Grewal. Findings - Reliability and validity assessments provided evidence of the scale`s psychometric validity. Service convenience was found to be a significant predictor of customer satisfaction perceived value and behavior intention in the context of hotels.
