A generator fault is less frequent than a transmission and substation fault, but it has a very large impact on the power system. Therefore, a highly reliable protective relay system is required. Recently, technology has been accumulated through the localization of protection control panels for domestic H/P. The secured core technology is an IED system for protection of IEC 61850-based generators. In this paper, for the stable and optimal operation of the generator protection IED, the generator system is constructed using the PSCAD platform.
박테리아 세포외 중합체(EPS)에 의한 비소, 크롬, 우라늄의 흡착 및 산화상태 변화

세포외 중합체(EPS)의 존재 유무에 따라 Pseudomonas aeruginosa가 용존 비소, 크롬, 우라늄의 흡착 및 산화상태의 변화에 미치는 영향을 회분식 실험을 통해 조사하였다. 배양한 미생물의 표면을 세척한 것과 세척하지 않은 것으로 구분하여 무영양 상태에서 1.1 mg/L의 As(V)와 Cr(VI), 0.5 mg/L의 U(VI)와 반응시키며 시간에 따라 각각의 총 용존 함량과 산화상태 변화를 측정하였다. As(V)의 경우 EPS 존재 여부와 관계없이 흡착은 발생하지 않았으나 EPS가 보존된 박테리아는 As(V)의 약 60%를 As(III)로 환원하였다. 표면을 세척하지 않은 박테리아는 총 용존 크롬의 45%를 제거하였으며 잔류된 용존 크롬의 64%를 Cr(III)로 환원하였다. 우라늄의 경우, 박테리아 표면을 세척하지 않았을 때 U(VI)의 약 80% 이상이 용액으로부터 제거되었다. 이러한 원소 환원은 박테리아가 분비한 EPS 자체의 환원 능력 또는 EPS로부터 보호받아 생육성이 보존된 박테리아의 해독성 환원에 의한 것으로 여겨진다. 이 연구 결과는 자연 환경에서 대부분 바이오필름 상태로 존재하는 미생물이 비소, 크롬, 우라늄의 산화상태 및 이동도 조절에 지대한 영향을 미칠 수도 있음을 의미한다. The effects of extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) of Pseudomonas aeruginosa on adsorption and redox state alteration of dissolved As, Cr and U were investigated through batch experiments. Surfaces of bacterial cells were either vigorously washed or unwashed. Solutions of As(V), Cr(VI) and U(VI) were inoculated with the bacterial cells under no nutrient condition, and total aqueous concentrations and redox state alteration were monitored over time. No As adsorption occurred onto bacteria or EPS; however, unwashed bacteria reduced about 60% As(V) to As(III). Unwashed bacteria also led to removal of 45% total dissolved Cr and reduction of 64% Cr(VI). About 80% U(VI) was removed from solution with unwashed bacteria as well. Such electrochemical reduction of the elements was likely due to reducing capacity of EPS itself or detoxifying reduction of the bacteria which kept their viability under protection of EPS. The results indicated that bacterial biofilm may significantly control the redox state and subsequent mobility of As, Cr and U in natural geologic settings.
고속 RFID 필터링 엔진의 설계와 캐쉬 기반 성능 향상

본 논문은 다수의 RFID 태그가 사용되고 있는 환경에서 고속 필터링을 수행하기 위한 필터링 엔진을 설계한다. 이를 위하여 우리는 고속 라우터나 방화벽에 적용되었던 고속 패킷 필터링 기법이 RFID 데이터 필터링과 매우 유사함을 보이고 그 중 대표적인 기법인 Bit Parallelism 기반의 Aggregated Bit Vector(ABV)를 고속 RFID 필터링 엔진에 적용한다. 또한, RFID 데이터 필터링의 성향을 관찰한 결과 태그 인식 및 필터 부합의 시간적 중복성을 발견하고 두 가지 캐쉬(태그 캐쉬, 필터 캐쉬)를 적용하여 추가적인 필터링 성능 향상을 꾀하였다. 설계한 RFID 고속 필터링 엔진의 성능 평가를 위해 프로토타입 애플리케이션을 제작하여 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 결과로써 기존의 순차적인 RFID 데이터 필터링에 비해 고속의 필터링 성능을 보이며 특히 필터의 수가 증가할수록 필터링의 효율이 높아짐을 보인다. In this paper, we present a high-speed RFID data filtering engine designed to carry out filtering under the conditions of massive data and massive filters. We discovered that the high-speed RFID data filtering technique is very similar to the high-speed packet classification technique which is used in high-speed routers and firewall systems. Actually, our filtering engine is designed based on existing packet classification algorithms, Bit Parallelism and Aggregated Bit Vector(ABV). In addition, we also discovered that there are strong temporal relations and redundancy in the RFID data filtering operations. We incorporated two kinds of caches, tag and filter caches, to make use of this characteristic to improve the efficiency of the filtering engine. The performance of the proposed engine has been examined by implementing a prototype system and testing it. Compared to the basic sequential filter comparison approach, our engine shows much better performance, and it gets better as the number of filters increases.

This paper suggests the product supply process model based on the store and production capacity, assortment planning and quick response for fast fashion retailers with BPMN. In the fast fashion industry, the standardized business process model is required to respond quickly market trends and customer requirements based on the quantitative and qualitative criteria. Thus we define the product supply processes which incorporate forecasting and assortment plan, cost and profitability of the production, store capacity based on the visual merchandising, and production capacity of the fast fashion retailers. Also we design the key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of these product supply processes. The product supply process model for the fast fashion has great significance in embracing the fast fashion product development process because it presents the holistic view of the product supply process of the fast fashion and provides a performance evaluation mechanism. A case study shows that adopting the processes, a Korean fast fashion company achieves improvement in various performance indicators.

In this paper, the seismic capacity of deteriorated landing piers has been evaluated. Firstly, a full scale destructive tests on the deteriorated landing piers in Busan Ports was carried out to analyze the real behavior of the structure under ultimate loading conditions. Then, the analytical model of the structure including soil supports was constructed based on the results of lateral loading tests. Finally, the seismic capacity of the structure was evaluated using Capacity spectrum method and nonlinear time-history analysis method.
