중학생의 힘과 운동 현상 관련 과학적 모형구성 수준의 상세화

The purposes of this study are to investigate middle school students' learning progressions for modeling force and motion phenomena and to identify students' difficulties by analyzing Korean middle school students' problem solving involving a forces and motion phenomenon in a everyday context. A test item based on previous research was developed. The participants were 59 high achieving of middle school students. Students' responses were rated and analyzed by using the developed assessment framework and rubric according to the Modeling Schemata of Halloun. Middle school students' learning progressions for modeling were classified into five levels by analyzing item characteristic curves and the distribution of students by levels. Specific features of each level and difficulties in modeling were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. Middle school students' learning progressions for force and motion were classified into ``Identification of Model Composition'', ``Concept Representations'', ``Modeling with Some Concept Organization'', ``Modeling with Scientific Concept Organization,'' and Modeling with Scientific Model Structure''. Students seemed to have difficulties in identification of invisible model composition except the concept of speed and represented them as idealized concepts. Also, the causal facets of model structure and concept organization appeared as students' difficulties, which is thought to be caused by students' ideas about force and motion in a conceptual world. 본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 학생들이 힘과 운동 관련 일상생활의 문제를해결하는 과정을 모형구성의 관점에서 분석하여 중학생의 힘과 운동 현상관련 모형구성 수준을 상세화하고, 모형구성에서 중학생들이 가지는어려움을 파악하는 것이다. 선행연구를 참고하여 모형구성 수준검사문항을 개발하였으며, 중학교 과학 상위권 학생 59명을 대상으로검사를 실시하였다. Halloun이 제시한 모형구성 도식에 따라 평가틀과채점 기준표를 작성하여 학생들이 구성한 모형을 채점한 후,문항특성곡선과 점수별 학생 분포를 분석하여 중학생의 모형구성 수준을5가지 수준으로 구분하고 각 수준에서 나타나는 특징과 어려움을분석하였다. 중학생의 힘과 운동 현상에 대한 모형구성 수준은모형요소의 인지, 관련 개념의 표상, 일부 개념 조직화, 과학적 개념조직화, 과학적 모형 구조의 구성 등과 같이 그 특징을 상세화할 수있다. 학생들은 모형 요소에서 속력 개념을 제외한 비가시적인 요소들을추출하거나 이상화한 개념으로 표상하는데 어려움을 나타냈으며, 개념세계에서 존재하는 다양한 유형의 힘과 운동 관련 개념체계로 인해개념을 조직화하고 모형구조의 인과적 측면을 구성하는데 어려움을나타냈다.

The pulley ratio of continuously variable transmission (CVT) is one of the most important factors in the quality evaluation for shift smoothness and response. The numerical model with pulley ratio map has been widely used for shift control. It has been obtained with the experimental method but its cost is very expensive. This paper proposes a way to make the pulley ratio map of the chain CVT via virtual simulation to decrease the cost. The 3D dynamic analysis model of it has been developed by using the general purpose dynamic analysis software, DAFUL. The dynamic analysis is carried out to get the pulley ratio map. It has been obtained by varying the ratio of torque, ratio of clamping forces, and changing rate of clamping force. The interpolation function of pulley ratio map is developed using MATLAB Simulink. This method has been verified as compared simulation with experiment result.

The objective of this paper is to develop a motion base for the vehicle driving simulator. Kinematic analysis are carried out to obtain maximum strokes and velocities of hydraulic actuators. Hydraulic control forces of the actuators are estimated by inverse dynamic analysis. Finally, an optimal design is performed to find attachment points of the actuators so that control forces are minimized. A control logic for the motion base is developed to make the motion base follow the given reference signals. The control logic is implemented on a digital signal processor(DSP) board.

이 글에서는 다물체 동역학 해석 솔버와 유한요소를 사용하는 구조 동역학 해석 솔버를 완벽하게 하나의 솔버로 통합하여 해석속도를 획기적으로 향상시킨 새로운 개념의 동역학 해석 소프트웨어인 DAFUL을 소개하고자 한다. DAFUL 솔버와 더불어 사용자 편의성 위주로 설계된 전처리기와 조작 성능을 극대화한 후처리기도 함께 제공하고 있다.
