견인용 전기자동차 6상 영구자석 저감형 동기전동기 최적화 설계 및 고장 분석에 관한 연구

Recently, the government with focus on environmental pollution is making a policies to regulate the conventional vehicles with fossil fuel. With respect to various issues, the electric vehicles are being developed. However, the high cost of rare-earth permanent magnet and limited reliability are significant issues since most of motor types use three-phase and permanent magnet. This study proposes 6-phase permanent magnet assisted synchronous motor to overcome these disadvantages. Initial design of motor model was selected by lumped parameter model and optimized using differential evolution strategy. The designed motor was verified through finite element analysis and torque characteristics were analyzed in case of failure. And the motor was manufactured and its performances were evaluated.

본 논문에서는 무선전력전송의 철도차량 적용에 있어 케이블 내압특성을 고려한 설계 및 내압 측정 실험에 관한 내용을 제시하도록 한다. 대전력 무선전력전송 시스템은 케이블에 많은 전류가 흐리게 되고 또한 케이블 끝단에 전압이 높게 형성이 되어, 잘못된 설계는 절연파괴로 나타나 시스템의 손상 및 안전사고의 위험을 가져올 수 있다. 따라서 송신코일 및 픽업을 설계하는데 있어 내압특성을 정확히 예측을 하고 올바른 케이블을 사용하는 것이 필요하다. 무선전력전송의 내압이 약화될 수 있는 부분에 대해서 제시하도록 하며 실제 케이블의 내압특성을 측정하여 절연파괴가 일어나는 전압을 제시하도록 한다. This paper proposes design of the transmitting cable and a measurement method of the voltage endurance for the high power Wireless Power Transfer(WPT) system of the railway applications. High voltage at the end of the transmitting cable can caused by the high current in the cable or incorrect design of the cable topology. This voltage makes dielectric breakdown, damage of the system and safety accident. Therefore it is important to predict the voltage of the cable and use the correct cable which can withstand the voltage of the cable when we design the transmitting coil. Weak positions for the voltage endurance of the transmitting coil is proposed and the dielectric breakdown voltage is measured for the three cables those are used in the high power WPT systems.
최적화 기법을 이용한 AC Servo Motor의 최적 형상설계

This paper proposed the multi-1.2.objective shape optimization method of the closed type AC servo motor to minimize the cogging torque and to maximize efficiency. The field analysis is performed by finite element method and multi-objective programming using constrain method. To find a noninferior solution an advanced evolution strategy are employed In order to make a practical optimized design and faster convergence of the calculation 2 constrains are used ; the one is maximum cogging torque of 0.1[N.m] and the other is minimum efficiency of 90[%] The simulation result has brought an optimized shape of the motor and its performance is compared with those of the initial model. The final optimized model showed that the cogging torque is reduced by 46[%] and the efficiency is improved by 3.55[%] The multi-objective shape optimization algorithm would be a good application tool to design various types of motors and other actuators
