      • 賃金滿足의 決定要因에 관한 硏究

        조직에 있어서 임금배분의 문제는 중요한 행동적 영향력을 갖게 되는데, 임금은 금전적 보상으로서 조직의 가장 중요한 비용항목이며 근로자에게는 생계를 위한 주요 수입원이다. 임금은 사회적 신분이나 경제적 지위를 규정할 뿐만 아니라 직무만족이나 동기유발의 중요한 요인이다. 효율적인 임금관리를 위해서는 종업원들이 임금의 도구성을 어떻게 지각하고 있는지 또 임금이 종업원들의 태도나 행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구는 "D"시에 소재하는 금융기관 종사자들을 대상으로 하여 임금만족을 결정하는 요인이 무엇인지를 조사하고, 실증분석하여, 임금만족과 직무만족과의 상관관계를 규명하여 효율적인 임금관리에 중요한 시사점을 제시하였다.

      • 연봉제의 운영방안에 관한 연구

        새로운 21세기를 맞이하여 점차 치열해 지고 있는 국제경쟁에서 고비용·저효율의 임금구조를 개선하고, 인적자원의 능률을 극대화하며 동기유발을 촉진시킬 수 있는 임금관리 체계를 모색해 보았다. 이에 구체적 방안으로 종래의 획일적인 연공급 임금체계를 지양(止揚)하고, 능력과 성과에 따라 개인별로 임금인상에 차별을 두며 수 많은 종류의 수당을 통합시키는 제도로서 최근에 급속히 확산되고 있는 연봉제의 실태를 분석하고 합리적인 도입과 정착을 위한 구체적 방안을 도출하였다. 이를 위하여 연봉제의 이론적 고찰과 함께 미국과 일본의 도입 사례를 분석한 다음 우리나라 현실에 맞는 한국적 연봉제의 정착방안과 제도상의 문제점 및 이에 대한 개선방안도 함께 살펴보았다. 구체적인 방안으로 먼저 직무분석과 직무평가를 합리적으로 실시하여 각 직무의 특성과 난이도를 확정하고 시장임률을 조사한 다음, 공정한 실적평가와 인사고과로 종업원들의 동기유발을 촉진하고 업무능률 향상에 기여하도록 연봉을 책정하여야 한다. 또한 연봉제의 운영목적을 인건비 절감에 두지 말고 업무 능력개발과 업무성과에 따른 공정한 보상제도라는 기업문화를 정착시키고 업종과 직위에 따라 점진적으로 실시할 것이며, 근로기준법의 일부를 개정하여 연봉제 실시를 촉진시켜야 할 것이다.

      • 人的資源의 能力開發에 관한 硏究

        This study focused to the human resource development among the various kinds of new personnel management system. Korean business enterprises are confronted with our peculiar transitional situation and the concomitant new challenge in the upcoming 21th century. Accordingly, it is thought that it is the high time that Korean business enterprises should innovate their business constitution to adapt themselves to the everchanging business environment as well as the task of the external strategy toward globalization. it can be said that the development of human resoruces is necessary as the strategy of competition if Korean business firms are to stay alive and continue developing and growing in this rapidly changing environment. To speak more concretely, the era of high growth could bring about the survival and growth of the business enterprice if the number of personnel as secured though the strategy system was absent. But as Korean enterprises enter the era of constructing the business strategy system in the future, the importance of the development of human resources directly connected to the strategy system, namely, of in-house education and training is becoming urgent. Accordingly, the human resources development is task of absolute imperative that Korean business firms are now confironted with in constructing the foundation for the new advanced society in the 2000s in the future. Against the background of the times like this, it is natural that great changes should take place also in the area of human resources in association with the environmental factor confronting the contemporary business enterprise. It is self-evident that demand for the improvement of business management increases this day that the business environment is more rapiely changing than in case it is stable. To make efficient use of human resources given in the ever-chaning environment that new knowledge science and technology are developed, and products and services are ever changed and gradually internationalized, the development of the ability of human resources can not be overemphasized enough. Against this importance in the development of human resources, the courses of education and training in most business firms are not the reasonable courses of education capable of satisfying educational needs that are becoming diversified and advanced. Therefore, this study is intended to attempt to probe the introduction scheme for the strategic human resources development through actualistic and scientific intra-company education taking into consideration the charactristic and business environment of Korean enterprices and to present the improvements in developing reasonable and efficient human resources by examing the present situation and problem of the performance of education and training.

      • 우리나라 中小企業의 財務管理에 關한 硏究

        The purpose of this study is: First, to study the position of the small and medium industry in this country whose economy is rapidly growing, and examine its continued existence; Second, not only correctly to understand the conditions of financial management by examining the characteristics of financial structure of the small and medium industry, but also to find out the problems it is facing; Third, to suggest a reform measure in its financial structure, based on the problems of financial management, and to suggest a direction for the sound growth of small and medium industry. Since this study is focused on the better improvement in the financial management of small and medium industry, the scope of study is limited. This study covers 4 chapters, and main point of each chapter are as follows. Included in the first chapter are the general introduction of this study. The second chapter includes the economical and managerial meaning of the small and medium industry, the understanding of the problems the small and medium industry is facing at present. But in this chapter I have analyzed and examined the position and characteristics of small and medium industry in order to better grasp the problem it is facing. In the third chapter I have explored the measures to improve the problems in the second chapter and suggested the rational management of finance. In chapter 4 I have summarized the reform measure of the financial structure to solve the financial difficulties facing the small and medium industry.

      • 退職金과 退職年金保險制度에 관한 硏究

        Since beginning or modernization in nineteen sixties our country has achieved great success in both economic and social development. With the progress of industrialization the number of wageearners has increased remarkably. Paticularly with the advance in the standard of living and medical science and so on increasing of old-age population has been accelerated. As our society goes to an advanced and nuclear family society. people's concerns at old age security is increasing. In Korea, institutional devices for old age security are 'retiring allowance system' the most universal and 'national pension system' which has been started from 1988. The former, however, is insufficient for benefit security and the latter is limited only to the minimum living security. Therefore, one should adopt. 'retiring pension insurance system' instead of 'retiring allowance system'. 'Retiring pension insurance system' will provide the benefit security of retiring allowance system and will supplement the benefit level of 'national pension system', public pension. Let's examine the present situation of 'retiring allowance system' for the purpose of adoptation of 'retiring pension insurance system'. The longer the enterprise's age is, the more accumulative the retiring pension is. So it makes gradually the enterprise management difficult and also savings unstable because of the inner reservation of funds which allot retiring allowance. Now, 'the retiring allowance system' is not so much of the function of the old age security as that of unemployment insurance. Trustee is life insurance company which has sold employee retiring pension insurance. It is more reasonable to transfer a part of retiring allowance then total amount into pension, because it is expected that our employees prefer lump sum. The methods are as follows: 1. We must constitute the applicapable special law, so that vesting of employee is guaranteed and the fund is saved, out of company. 2. 'Enterprise pension system' is pluralized, and then we introduce system suitable to enterprise through the discussion between labour and management. 3. After introduction of 'retiring pension insurance system'. in early a flexible benefit maintaining a factor of 'retiring lump sum' is needed. 4. To activate 'retiring pension insurance system'. we must establish the support measures in taxation and enlarge its favour. 5. For the sake of the successful introduction of 'retiring pension insurance system',we adopt the system when economic situation is stable after reviewing thoroughly all problems and adjustment with 'national pension system'.
