인터넷을 이용한 이메일은 이제 소수의 통신 수단이 아닌 일반인이 널리 사용하는 기본적인 통신 수단으로 자리잡고 있으며, 이에 따른 스팸메일의 피해 규모도 날로 커지고 있다. 현재 다양한 방법의 스팸메일 차단 방법이 제안되고 수행되고 있으나 다양해지는 스팸메일에 대응하기에는 역부족이다. 이 논문에서 제시한 스팸메일 차단 방은은 수집, 빈도분석과 차단의 3단계로 구성되며, 수집되는 스팸메일을 이용하여 다양한 스팸메일에 대응할 수 있으며, 변화하는 스팸메일의 형태에 대해서도 대응할 수 있는 구조를 가지고 있다. 최근 다양하게 변하는 스팸메일은 단어에 의한 기존의 스팸메일 판별 방법으로는 차단하기 어렵다. 이와 같은 문제를 해결하고자 URL 빈도분석을 이용한 스팸메일 판별 규칙 생성 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법은 스팸메일을 수집하고, 수집된 스팸메일에서 특징이 되는 URL을 추출하고, 이를 정규화하여 시간 빈도에 따른 스팸메일 판별 규칙 생성하여 스팸메일을 차단하는 단계로 구성된다. 이는 다양한 스팸메일에 대응할 수 있으며, 변화하는 스팸메일의 형태에 대해서도 대응할 수 있는 구조를 가지고 있다. Recently, it is difficult to block the spam mail that changes variously with past spam distinction method by words. To solve such problem, This paper propose the method of generating spam distinction rule using URL frequency analysis. It is consist of collecting spam, drawing URL that get into characteristic from collected spam mail, URL normalizing, generating spam distinction rule by time frequency, and blocking mail. It can effectively block various types of spam mail and various forms of spam mail that change.

시스템을 허가 받지 않은 사용자로부터 안전하게 보호하는 것은 시스템 관리의 가장 기본적인 요건 중의 하나이다. 기존의 UNIX 시스템의 경우 관리자는 로그인이나 패스워드 관리, 화일의 암호와 및 복호화, 각종 접근 제어와 프리빌리지 관리, 시스템 감사, 기타 보안 관련 검사 기능 등을 복잡한 명령어들의 조합을 통해서 일일이 관리하여야 하는 불편함을 감수해야만 했다. 본 논문은 DoD(Department of Defense)의 TCSEC(Trusted Computer System Evaluation Criteria)에서 규정한 B1 등급의 판정 기준을 만족하는 Unixware2.0 시스템의 보안 관리 기능들을 GUI 기반의 관리 툴로 구현한 것이다.

본 연구는 복합관광지로서 리조트 조성과정을 위한 수요추정의 방법론 제시를 목적으로 사례연구를 진행한 것이다. 일반적 복합리조트 조성의 과정을 정립하기 위해, 개발여건분석, 수요추정 및 도입시설결정 순으로 진행하였다. 지역적 특성에 부합하여 각 과정을 연구 분석하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 계획부지에 부합하며, 지역적 특성을 살리는 관광지 기본구상의 내용을 도출하였다. 본 연구결과 과일과 건강을 테마로 한 지역특성화 전략에 입각한 복합관광지로서 이에 부응하는 시설수요추정과 도입기능과 시설을 도출 수립한데 의의가 있다. This paper examines the case study on demand estimation and general plan for Fruit Land that is the theme of fruit and health. For this, I try to analyze the process of general resort complex development and development circumstance analysis, demand estimation, induction facilities, facility arrangement planning. As a results, I analyze that the resort development process upon regional character, and find out resort basic plan for suitable planning site and regional development.

환경적측면에서의 공간개발 관계법 평가 및 개선방안 연구

본 연구는 지속가능하며 환경적으로 건전한 국토 공간개발을 도모하기 위한 제도적 개선방안 도출을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 우리 나라 주요 공간개발 관계법을 대상으로 문제점 분석과 평가 및 개선방안의 도출을 시도하였다. 평가 결과 현행 법규의 환경성이 미흡한 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 개발사업 관련법규와 산업입지 관련법규는 환경성 측면의 고려가 극히 미흡한 것으로 드러났다. 또한 국토이용제도의 환경보전형 개념 정립을 위해서는 환경관리계획을 포용한 국토이용관리계획의 위상확립과 공간계획 관련법의 체계화가 중요하다는 점이 도출되었다. This paper examines the status quo of the existing space development laws and ordinances, and suggests institutional improvement devices and alternative orientations for the future application in environmentally sound and sustainable development. For this, we try to analyze the problems of major space development laws and ordinances and find out the proper evaluation and improvement system. As a results, the existing laws are insufficient in environmental standard it recommends improving the national land use system and systematizing laws and ordinances.

도시계획인구 및 용도지역면적 산정방식 평가에 관한 연구

도시계획에 있어 계획인구는 부문별 계획의 기초가 되며, 용도지역의 면적산정은 지역지구제 운용의 핵심적 요소이다. 본 연구는 현행 법정 도시계획에 있어 사용되고 있는 인구지표 산정방식과 용도지역 면적 산정방식을 요소별로 유형화하여 각 유형을 평가 분석하는 목적을 갖는다. 43곳 도시의 도시계획서가 사례 분석되었다. 인구추정방법과 과정이 분석되었으며 실제치사이의 편차율 분석을 통해 인구산정기법의 유형과 방식별 특징이 도출되었다. 인구추정방법으로 여러 방법을 조합하여 활용하고 있으며, 5가지 유형화 모형을 정립하고 적용하여 정립된 방식이 없음을 입증하였다. 과거추이에 의한 방법에서 각 방식별 편차율은 도시별로 심하게 나타나며, 최소편차율 분석을 통해 방식별로 큰 차이가 없는 것으로 분석되었다. 사회적 증가추계방법의 평가는 4가지로 유형화하여 분석했으며, 유발인구 산정방식이 가장 많이 사용되나, 정립된 방식이 미비함을 확인하였다. 면적산정 적용유형에 있어 주거용지의 경우 밀도별 적용추정과 주택l호당 부지면적 방식의 평균치 적용방식이, 상업용지와 공업용지는 l인당 점유면적 원단위 값 적용방식이 가장 많이 사용되고 있다. 세부지표를 분석 결과 주거용지의 경우, 주거용지내 인구를 기준으로 한 곳이 많았으며 가구당 인원수, 주택보급률, 1가구당 면적, 계획 인구밀도 등의 지표가 적용기준이 정립되지 않은 것으로 니타났다. 상업용지는 총인구를 기준으로 적용인구 비율, 용적률, 공공용지율, 1인당 건축바닥면적 원단위 값, 계획 총인구 l인당 상업용지의 면적 모두가 다양하게 사용됨이 확인되었다. 공업용지는 2차산업 인구를 기준으로 하며, 공공용지율은 상업용지보다 다소 낮은 편이며, 업종별로 원단위 값을 구별하여 사용하고 있기도 하다. Estimating an area of each zoning and target population is an essential element on zoning application in urban planning and initial factor of sectional plan This paper aims at valuation, analysis, and categorization that methods used in present legal urban and land use planning. It is analyzed the procedures and methods of 43 cities case study, and presented model characters and patterns of evaluation techniques on urban planning. The Methods are not standard in estimating an area in legal urban planning, and an index by stages. And the planning population setting through the variation analysis between goal and achievement in population projection. and the most part of planning factors in commercial, industrial, and residential land are not arranged, for examples, the area per person, the density of planning population, the rate of population growth, the rate of housing supply, the rate of public land, the number of persons per household, the areas per household, the rate of capacity, and so on. Hereafter these are urgent questions that establishment of standard index by stages and estimating an area of each zoning and method of the estimated population.
