        베이커리 서비스스케이프가 고객만족도 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향 - SNS 베이커리관여도의 조절효과 -

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of bakery servicescape, customer satisfaction and behavioral intention, and the moderating effect of SMS bakery involvement, targeting bakery customers in Gwangju and Jeonnam. The sample (344people) was conducted for customers in Gwangju and Jeonnam, and the conclusions on the hypothesis setting test are as follows. Study findings are as follows: Hypothesis 1, the sub-factors of servicescape (accessibility, cleanliness, convenience, aesthetic appeal) were found to have a positive (+) significant effect on bakery customer satisfaction. Hypothesis 2, it was found that the sub-factors of servicescape (accessibility, cleanliness, convenience, aesthetic attractiveness) had a positive (+) significant effect on bakery behavioral intentions, excluding aesthetic attractiveness. Hypothesis 3 showed that the higher customer satisfaction, the higher the revisit, recommendation intention, and continuing relationship. Hypotheses 4 and 5 showed that there is a moderating effect on customer satisfaction in the interaction term of cleanliness of bakery servicescape high involvement of SNS bakery. Bakery managers should approach from the perspective of COVID-19's long-term persistence, improve accessibility, convenience, and cleanliness of the bakery servicescape, and increase customer satisfaction and action intentions. In addition, the improvement of customer satisfaction has a positive effect on the behavior of future customers, and customers with high involvement in SNS bakery need to recognize that they value the servicescape of cleanliness and continue to develop the company.

        등속성 근기능이 G-tolerance(+6G/30s)에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 등속성 근기능 검사를 통하여 슬관절과 요부관절의 최대근력 및 체중 당 최대근력이 중력가속도 훈련(6G/30초)에 어 떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보았다. 본 연구 대상자들은 비행 입문과정 입과 대상자 중 의학적 병력이 없는 남생도 16명을 대상 으로 G-내성(6G/30초) 검사를 실패한 남생도 8명, 성공한 남생도 8명으로 선정하였다. 슬관절 등속성 근기능은 근력 측정을 위하 여 각속도 60°/sec에서 신근과 굴근을 5회 측정하였고, 근지구력 측정을 위하여 각속도 240°/sec에서 25회 측정하여 다음과 같 은 결과를 도출하였다. 슬관절 신근력 60°/sec 각속도에서 체중 당 최대회전력과 체중 당 총 일양은 왼쪽과 오른쪽 모두 실패그 룹보다 성공그룹에서 유의하게 높게 나타났으며, 슬관절 신근력 240°/sec 각속도에서 체중 당 총 일양은 왼쪽과 오른쪽 모두 실 패그룹보다 성공그룹에서 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 요부관절에서 신근력과 굴근력은 실패그룹과 성공그룹 간의 유의한 차이는 없 었으나 성공그룹이 실패그룹보다 높은 경향치를 보였다. 결론적으로 G-내성 검사의 성공을 위해서는 하지와 몸통 근력의 향상이 필요하다. The main purpose of this study was to investigate whether maximum muscular strength and maximum muscular strength per weight of knee and lumbar joint can influence an acceleration of gravity training (6G/30sec) utilizing muscle function test. Subjects of this study were selected as sixteen male cadets without any medical history from subjects to attend flight introductory course, and eight cadets of the subjects failed in G-tolerance test (6G/30sec) while the other subjects succeeded in the test. In order to measure the muscle strength of subjects in this study, knee joint isokinetic muscle function was analyzed with five times measurement of extensor muscle and flexor muscle at 60°/sec angular speed, and in order to measure the muscular endurance, twenty five times measurement at 240°/sec angular speed were conducted. The result was as follows: In measuring at 60°/sec angular speed, the total work of maximum muscular strength and maximum muscular strength per weight of both left and right knee joint extensor muscle was higher significantly in the group who had succeeded in G-tolerance test than in the group who had failed in G-tolerance test. In measuring at 240°/sec angular speed, the total work of maximum muscular strength per weight of both left and right knee joint muscle was higher significantly in the succeeded group than the failed group. On the other hand, the measurement of lumbar joint didn't show a significant difference between the succeeded group and the failed group, However the succeeded group had higher tendency than the failed group. In conclusion, this study suggested that the improvement of lower and body muscle strength was essential to successful G-tolerance test.

        물류학회지의 연구동향 분석

        본 연구는 1991년 창간호를 발간하고 2009년 4월 현재총권 37권을 발행한 한국물류학회의 물류학회지의 연구동향을 해운물류연구의 동향연구를 모형으로 분석하였다. 제17권 1호에서 제18권 4호를 대상으로 물류학회지를 12개의 주제로 구분하여 분석하였다. 분석결과에 따르면 물류정책/ 해상운송/ 국내·외 물류/ 물류 관리가 61.2%를 차지하여 가장 많았고, 연구자 중에서는 교수의 비율이 가장 높았으며 교수/학생의 연구가 증가하고 있다. 사용된 연구방법은 설문조사분석이 가장 많았고, 이와 함께 계량분석과 사례연구도 증가하고 있다. 학회지의 국제화 수준도 점차 높아지고 있다. 아울러 참고문헌의 평균인용도는 16.8편이며 상대적으로「물류학회지」의 피 인용건수는 평균 0.6편으로 매우 낮았다. 분석결과 물류학회지는 14권에서 16권까지의 연구동향과 17-18권의 연구동향이 별차이없이 유지되고 있었으며, 이러한 연구를 통하여 연구의 동향을 분석하여 연구의 방향과 학회의 연구수준을 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. The purpose of this paper is to analyze and describe the articles published in Korea Logistics Review from Vol. 17 to Vol. 18. The research method is similar to the one that was published in Journal of Shipping and Logistics in December, 2006. This analysis also provides an overall picture of contemporary logistics research and identifies the necessary components and methods to enhance logistics research in Korea. The findings indicate that the most popular research topics were logistics policy and strategy (21.2%), maritime transportation (16.2%), domestic and international logistics (13.8%), and logistics management (10%), and the occupations of the most active researchers were university professors (52.5%) followed by individual researchers who are directly associated with the public and private research institutes. More than one author (co-work) accounted for 67.5% and co-work between professors and students accounted for 45.6% of articles including more than one author. Quantitative methods including survey method accounted for 63.8% followed by theoretical and conceptual analyses (21.2%), case studies (11.3), and system analysis (3.7). On the other hand, the average number of citation per article was 16.8 and citation taken form Korea Logistics Review was 0.6 per article. Furthermore, the partial analysis of published articles from Vol. 14 to Vol. 16 indicate similar results. However, improving the average number of citation taken from Korea Logistics Review, increasing the number of interdisciplinary research and co-work between Korean and foreign scholars, and using more quantitative research methods can contribute to further advance and expand logistics research in Korea.

        판데믹 시대의 물류변화에 대한 고찰

        코로나19의 확산은 WHO의 ‘판데믹’(Pandemic 세계적 대유행) 선언에까지 이르렀다. 2019년 12월 중국 우한에서 처음 발생한 뒤 전 세계로 확산된, 새로운 유형의 코로나바이러스에 의한 호흡기 감염질환은 2020년 2월 대구의 신천지를 기점으로 급속히 확 산되어지는 가 싶더니 이탈리아, 유럽과 미국을 거치면서 감염자를 발생시키고 있다. 이후 남미로 이어진 코로나19는 전 세계적으 로 2020년 7월 8일 현재 09시를 기준 총 11,709,124명 중 541,572명이 사망하였다. 세계경제는 마이너스 성장을 하고 있으며, 실업과 파산의 위협을 가중시키고 있다. 이는 물류분야에도 영향을 미치게 되면서 공급망의 글로벌화에 대한 우려와 글로벌경기의 침체에 따른 물량감소 및 일상의 변화로 인한 택배의 일상화 등으로 나타나고 있 다. 따라서 코로나19 이전과 이후로 나뉘어 볼 때, 세계물류시장은 4차 산업혁명을 기반으로 하는 디지털화가 가속되어 나타날 것 으로 여겨진다. 따라서 코로나19가 지나더라도 질병으로부터 오는 재난에 따른 시대적 물류환경의 변화에 대한 고찰은 매우 중요 하다. 이에 본 연구는 판데믹시대의 물류환경과 물류트랜드를 살펴봄으로써 환경적응을 위한 유연한 사고와 새시대의 물류기반을 조성하는데 기틀를 마련하고자 한다. The spread of Corona 19 has reached the WHO’s “Pandemic” declaration. The respiratory infection disease caused by a new type of coronavirus first broke out in Wuhan, China, in December 2019, and then spread around the world. Corona 19, which had been spreading rapidly in Korea since February 2020, went through Italy, Europe, and the United States, leading to South America, killing 541,572 out of 11,709,124 confirmed cases as of July 8, 2020. The global economy is experiencing negative growth, adding to the threat of unemployment and bankruptcy. This has also affected the logistics sector, resulting in concerns over the globalization of the supply chain, reduced supplies due to the global economic slowdown and the daily routine of delivery. Thus, divided before and after Corona 19, the global logistics market is believed to be accelerated by digitalization based on the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Therefore, even after Corona19, consideration of changes in the logistics environment of the times due to disasters from disease is very important. Therefore, this research aims to lay the foundation for flexible thinking for environmental adaptation and the creation of a logistics foundation for the new era by examining the logistics environment and logistics trends of the Pandemic era.

        한국물류기업의 몽골진출을 위한 전략적 방안에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 내륙국가인 몽골의 물류현황을 살펴보고 현재 몽골진출을 위해 노력하는 한국기업들의 몽골진출을 위한 전략적인 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저, 몽골은 풍부한 지하자원의 개발과 수출을 위한 물류인프라의 구축이 절실하다. 둘째, 다각적인 물류망을 위한 노력이 절실히 요구된다. 최근 몽골정부는 광물자원 수송경로의 다변화를 위해 TMGR-TSR/TCR철도노선을 연계개발 추진 중이다. 셋째, 물류인프라는 국가발전의 중요한 요소이며, 국가정책의 일환으로써 수행되어져야 할 것이다. 넷째, 광산자원의 원재료수출에서 제조업화를 통해 부가가치를 창출하고 향상시키는 전략이 요구된다. 포장이사의 선두이자 대중화를 선도한 KGB물류그룹이 최근 몽골법인 KGB MGL을 세우고 다양한 관계형성을 추진하는 것도 좋은 예라 할 수 있다. 따라서 한국과 몽골의 지속적인 관계형성을 위해서는 이에 따른 한·몽 양 정부 간 효율적인 물류정책 방안과 효과적인 물류정책의 시행이 절실히 요구된다. his study aims to identify the logistics of Mongolia, an inland nation, and to give strategic insight for Korean enterprises which are trying to extend their business to Mongolia. Mongolia needs to build logistic infrastructure to develop and export abundant underground resources. They also need to make efforts to build multilateral logistic networks. Recently, the Mongolian government has been working to develop a TMGR-TSR/TCR railway route to diversify the transport routes of mineral resources. The logistic infrastructure is an important element in national development, and systematic implementation is required as a national policy. Strategies are required in order to create and improve the value of exporting raw materials and developing manufacturing. A good example is the KGB logistic group, which leads the packing and moving businesses and which recently established a Mongolian branch, KGB MGL, and which has built diverse relationships. In order to build a stronger relationship between Korea and Mongolia, we need to implement efficient and effective logistic policies between the Korean and Mongolian governments.

        베이커리 카페의 이용 동기가 이용만족과 재방문의도에 미치는 영향 - 자기결정이론을 적용하여 -

        The study investigated the effect of intrinsic motivation(interest, intimacy) and extrinsic motivation(food, physical environment) on usage satisfaction and revisit intention of consumers who have visited a bakery cafe. Considering the age ratio of the sample, it was conducted through an online survey from september 1, 2021 to September 10, 2021. A total of 360 questionnaires were collected, and the final 339 questionnaires were used for the final analysis. For statistical analysis, demographic analysis, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, exploratory analysis, confirmatory analysis, correlation analysis, structural equation analysis, and cross analysis were used. The research results are as follows. First, interest had a positive(+) effect on usage satisfaction. Second, intimacy had a positive(+) effect on usage satisfaction. Third, food had a positive(+) effect on usage satisfaction. Fourth, physical environment had a positive(+) effect on usage satisfaction. Fifth, usage satisfaction had a positive(+) effect on revisit intention. Through this study, conclusions, implications, limitations, and future research directions are presented.

        Current trends indicate that, in general, the complexity of system is increasing with constantly changing requirement and the introduction of new technologies on a continuing and evolutionary basis. It is essential that a comprehensive and well-intergrated logistics and system support activities and system design and system design. The Logistics concept began to appear in the business-related literature in the 1960s under the label of physical distribution, which had a focus on the outbound side of the logistics system. During the 1960s, military logistics began to focus upon engineering dimensions of logistics with incresaed emphasis upon modeling and quantitative analysis. In contrast the business applications were usually more focused upon consumer nondufable goods related to marketing and physical distribution of finished products. Korean logistics began to develop in the 1980s. Different situation makes a different define of logistics and consist of different contents. In Korea, the field of logistics consist of area, functions and related Laws for reducing cost. In the basis of above issues, this paper is to developing our logistics level, comparing two countries CPL.
