        RUSLE기법을 활용한 사방댐 유역의 토사유출량 산정 및 유역특성 분석

        최근 기후변화로 인해 강우강도와 집중호우의 빈도가 증가하면서 산지에서의 토사유출로 인한 피해가 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 일반적으로 유역단위의 산지 토사유출은 RUSLE를 적용하여 개략적인 토사유출량을 추정하고 있으나 실제 발생하는 토사유출량과 어느 정도의 차이를 나타내고 있는지 파악이 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 산지에서의 토사관리 및 사방댐관리의 일환으로 실측 토사량과 모형을 통한 토사유출량의 비교를 위해 실측 토사유출량과 RUSLE모델로 산정된 토사유출량을 비교하여 특성을 분석하였다. 대상유역은 강원도 춘천시, 원주시, 홍천군, 평창군의 사방댐 50개소를 대상으로 퇴적된 토사유출량을 조사하고 RUSLE를 적용하여 토사유출량을 산정하였다. 그 결과 일반적으로 RUSLE에 의해 산정된 토사유출량이 실제 퇴적된 토사유출량보다 적은 것으로 나타났으며, 일부 사방댐에서는 실측 토사유출량과 산정된 토사유출량이 큰 차이를 나타냈다. 비슷한 유역특성을 가지는 지점 중에서는 유역형상계수가 클수록 토사유출량이 크게 나타나는 것으로 분석되었다. In recent years, occurrence of debris flow disaster at mountains are increasing because of high frequent localized heavy rain. Generally, the origin sediment discharge of basin units are estimated a schematic sediment runoff by applying the RUSLE, it is difficult to actually if generated sediment runoff to represent a certain degree of difference. In this study, as part of the sediment management and erosion control dam management from the production area and analyzed the characteristics by comparing the sediment discharge amount that has been calculated by the measured sediment runoff and RUSLE. Study area was to conduct a field survey on 50 erosion control dams in Chuncheon, Wonju, Hongcheon, Pyeongchang and calculate the sediment yield by applying RUSLE. In general, the sediment discharge calculated by the RUSLE formula appeared to be smaller than the actual sediment yield. In addition, sediment yield were compared difference in similar characteristics areas. In a result, high shape factor has been identified as large sediment yield.

        Efforts have been made to promote use of advanced technology such as hydrology and meteorology to prevent damage from meteorological disaster, IT and spatial data and cooperation to share meteorological information among organizations related. But it is required to extend collection of hydro-meteorological information produced and managed by each organization and development of technology to use the information in each case. Hydro-meteorological information produced and managed by each organization is used differently for various purposes such as prevention of flood and drought and management of water quality. The Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA) provides weather observation information and weather forecast based on numerical simulation by using Combined Meteorological Information System (COMIS). The Han River Flood Control Office (HRFCO) under the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and KWater are extending provision of weather observation, water level information of rivers and hydrological information of dams and reservoirs by using the Water Resources Management Information System (WAMIS) and the Water Management Information Networking System (WINS). The Korea Rural Community Corporation (KRC) produces and provides information of water level of agricultural reservoirs in real time. These three organizations which produce and manage hydro-meteorological information established the Hydrometeorological Cooperation Center and are working together to strengthen cooperation in hydro-meteorological business in meteorological, hydrological and agricultural sectors, but their efforts have not met expectations yet. Thus, KRC is actively building a system which produces coherent results of analysis of agriculture, environment and disaster and increases business efficiency by using various hydro-meteorological information for purposes of each study. This system will enable provision of various hydro-meteorological information customized for each user and creation of foundation for virtuous circulation system to use and share hydro-meteorological information by combining and reusing information provided and extending use of the information to various sectors.

        존 도스 패소스의 『미국』 : 모더니즘과 좌파 문학의 미국적 절충 An American Negotiation of Modernist and Leftist Literature

        This paper intends to study a trilogy of U. S. A. of John Dos Passos, one of the most neglected writers in the modern American novel. Writing his major works in the 1920s and 1930s, Dos Passos represents both modernism and leftism in American literature. While critics has traditionally regarded modernist literature and leftist literature as opposed to each other, Dos Passos's trilogy, The 42nd Parallel, 1919, and The Big Money, is remarkable for showing how those two literary attempts can coexist. Interestingly, he juxtaposes modernist literary experiment with leftist critiques of capitalist America of the first three decades of the 20th century to negotiate them within a context of American experience. This paper concretely examines how Dos Passos employs literary modernism and leftism and negotiates or, as it were, 'Americanizes' them in U. S. A. The modernist elements are remarkable in the formal experiments of the trilogy. The narrative structure of U. S. A. consists of four different layers, such as Newsreel, Biography, Narrative, and Camera Eye. Dos Passos presents a panorama of various experience of modern America through the multi-layered narratives interrelated to one another both thematically and structurally. In addition, a diversity of narrative techniques, from Camera Eye's impressionist stream- of-consciousness to the naturalist documentary in Newsreel and the objective narratives of major characters, enrich the prose style of the trilogy, while multiple kinds of American language vividly deliver the polyphonic voices of America. Within this narrative structure, Dos Passos critically analyzes the social and economic reality of America from the class-conscious and materialist perspectives of leftist literature. This leftist analysis attacks the systematic evils of capitalist America, such as the collapse of democratic ideals, mechanization of labor, monopoly capitalism, and the corruption of American Dream. And the narrator of Camera Eye, who gradually grows into a serious radical toward the end of the trilogy, harshly condemns America for its betrayal of the founding fathers' spirit of liberal democracy that culminates in the Sacco-Banzetti case. U. S. A. reveals American characteristics in blending those modernist and leftist elements. The mass culture of America is actively incorporated in the modernist innovation of the novel form, while the formal experiment effectively contributes to a critique of the mechanized American society. But Dos Passos's American negotiation discloses some problems in its nostalgic compromise with a Jeffersonian past of liberal democracy. Without any critical insight into its dark history, Dos Passos idealizes American democracy as the only alternative to reality.

        본 연구는 웹 기반의 교육컨텐츠를 매개로 한 교육형태에서 교수자와 학습자간에 학습의 목표달성을 위한 커뮤니케이션 방법의 체계적인 구상을 통해 부각되어 온 사용자 상호작용에 대한 중요성을 인식하고 더 나아가 구현될 교육컨텐츠 속의 디자인 영역인 색채구현에 있어서 보다 더 사용자(교수자, 학습자)가 심리적으로 적극성을 갖고 학습의 목표를 달성할 수 있는 즉, 상호작용을 원활히 할 수 있는 감성적(심미적) 친근성을 갖음에 따라 교육의 효율성 측면에서 디자인이 기여할 수 있는 방법을 체계적인 색채디자인 방법을 통하여 제시하고자 하는 것이다. 결과적으로 특정 사용자가 특정 컨텐트색채에 친근성을 갖음에 따라 상호작용이 원활히 이루어질 수 있음을 시사한다. 구체적으로 본 연구는 분야별 교수 및 학습자가 가지고 있는 체질에 따른 심리와 성격 그리고 감성을 분석하여 선호색채를 각 분야별 컨텐츠의 색채디자인에 적용할 경우 상호작용이 증진 됨에 따라 학습의 효과가 배가될 수 있음을 강조하고 있다. 교육분야별 컨텐츠사용자의 색채에 대한 선호는 동양의 자연원리인 음양오행의 상화작용의 원리에서 비롯된 것으로서 현 한의학의 기본 원리로서 그 신뢰도가 짙은 만큼 본 연구는 실제 적용을 통하여 그 효용적 측면에서 가치를 인식할 수 있을 것이다. In the cyber space education nature, user's communication should be different from off-line system. The way of cyber society communication could increase the efficiency of user's esthetic sense through psychological affection between the machine and the man. the intimacy of the computer and the user(teacher&student) is effected by the harmonious interactivity. Color theory express the user's emotional interactivity and this aids the student and the teacher to achieve their object. A specified user reacts to specific color contents system. Systematic color system offers the effective interactive communication in cyber space. This study focuses on the user's reacting on the physical constitution of color matching system in web education, the color theory in cyber space should consider user's personality and emotion then cyber education is more effective. This color matching system originates from the harmony of the cosmic dual forces on the five elements that is the fundamental principles of a herb medicine.
