볼밀링한 Bi-Te-Sb계 분말의 열전특성에 관한 연구

The p-type semiconductor $Bi_2Te_3-Sb_2Te_3$ thermoelectric materials were fabricated by melting, milling and sintering process and their thermoelectric properties were characterized. The compound materials were ball-milled with milling time and the powders were sintered by spark plasma sintering process. The ball milled powders had equiaxial shape and approedmately $1\~3{\mu}m$ in size. The figure of meritz of sintered thermoelectric materials decreased with milling time because of lowered electrical resistivity. The thermoelectric properties of $Bi_2Te_3-Sb_2Te_3$ materials have been discussed in terms of electrical property with ball mill process.

국내의 설탕 제조공장에서 발생한 설탕 분진 폭발사고와 관련하여 조사내용을 토대로 분진폭발 원인을 분석하였다. 폭발이 발생한 장소는 제조된 설탕을 저장하는 사이로(Silo) 등이 포함되는 공간으로 설탕 분진이 항상 존재하는 곳이며, 작은 불씨만 있어도 쉽게 폭발로 이어질 수 있는 위험한 장소임을 공장 관계자들은 숙지하고 있었다. 폭발직전 용접작업이 있었음을 현장조사에서 확인할 수 있었으며, 설탕 분진이 폭발할 수 있다는 위험성에 대하여 전혀 알지 못하는 임시 직원이 작업과정에서 용접을 한 것으로 확인되었다. 분진 폭발의 위험성이 존재하는 환경에서 불꽃을 취급한 작업 자체도 부적절했지만, 안전관리 측면에서 설탕 분진의 위험성에 대하여 무지한 임시 직원이 혼자 작업할 수 있도록 용인한 점과 사전에 안전교육이 전혀 없었다는 점이 더욱 문제라고 할 수 있다.

As the increasing HIF(High Impedance Fault) with the arc cannot be easily detected for the low fault current magnitude compared to actual load in distribution line. However, the arcing current shows that the magnitude varies with time and the signal is asymmetric. In addition, discontinuous changes occur at starting point of arc. Considering these characteristics, wavelet transformation of actual current data shows difference between before and after the fault. Althogh raw data(detail coefficient) of wavelet transform may not be directly applied to HIF detection logic in a device, there are several developing methods of HIF monitoring data using the original wavelet coefficients. In this paper, a simple and effective developing methods of HIF monitoring data were analized by using the signal data through an actual HIF experiment to apply them to economic devices. The methods using the sumation of the wavelet coefficient squares in one cycle of the fundamental frequency as the energies of the wavelet coefficeits and the sumation of the absolute values were compared. Besides, the improved method which less occupies H/W resouces and can be applied to field detection devices was proposed. and also Verification of this HIF detection method through field test on distribution system in KEPCO power testing center was performed.

Our country has already entered the aging society or the graying society with the population of people over 65 accounting for 9.9% at the present, July of 2007. Furthermore, in 2026, our country is expected to turn to into the super-aged society. Jeollabuk-do is a representative place having the aged are increasing rapidly more than the areas nearby. It has already switched to the aging society in 1990 and reached the aged society in 2007 with 14.3%. To prepare for the fast-progressing graying phenomenon, Jeollabuk-do is propelling a variety of policies. Considering the significance of the aging problem and the excessive amount of budget used, it is very important to notice what kind of problems there are on the entity of these policies. To do this, this dissertation shows the examination Jeollabuk-do's policies about welfare of the aged and the present condition of the project propulsion. Also, there are scrutinizes on whether it is propelled appropriately to their purpose. Through these works, this dissertation is planning the overall comprehension of the policies on aged in Jeollabuk-do.
