        물봉선의 생약학적 연구

        Korean folk medicine 'Mul Bong Seon' has been used to cure hypertension and a toxicide. The botanical origin of the crude drug has been no pharmacognostical confirmation on it. To clarify the botanical origin of 'Mul Bong Seon', the morphologial and anatomical characteristics of the leaves of Impatiens species growing in Korea, i.e. I. balsamina, I. noli-tangere, I. textori, I. textori forma. pallescens were studied. As a result, it was clarified that 'Mul Bong Seon' was the leaf of Impatiens textori and Impatiens textori forma. pallescens.

        "녹제초"의 생약학적 연구

        Chinese crude drug "Lu-ti-cao"(鹿蹄草) has been used as a remedy for beriberi, cut bleeding, snake bite, etc. In Korea, the drug is called "Nok Je Cho" and has been used as a folk medicine of the same effect as that of Chinese equivalent. The original plant of this drug has not yet been as certained. To clarify the botanical origin of "Nok Je Cho", the morphological and anatomical characteristics of the leaves of Pyrola species growing in Korea, i.e. P. incarnata, P. japonica, P. minor, P. renifolia, P. secunda were studied. As a result, it was clarified that "Nok Je Cho" was the leaf of Pyrola japonica and Pyrola minor.

        설비 및 품질 데이터 연계 지능형 생산계획 스케줄링 모델 개발을 위한 시스템엔지니어링 접근 방법

        This study proposes a systems engineering approach for the development of an advanced planning & scheduling (APS) system for a cosmetic case manufacturing factory. The APS system makes production plans and schedules based on the injection process, which consists of 27 plastic injection machines in parallel to control recommended inventory of products. The system uses machine operation/failure information and defective product/work-in-process tracking information to support intelligent scheduling. Furthermore, a genetic algorithm model is applied to handle the complexity of heuristic rules and machine/quality constraints in this process. As a result of the development, the recommended inventory compliance rate is improved by scheduling the 30-day production plan for 15 main products.

The dental technicians work under the harmful environments. It should be improved the working conditions for the dental technicians. 3. In case of the women dental technicians, they feel like being treated discriminality. It should be take over a portion of the work in dental laboratory as the accountant' section and the technical section. 4. It should be abolished a pressent instruction dentist system.

        청쾌원의 현미감정 연구

        'Chung Kwei Won(淸快園)' is a Chinese patent medicine, which is used for stomachic disorder, acute and chronic indigestion, dispepsia, vomiting and diarrhea in Korea. This preparation consists of 16 kinds of powdered crude drugs. For the identification of individual crude drugs in such powdery mixtures, microscopic method may be used conviniently as it requires only a small amount of specimens. In this paper, the effectiveness of this method is exemplified by the identification of the ingredients in 'Chung Kwei Won' which contains 16 powder crude drug ingredients.

        CAD-CAM Konus type 부착장치를 이용한 하악 임플란트 피개의치 보철수복 증례

        하악 완전 무치악 환자의 보철수복에 있어 임플란트 식립 후 피개의치 제작은 첫 번째 치료 옵션으로 고려된다. 코너스 타입 부착장치를 이용한 피개의치는 견고한 지지를 제공하고 cross arch stabilization을 이루도록 하여 교합압을 균일하게 분산시키며, 의치에 의한 이차 고정으로 장기간의 안정성을 제공한다. 최근 소개된 팔라듐-은(Pd-Ag) 합금(Innovium)은 팔라듐, 은, 금 등의 귀금속 함량이 72% 이상인 CAD-CAM 시스템 전용 귀금속 합금으로 코너스 타입 부착장치를 제작하는데 적합한 물성을 가지고 있다. 본 증례에서는 완전 무치악 환자에서 상악에는 통상적인 총의치, 하악에는 임플란트를 4개 식립한 후에 코너스 타입 부착장치 피개의치 수복을 하였다. CAD-CAM 시스템을 이용하여 팔라듐-은 합금(Innovium)으로 제작된 코너스 타입 부착장치를 장착하였으며 이를 통해 의치의 유지와 안정을 향상시켰으며 만족할 만한 결과를 얻었기에 보고하고자 한다. In edentulous mandible, implant supported overdenture was considered as a first treatment option. Konus type attachment supplies rigid support and cross arch stabilization so that more favorable force transmission and distribution can be attained. In the dentistry, computer aided design-computer aided manufacturing (CAD-CAM) system makes it possible to fabricate restorations with high precision and effectiveness. Recently, Palladium-silver (Pd-Ag) alloy which is millable has been developed. This article presents that application of CAD-CAM Konus type attachment can be provide satisfactory stability and function on four-implant supported mandibular overdenture.

        고체전해질 $RbAg_4I_5$ 단결정의 전기전도성과 전극반응

        고체전해질 $RbAg_4I_5$의 단결정을 키워서 온도에 따른 전기전도율의 변화를 퍼텐티오메트릭 4-전극방법으로 측정하고 $Ag/RbAg_4I_5$, 계면에 대한 전기화학적 성질을 순환전압전류법으로 조사하였다. 25$^{\circ}C$에서 단결정의 비전기전도율은 $0.284\pm0.003 ohm^{-1}cm^{-1}이었고 \;Ag^+$이온의 이동에 대하여 계산된 활성화에너지는 1.70kcal/mol로서 다결정 시료에 대한 값들과 거의 일치하였다. 순환전압전류법 실험결과 은 기준전극에 대한 전위 0볼트 이하에서는 은 전극에서 $Ag^+$ 이온의 가역적환원이 일어났고 +0.67볼트 이상의 전위에서 요오드화 이온이 산화되어 요오드가 유리되었다. 은의 산화 전위에서 은 전극은 작은 양극전류만을 나타내었으나 환원전위에서 은 전극의 표면에 환원 석출된 은은 다시 양극 전위로 돌아갈 때 아주 큰 산화전류를 나타내었다. The electrical conductivity of solid electrolyte $RbAg_4I_5$ single crystal was studied at various temperatures. The four-probe method was used in measuring the conductance with an ac signal imposed on the specimen. The ionic conductivity was $0.284 ohm^{-1} cm^{-1}\;at\;25^{\circ}C$, and the activation energy for $Ag^+$ ion migration was calulated to be 1.70 kcal/mole. These values agree well with those reported for polycrystalline samples. Reactions at $Ag/RbAg_4I_5$ interface were studied by cyclic voltammetry with a silver reference electrode. It was found that silver ion is reversibly reduced at silver surfaces below zero volt, and iodide was oxidized above +0.67 volt.The anodic current arising from the oxidation of the electrode was small in magnitude initially over a wide range of potential, but, after silver was cathodically deposited on the electrode, reversing the potential sweep to the anodic direction resulted in a sharp peak of anodic current.

        계획된 행위이론을 적용한 실습중 사고예방 교육 프로그램 개발 - 치기공학과 학생을 중심으로 -

        Purpose: The purposes of this study were to provide information about safe actions during the practice of dental technology, promote belief in safe actions among the students of dental technology, and reinforce their knowledge about how to act safety. Methods: Open questions were asked to 120 sophomores majoring dental technology to understand the target group's belief about safe actions. Following the instructions by Ajzen & Fishbein, the collected data were grouped according to similar beliefs. Those beliefs of the highest frequency were given a priority and got to represent the belief level of the target group. Even with belief changes, however, they would not be able to practice safe actions if they had no knowledge about how to do safe actions. For desirable behavioral changes among the students, the students were then asked to discuss the current state of safety accidents and issues focusing on the materials and processes used in the practice and give presentations regarding the subjects to identify risk factors. Then the identified risk factors were used to devise the program contents so that the students could practice safe actions through accurate behavioral approaches and belief changes by educating them about how to act safely by the practice processes and the involved materials and devices. Results: Not only do the students of Dept. of Dental Technicians have difficulties with the complex practice processes while practicing to make dental prosthesis, but they are exposed to the risk of accidents as they're poor at dealing with the materials and devices. Although there is a definite need for accident prevention education programs before practice, the reality is that the school doesn't the schoosuch education. Based on the judgment that an education program designed to reinforce belief for behavioral changes would generate effgrams results, an education program was developed by applying the Theory of Planned Behavior(TPB). Along with their beliefs, the current state of accidents n. Basepractice, demand for safety education, and practice level of safe actions were used to device the contents of accident prevention education and to develop an accident prevention education program for dental technology. Conclusion: The study presents an accident prevention education program developed to reinforce dental technology students' beliefs and knowledge and to help them do safe actions during practice.

        선박 및 해양플랜트 환경에서 작업자 위치 모니터링 시스템 개발을 위한 시스템엔지니어링 접근 방법

        The shipbuilding and offshore industry is a large and complex assembly industry, which causes many safety accidents. The major accidents in the shipbuilding and offshore industry workplaces are stenosis, falling objects, dust, fire, explosions, and gas poisoning. The accident by worker in this industry mainly has three factors: frequent movement, narrow work space, and increased use of subcontractors. To control these factors, it is necessary to monitor the worker's location and work status. In this paper, a worker location monitoring system using inaudible sound wave was designd that can be used in environments with many metal barriers. The process included deriving stakeholder requirements, transforming to system requirements, designing system architecture, and developing prototype. The prototype was validated by third-party testing agency. As a result, it satisfied the designed performance and verified its feasibility.

        안신환의 현미감정 연구

        ‘Ansin Whan(安神丸)’ is a Chinese patent medicine, which is used for insomnia, nervous breakdown, amnesia and hypertension in Korea. In the future, the demand for the drug is likely to increase, as the number of aged people increases. This medicine is the large of pills consisting 13 kinds of powdered crude drugs. For the identification of individual ingredients in such powdery mixtures, microscopic method may advantageously be used as it requires only a small amount of specimens. In this paper, the effectiveness of this method is exemplified by the identification of the ingredients in ‘Ansin Whan’ which contains 13 powdered crude drug ingredients.
