The use of conventional control devices such as pushbuttons, toggle switches, thumbwheels and rotary controls in a nuclear generating stations requires the allocation of a considerable amount of control panel space as well as the cost of multiple input devices and their associated wiring. Alternatively, computer-based virtual controls can be implemented via the use of a graphical user interface(GUI) on touch screen, video display units(VDUs). Virtual control panels offer significant advantages over discrete controls in these two areas. In addition, as virtual devices, they can be reconfigured to match the real time context of the control task at hand. However, due to the technologies employed and the operational and developmental requirements associated with Class 1E nuclear safety systems, there are several challenges in the development of such a system that must be addressed.
복합레저시설의 효율적 인적관리 방안: 종사자의 감정노동발생요인과 대처유형을 중심으로

이 연구는 복합레저시설의 효율적 인적관리를 위하여 종사자의 감정노동 발생요인과 대처유형을 규명 하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 연구참여자를 유목적 표집법을 통하여 복합레저시설 종사자 11명을 선정하였다. 자료수집은 심층면담을 통해 이루어졌으며, 자료분석은 텍스트 분석을 통하여 의미 단위 분석, 범주화, 핵심범주의 생성 단계로 구분하여 결과를 도출하였다. 이에 따른 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 복합레저시설 종사자의 감정노동 발생 요인은 부당한 요구의 고객, 고객 부주의에 의한 요구, 시설 및 환경 운영방침에 대한 불만족, 문화적 차원의 요구로 나타났다. 부당한 요구의 고객 유형은 무례한 행동, 지나친 관여, 과도한 요구이며 고객 부주의에 의한 요구 유형은 보상요구, 인격 모독, 무조건적 회사 책임이었다. 시설 및 환경 운영방침에 대한 불만족은 보험처리 요구, 시설규모 불만, 운영방침 미준수로 나타났으며, 문화적 차원의 요구는 서비스 미흡, 사회적 관습, 부적절한 언어사용 및 불손한 태도, 회원 불평등 서비스, 죄의식 없는 죄책감 등이 나타났다. 둘째, 복합레저시설 종사자의 감정노동 대처관리 행동 요인은 적극적 해결 행동, 소극적 회피 행동, 의타적 관리 행동, 협력적 관리 행동의 네가지 유형으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 복합레저시설 종사자들의 근무환경을 개선하고 노동의 질을 높여 실제 증가되고 있는 체육관련 레저 종사자들에 대한 효율적인 인적관리 운영을 위한 자료로 제공될 것이다. This study aims to clarify emotional labor causes and coping stances for the complex leisure facilities workers suffering from emotional labor stress. To achieve this goal, the research has utilized the qualitative method of purpose sampling method and selected eleven complex leisure facilities worker. The data has been collected from personal interviews And analysis has been done through text analysis. The conclusions reached can be summarized into following parts. First of all, the reasons behind the emotional labor stress can be categorized into four parts: the first part is about unjust requests by the customers, the second part is requests due to customer’s carelessness, the third part is about unsatisfaction toward the company, and the fourth part is about cultural requests. Secondly, coping stances towards such labor can also be categorized into four parts: the first part is about active solution, the second part is about passive actionss, the third part is about dependent behavior, and the fourth part is interactive solutions. In conclusion, the study tries to highlight how the laborers receive stress through emotional work and their coping stances towards it. This research aims to provide on the efficient human management of complex leisure facilities where workers need to deal with their emotional labor and increase their personal satisfaction about the workplace.

새로운 감귤 품종 ‘탐도3호’는 2004년 국립원예특작과학원 감귤연구소에서 ‘청견’(Citrus unshiu × C. sinensis)을 교배모본(종자친)으로 하고 ‘Sunburst’(Citrus reticulate)를 교배부본(화분친)으로 교배하여 얻어진 교잡품종이다. 탐도3호는 2010년에 첫 착과가 되었으며 2012년까지 포장 평가를 실시하였다. 탐도3호의 수세는 강하며 풍산성이다. 열매는 평균적으로 230g이며, 과실의 모양은 작은 봉을 가진 납작한 편구형이다. 착색은 10월 중순부터 시작되어 2월 초에 완전히 착색되며 그 색은 짙은 오렌지색이다. 플라스틱 하우스 재배 시 성숙기는 2월 중순이다. 과실의 당도와 산도는 각 각 14.0°와 1%이다. 과피의 두께는 평균 2.5mm로 온주밀감보다 얇아 과피 벗김이 쉽다. 이 품종은 자가불화합성과 단위결과성이 있어 단독 재배 시 종자가 발생되지 않으나 다른 종의 꽃가루가 수정되면 종자를 형성한다. 탐도3호는 노지 재배 시 과실이 냉해를 받기 때문에 플라스틱 하우스 재배가 요구된다. A new citrus cultivar ‘Tamdosamho’ is a hybrid obtained from a cross of ‘Kiyomi’ (Citrus unshiu×Citrus sinensis, the seed parent) and ‘Sunburst’ (Citrus reticulate, the pollen parent) at the Citrus Research Institute of the National Institute of Horticultural and Herbal Science in 2004. ‘Tamdosamho’ had the first fruit set in 2010 and field evaluation has been conducted until 2012. The tree of ‘Tamdosamho’ was vigorous and had a lot of fruit bearing. The average fruit weight was 230g and its shape was flatten-oblate with a little neck. The fruit peel color was dark orange, and peel coloration began in mid-October and fully developed in early December. The fruit matured in mid-February from cultivation under plastic film house. Total soluble solid and acidity of which was 14.0 °Brix and about 1 % respectively. The thickness of the rind was about 2.5 mm on average and was thinner than that of satsuma mandarin (Citrus unshiu), so removing the peel was easy. This cultivar had characteristic of self-incompatibility and parthenocarpy and didn’t bear seeds from monoculture but if it be fertilized by the pollen of other cultivars could be seedy. In the case of cultivation in the open field, the fruits could be damaged by cold temperature and then ‘Tamdosamho’ is recommended for cultivation under plastic film house. This paper addresses the Verification and Validation(V&V) process and methodology for embedded real time software of a safety-grade Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) in NPPs and describes the V&V guidelines and procedure, V&V environment, V&V process and methodology, and the V&V tools by the APR projects. Specially, it describes the real-time operating system V&V experience which corresponds to the requirement analysis phase of the software development life cycle. Main activities of the real-time operating system Software Requirement Specification(SRS) V&V of the PLC are the technical evaluation, licensing suitability evaluation, inspection and traceability analysis, formal verification, software safety analysis, and software configuration management. The proposed V&V methodology satisfies the Standard Review Plan(SRP)/Branch Technical Position(BTP)-14 criteria for the safety software in nuclear power plants. The proposed V&V methodology is going to verify the upcoming software life cycle in the APR projects.
