        국제교육과정(IBDP) 내 외국어로서 한국어 교육과정 특성 연구

        The proposal of this study is to analyze the aim and content of education through the lens of Korean Language Education as a Foreign Language in the course of International Baccalaureate Diploma Program(IBDP). Based on these results, we can further discuss the validity of Korean Education as a Foreign Language. The study examined the global direction and principle of IBDP which represents the high school course in the International Baccalaureate, particularly analyzing the aim and content of the foreign language acquisition part. Analysis results suggested that the set point of the start and end were too high. Contents of each part were different from the general foreign language acquisition. Concretely, the level of expression part was high and language usage that underline thinking power was much more supported than communication on the general situation. Consideration of these contents are important, although they lacked educational references which would actualize these guidelines in regards to teaching and learning. Further intensive discussion about the problems raised in this study is needed for further understanding.

        혼류임펠러를 갖는 관류형팬의 성능특성

        The performance of in-line duct fan depends on the design parameters of impeller and guide vane such as sweep back angle of impeller hub, guide vane angle etc. In this study four kinds of impellers having different sweep back angles, $0^{\circ}$, $17.5^{\circ}$, $35^{\circ}$, $52.5^{\circ}$ with 8 guide vanes, and different guide vane angles, $15^{\circ}$, $30^{\circ}$, $45^{\circ}$ were selected and their performance measured to investigate the effects of design parameters. The results show that both sweep back angle of impeller hub and the guide vane angle have large effect on the efficiency. Especially, it was found that the mixed flow impellers having sweep back angle between $17.5^{\circ}$ and $35^{\circ}$ gave good performances for in-line duct fan.

        협대역 고출력 전자기파에 의한 CMOS IC의 전기적 특성 분석

        The changes in the electrical characteristics of CMOS ICs due to coupling with a narrow-band electromagnetic wave were analyzed in this study. A magnetron (3 kW, 2.45 GHz) was used as the narrow-band electromagnetic source. The DUT was a CMOS logic IC and the gate output was in the ON state. The malfunction of the ICs was confirmed by monitoring the variation of the gate output voltage. It was observed that malfunction (self-reset) and destruction of the ICs occurred as the electric field increased. To confirm the variation of electrical characteristics of the ICs due to the narrow-band electromagnetic wave, the pin-to-pin resistances (Vcc-GND, Vcc-Input1, Input1-GND) and input capacitance of the ICs were measured. The pin-to-pin resistances and input capacitance of the ICs before exposure to the narrow-band electromagnetic waves were $8.57M{\Omega}$ (Vcc-GND), $14.14M{\Omega}$ (Vcc-Input1), $18.24M{\Omega}$ (Input1-GND), and 5 pF (input capacitance). The ICs exposed to narrow-band electromagnetic waves showed mostly similar values, but some error values were observed, such as $2.5{\Omega}$, $50M{\Omega}$, or 71 pF. This is attributed to the breakdown of the pn junction when latch-up in CMOS occurred. In order to confirm surface damage of the ICs, the epoxy molding compound was removed and then studied with an optical microscope. In general, there was severe deterioration in the PCB trace. It is considered that the current density of the trace increased due to the electromagnetic wave, resulting in the deterioration of the trace. The results of this study can be applied as basic data for the analysis of the effect of narrow-band high-power electromagnetic waves on ICs.

        협대역 고출력 전자기파로 인한 CMOS IC에서의 오동작 특성 연구

        This study examined the malfunction mode of the HCMOS IC under narrow-band high-power electromagnetic wave. Magnetron is used to a narrow-band electromagnetic source. MFR (malfunction failure rate) was measured to investigate the HCMOS IC. In addition, we measured the resistance between specific pins of ICs, which are exposed and not exposed to the electromagnetic wave, respectively. As a test result of measurement, malfunction mode is shown in three steps. Flicker mode causing a flicker in LED connected to output pin of IC is dominant in more than 7.96 kV/m electric field. Self-reset mode causing a voltage drop to the input and output of IC during electromagnetic wave radiation is dominant in more than 9.1 kV/m electric field. Power-reset mode making a IC remained malfunction after electromagnetic radiation is dominant in more than 20.89 kV/m. As a measurement result of pin-to-pin resistance of IC, the differences between IC exposed to electromagnetic wave and normal IC were minor. However, the five in two hundred IC show a relatively low resistance. This is considered to be the result of the breakdown of pn junction when latch-up in CMOS occurred. Based on the results, the susceptibility of HCMOS IC can be applied to a basic database to IC protection and impact analysis of narrow-band high-power electromagnetic waves.

        과도 안정도를 고려한 총 송전용량 평가

        본 논문은 기존의 총 송전용량 결정에 있어서 고려하기 어려웠던 과도 안정도 제약을 판별법을 적용하기 위해 2단계 계산 기법을 이용하여 보다 용이하게 적용하였다. 총 송전용량을 계산하기 위한 방법으로 첫 번째 단계에서는 RPF(Repeated Power Flow) 방법을 이용하여 전압과 열적한계를 판별하고, 두 번째 단계에서는 첫 번째 단계에서 결정된 총 송전용량이 시스템의 과도 안정도 조건의 위반여부를 판별하여 시스템의 총 송전용량을 결정하였다. This paper presents a method to assess total transfer capability(TTC) considering transient stability. TTC is limited not only by the violation of system voltage and thermal limits, but also restricted by transient stability limit, TTC calculation is divided into two processes. The frist step is to calculate TTC without considering the transient stability constraint by using repeated power flow(RPF) method. The second step is to perform transient stability analysis based on TTC calculation in the frist step.

        독도의 국가경관이미지 특성에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 독도가 대한민국 국민에게 특별한 의미를 갖는 지역이기 때문에,『국가경관이미지』를 갖고 있을 것이라는 가설을 증명하기 진행되었다. 이를 위해 내국인 대학생 51명과 외국인 대학생 44명을 대상으로 어의척도 설문조사를 실시하고 통계분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 내국인 남녀간에는 큰 차이는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 그렇지만 [독도전체 경관사진]에 대해서는 “상당히 혹은 매우 귀중하고 인상적인 동시에 신비롭고 상징적이다”라는 이미지를 갖고 있었다. 이것은 여타 국립공원의 자연경관에 대한 반응들에서는 찾아 볼 수 없는 독도 특유의 이미지들이다. 한편, 내국인과 외국인의 응답 결과는 모든 변수에서 큰 차이를 보였다. 특히 [독도전체 경관사진]에 대해서 몇몇 경관형용사들 [인상적이다(1.41), 신비롭다(1,25), 상징적이다(1.00), 귀중하다(0.98), 친근하다(0.95), 아름답다(0.93), 흥미롭다(0.85)]은 내외국인 응답자들간 뚜렷한 차를 보였다. 바위 이름 자체에 국가경관이미지와 관련된 이름을 가진 바위들[한반도바위(0.57)]와 [독립문바위(0.51)]에 대해서도 내외국인 응답에 상당한 차이를 발견할 수 있었다. 요인분석 결과 도출된 세 가지 주요 요인가운데 첫 번째 요인은 국가경관이미지, 두 번째 요인은 독도의 자연성, 세 번째 요인은 독도의 공간감으로 나타났다. 본 조사 연구는 제한된 시간과 여건 속에서 한정적 조사연구가 수행되었지만 추후 좀 더 전 국민을 대상으로 한 확대 연구가 필요하다. 또한 CVM(조건부 가치측정법)에 의한 독도의 경제적 가치 재평가는 조속한 시일 내에 다시 수행될 필요성이 있다. This study is conducted to prove a hypothesis that Dokdo Island has “National Landscape Image,” being a region with special meaning for Korean people. University students(51 Koreans and 44 foreigners) were surveyed on landscape images of Dokdo Island, and the statistical analysis of the survey responses was performed subsequently. The findings showed no substantial difference between the opinions of Korean men and women: Especially the photo of whole Dokdo was highly rated by Korean respondents as “considerably or very valuable and impressive, but also mysterious and symbolic at the same time.” These are unique images of Dokdo Island, which are not found in responses to natural landscape of other national parks. Meanwhile, there were significant contrasts between the responses of Koreans and foreigners in every variables. Some landscape adjectives used as semantic differential scale demonstrate remarkable differences between Korean and foreign respondents, particularly on the photo of whole Dokdo: impressive(1.41), mysterious(1.25), symbolic (1.00), valuable(0.98), intimate(0.95), beautiful(0.93), interesting(0.85). There were substantial differences in responses between Korean and foreigners on two rock islands, which have names related with some national image: The Korean Peninsula Rock(0.57) and Independence Gate Rock(0.51). Finally, three primary factors drawn from the factor analysis were (1) national landscape image, (2) natural characteristics of Dokdo Island, and (3) spatiality of Dokdo Island.

        전공별 학문 목적 한국어 교육과정 개발을 위한 기초 연구

        본 연구는 전공별 학문 목적 학습자를 위한 한국어 교육과정 개발에 활용될 수있는 기초 자료를 구축하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 학업 수행의 기본이라할 수 있는 전공 강의를 조사하고 유형화하여 이에 대한 담화적 특성을 밝히고자하였다. 대구 경북권 4년제 대학의 4계열 8개 전공을 대상으로 전공 강의 진행 방식에 대한 조사를 실시하였다. 최초 수집된 33개의 강의를 진행 단계별로 분류하여 분석한 결과 도입 단계에서 나타나는 유형은 세 가지, 전개 단계에서 나타나는 유형은 여섯 가지, 마무리 단계에 나타나는 유형은 한 가지였다. 이들 각 단계별로 실현되는 유형을 대상으로 세부 항목을 조사하였고, 교수와 학습자의 발화 교환 양상을 보기위해 녹취된 담화에 대한 분석을 실시하였다. 조사를 통해 살펴본 결과, 기존 한국어교육에서 다루어졌던 강의듣기의 유형과는 다른 전공 강의만의 특성이 있었으며, 특히 학습자의 역할이 이해에만 머물러 있지 않고 적극적인 표현을 해야 하는 경우가 많다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이와 같은 분석 결과는 추후 전공별 한국어교육을 제공함에 있어 학습자 및 해당 전공 분야의 요구를 반영한 교육 방안을 마련하는 데에 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of the study is to facilitate foundation research in terms of applying Korean curriculum for academic Korean learners with different types of majors. The study also attempts to investigate discourse features from different major courses The study conducted investigation about the method of lecture instruction based on 8 different majors from four different faculty. In the initial investigation, 33 lectures were classified according to the beginning, development and conclusion stages respectively. The study found out that there are three types of register in the beginning stage, there are six various register emerged in the development stage, and there is the only one type of register in the conclusion stage. For the next step, the study evaluates specific components of each register for every stage by recording utterance aspect between students and teachers. In the conclusion, there is a specific distinction about major courses, which was quite different from existing research of lecture listening discourse in Korean language education. Especially, the role of student should be remained as an active listener rather than a passive listener. This study implicates that there is a room for developing Korean curriculum according to different needs for various major courses.

      • 이클립스 기반 UML 모델링 도구의 설계

        UML은 소프트웨어의 분야에서 널리 활용되는 언어이다. UML은 소프트웨어의 설계에 주로 사용되며 이를 이용하여 실제 구현, 테스트까지 영향을 끼치는 중요한 언어이다. 이런 UML을 이용하는 설계를 지원하기 위한 다양한 도구들이 개발되어 있다. 하지만 좀 더 특화된 소프트웨어 분야, 예를 들어 임베디드 소프트웨어나 실시간 소프트웨어 분야의 경우 소프트웨어 개발을 위한 UML 도구에 대한 지원은 부족하다. 이 논문에서는 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 이클립스 플러그인을 활용하여 UML 모델링 도구를 설계하고 구현하는 방법을 보여준다.

      • 부력을 최소화한 대향류 삼축 메탄-공기 비예혼합 화염 소화에서 에지화염의 거동

        A Experimental study on flame extinction behavior was investigated using He curtain flow with counter triple co-flow burner. Buoyancy force was suppressed up to a microgravity level of 10-2?10-3g by using He curtain flow. The stability maps were provided with a functional dependency of diluent mole fraction and global strain rate to clarify the differences in flame extinction behavior. The flame extinction curves had C-shapes at various global strain rates. The oscillation and extinction modes were different each other in terms of the global strain rate, and the flames extinction modes could be classified into five modes such as (I) and (II): an extinction through the shrinkage of the outmost edge flame forward the flame center after self-excitation and without self-excitation, respectively, (III): an extinction through rapid advancement of a flame hole while the outmost edge flame is stationary, (IV): self-excitation occurs in the outermost edge flame and the center edge flame and then a donut shaped flame is formed and/or the flame is entirely extinguished, (V): shrinkage of the outermost edge flame without self-excitation followed by shrinkage or survival of the center flame. These oscillation and extinction modes could be identified well to the behavior of edge flame. The result also showed that the edge flame was influenced significantly by the conductive heat losses to the flame center or ambient He curtain flow.
