보육교사의 직무스트레스와 분노표현방식의 관계에서 교사 효능감과 사회적 지지의 효과

본 연구는 보육교사의 직무스트레스와 분노표현방식의 관계에서 교사 효능감의 매개효과와 사회적 지지의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 어린이집 근무하는 490명의 보육교사를 대상으로 직무스트레스, 분노표현방식, 교사 효능감과 사회적 지지를 조사하여 SPSS와 AMOS를 사용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보육교사의 직무스트레스는 분노표현방식에 부적인 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무스트레스와 분노표현방식의 관계에서 교사 효능감의 매개효과가 나타났다. 셋째, 직무스트레스와 분노표현방식의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 조절효과가 나타났다. 이에 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 보육교사의 직무스트레스의 부정적 결과를 긍정적이고 건강하게 대처하기 위한 교사 효능감의 신장과 사회적 지지를 지원함으로써 보육현장에서 직무스트레스에 대처할 수 있는 방안들을 논의하였다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating effect of teacher efficacy and the moderating effect of social support on the relationship between the the teacher's job stress and anger expression. Data were collected from 490 preschool teachers on JST, AEX. TEF and SSU which then were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS. The major findings of this study were as follows: First, teacher's job stress was positively related to their anger expression. Second, teacher efficacy is a mediating effect of relationship between anger expression and job stress. Third, social support is a moderating effect of relationship between anger expression and job stress. Based on the results of this study, we suggested a way to cope with job stress in the childcare field by enhancing the teacher efficacy and positive social support for positive and healthy control of the negative results of job stress.
음악교육에서 국내외 학술지 비교를 통한 창작 교육 연구 동향 분석

본 연구는 2011~2020년 동안 음악교육 관련 국내외 학술지에 실린 음악 창작 교육 연구물을 분석한 것이다. 분석 범주는 학술지 종류, 연구대상, 연구방법, 연구주제이며, 국내에서는 음악교육연구, 예술교육연구, 음악교육공학을, 국외에서는 JRME, CRME, POM을 그 대상으로 하였다. 연구 결과, 학술지별 음악 창작 교육 관련 논문의 비율은 JRME와 음악교육연구가 가장 높았다. 연구대상에서는 우리나라의 경우 초등학생, 중고등 학생 순이었고, 외국의 경우 중고등학생, 전문가 순이었다. 연구방법에서 우리나라는 프로그램 개발 연구가 가장 많았고, 외국 학술지는 사례연구, 질적연구가 가장 많았다. 주제어 분석을 통해서는 질적 탐색, 학습자간 협력, 능동적 참여, 융합 등 연구의 전반적인 흐름을 알 수 있었다. This study analyzed researches of composition in music education, published in domestic and international academic journals related to music education from 2011 to 2020. The categories of analysis were the types of journals, research participants, research methods, and research key words. Korean Journal of Research in Music Education, Art Education Research, Music Education Technology, and JRME, CRME, and POM in foreign countries were targeted. As a result of the study, the proportion of papers related to music composition was the highest in JRME and Korean Journal of Research in Music Education. As for the research participants, in Korea, elementary school students and middle and high school students were in order, and in foreign countries, middle and high school students and experts were in order. In terms of research methods, program development studies were the most in Korea, and case studies and qualitative studies were the most in foreign journals. Through the analysis of the key words, the overall flow of research, such as qualitative search, cooperation between learners, active participation, and integrated education, was found.
알츠하이머성 치매 환자의 내용어 명명하기에 관한 비교 연구

The purpose of this study was to investigate any difference in ability naming of content words by comparing nouns with verbs in with Alzheimer's disease patients.Twenty-three subjects with AD ranging from 68 to 93 (Mean: 78) in age participated in the study. The subjects were divided into 2 groups, one was mild to moderate AD group (10) and the other was severe AD group (13), which was determined by the MMSE-K results.A t-test was performed to determine any significant difference in naming ability of content words as a function of AD severity. A two-way ANOVA was performed to determine whether naming ability makes a difference according to the severity of AD and the types of content words.The results of this study were as follows;First, naming of nouns was significantly different between the groups in that the naming ability of mild to moderate group was superior to the severe group. However, there was no significant difference in the naming ability for verbs.Second, mild to moderate group was better than severe group and the naming ability of nouns was better than verbs. In addition, there were no interaction between a severity and content words.
