This paper analyzed the relationship among leadership image, leader trust, leader satisfaction, and related quality recognized by the parents of university sports team and attained the conclusion as follows. First, the factors including qualification and speciality as leader image had a significant effect on perception trust and behavior trust as leader trust, and the factor of attitude including leader image had a significant effect on behavior trust as leader trust. Second, the factors including attitude, qualification, and speciality as leader image had a significant effect on leader satisfaction as leader satisfaction. Third, the factors including qualification and speciality as leader image had a significant effect on relationship satisfaction and relationship trust as relationship quality, and the factors including attitude and speciality as leader image had a significant effect on relationship absorption as relationship quality.

한국 말산업 실태조사(2013-2017) 분석에 따른 향후 과제 탐색

This paper aimed at helping the activation of horse industry, one top promising industry of domestic industries. So, this paper, on the basis of the horse industry progressed from 2013 to 2017, analyzed the details, classifying with years, performed a comparative analysis among the years, grasped the current status of horse industry on the basis of the results, and presented the subjects on the basis of the future developmental possibility. First, this paper analyzed the actual condition investigation of horse industry, classified with the years, and also analyzed the real condition investigation comparatively among the years generally. The results were presented as follows. First, the investigation items were somewhat finite. Second, the investigation was limited to an elementary level and couldn’t be but so concrete. Third, the numerical value change, classified with years, was not so conspicuous. So, the meaning and utility were possibly finite. So, this paper presented the future subject in order to activate the fields of horse industry as follows. First, in the educational and experiential viewpoint, the lesson programs, related to horses, have to be offered by linking with educational facilities. The education & culture center has to be built to help experience education about horses. More facilities, educational and experiential, have to be built (museums, zoos, parks, etc.) in relation with horses. Second, in the viewpoint of publication and event, it is necessary to hold horse industry expo, to hold job fairs related to horse industry, to hold horse industry local festival, to construct broadcast channels specialized in horse industry and media organizations, and to plan and hold performances related to horseback martial arts and horses. Third, in the viewpoint of academy, it is necessary to establish researches related to horse industry, to hold an academic conference related to horse industry, to interact in academic fields such as seminars and forums, and to expand research services such as entrustments and policy subjects related to horse industry. Fourth, as for ‘sports’, it is necessary for sports-for-all items related to the horse to be developed and distributed variously, for sports events related to the horse to be activated, for the placement of race course to be expanded in national level. In addition, we have to make all possible efforts to popularize the participation in horse racing.

Mo-Bi-V-Al복합 산화물 촉매의 제조와 메탄 부분산화에 의한 메탄올 합성반응에 응용

본 연구는 메탄 부분산화에 의한 메탄올 직접 합성을 위한 촉매 개발을 목표로 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 Mo-Bi-V-Al 복합 산화물 촉매를 제조하였으며, 제조 방법에 따른 촉매 물성을 비교하고, 제조한 촉매를 이용하여 메탄올 합성반응을 수행하여 그 결과를 검토하여 보았다. 졸-겔법으로 제조한 촉매가 공침법으로 제조한 촉매보다 비표면적이 훨씬 컸다. 입자가 작고 표면적이 클수록 부분산화반응보다는 완전산화반응이나 메탄올 산화반응이 더 잘 진행되어 메탄올의 선택도는 낮아지고 이산화탄소의 선택도는 증가하였다. 졸-겔법으로 제조한 촉매가 공침법으로 제조한 촉매보다 약 20 ℃ 정도 더 낮은 온도에서 더 높은 메탄올 선택도(13%)를 보였다. 두 방법으로 제조한 촉매의 XRD 분석 결과 두 촉매의 결정 구조가 서로 달랐다. 본 반응에서 압력이 증가할수록 완전산화 반응이 억제되고 부분산화 반응이 일어나서 메탄올의 선택도는 증가하였고 이산화탄소의 선택도는 감소하였다.

In general, power electronics equipments in which switching action of the semiconductor switches provided with shows typically one of nonlinear load characteristics, cause harmonic currents to flow into the power distribution system connected. These generated harmonics can exert influence on the other connected apparatus as well as can be amplified under some circumstance. In this paper, we give an investigation on the parallel resonance between power system impedance and a capacitor when the power factor correction capacitor banks are switched into the electric power distribution system in a building. It is known that a lot of harmonics may be generated from UPS(Uninterruptible power supply) provided for critical loads. We also study the influence of current harmonics on the actual electric power distribution system.

탈지조성에 따른 철강용 알칼리탈지제의 합성 및 특성

N/A To prepare alkaline degreasing agents(SADAs), tetrasodium pyrophosphate(TSPP), Na_2CO_3, Tetronix T-701 (T-701), Na-dioctyl sulfosuccinate(303C), Demol C, and MJU-100A were blended. The prepared degreasing agents were tested with steel specimens and the results were as follows. The degreasing powers of SADA-6(Na_2C0_3 50g/TSPP 25g/T-701 10g/303C 15g/Demol C 12g/MJU-100A 8g/water 130g mixture) for press-rust preventing oil were 98% and 99% degreasing at 4wt%, 70℃ and 90℃, respectively; for quenching oil, the degreasing power of SADA-6 was 92% degreasing at 4wt% and 70℃. From these results, it was proved that the SADA-6 exhibits a good degreasing power. Foam heights measured immediately after foaming by Ross & Miles method and Ross & Clark method at 6wt% and 60℃ were 16mm and 40mm, respectively. SADA-6 was proved a good low foaming degreasing agent.

초등학교 태권도 수련생의 일반적 특성에 따른 리더십 성향 차이에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 초등학생의 태권도 수련생의 리더십 성향 차이를 규명하기 위하여 2009년 현재 전남지역 N시, S시의 초등학생 태권도 수련생을 모집단으로 설정한 후 편의표본추출법(convenience sampling method)을 이용하여 239명을 표집하여 분석에 사용하였다. 선행연구로부터 신뢰도와 타당도가 검증된 문항을 중심으로 본 연구의 목적에 맞게 수정·보완한 설문지의 신뢰도 계수는 .603~.877로 나타나 신뢰도가 비교적 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 자료분석을 위하여 본 연구에서 사용한 통계기법은 빈도분석, 독립표본 t 검정, 일원변량분석 등을 이용하였으며, 자료분석 결과 다음과 같은 결론이 도출되었다. 첫째, 태권도 수련생의 성별에 따른 리더십 성향 차이는 하위 변인 모두 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 태권도 수련생의 학년에 따른 리더십 성향 차이는 하위변인인 책임성, 자제력, 표현력, 해결능력, 리더경험, 자신감 모두에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 태권도 수련생의 품 유무에 따른 리더십 성향 차이는 하위변인인 해결능력 변인을 제외한 모든 변인에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 넷째, 태권도 수련생의 수련기간에 따른 리더십 성향 차이는 하위변인인 리더경험 변인을 제외한 모든 변인에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. This study highlights leadership inclination difference in on elementary school students in relation to Taewondo training. Taking the elementary school students living in Jeon Nam Province of S city and N city as of 2009 as population, the convenience sampling method was used for target selection, and finally a total of 239 students were chosen as effective sample. The questionnaire entitled was used for the survey, whose reliability was verified through preceding research. The coefficient of reliability was .603~.877, which is relatively good. The data was analyzed by using frequency analysis, t-test, and one-way ANOVA, and the findings are as below: First, the results showed that there didn`t occur any significant differences in entire sub-factors of leadership inclination according to sex. Second, the results showed that there were significant differences is found in responsibility, self-restraint, the ability to express oneself, ability to resolve problems and leader experience, confidence according to grade. Third, the results showed that there were significant differences is found in responsibility, self-restraint, the ability to express oneself, leader experience and confidence according to Pum(품) degree. Forth, the results showed that there were significant differences is found in responsibility, self-restraint, the ability to express oneself and confidence according to period of Taewondo drill.

태권도 수련 프로그램이 초등학생들의 학생건강체력 및 작업기억력에 미치는 영향

This study assigned the Taekwondo training program to 30 elementary school students in 4th to 6th grades and 15 control groups, and conducted it three times a week for 60 minutes for 12 weeks to investigate the effect on student health and working memory. First, muscle strength did not change in the change in student health physical strength before and after participating in the Taekwondo training program, and muscle endurance, quickness, flexibility, and cardiopulmonary endurance showed statistically significant changes (p<.001). Second, in the change in working memory before and after participating in the Taekwondo training program, there were statistically significant changes in number memorization, number connection, and arithmetic (p<.001). From the results of this study, it was found that the Taekwondo training program was effective in changing the student health physical strength of elementary school students, which also affected the improvement of working memory and thus was effective in improving learning ability.
