Tin dioxide ($SnO_2$) thin films were prepared on Si(100) substrate by PE-ALD using the $DBDTA((CH_{3}CO_2)_{2}Sn[(CH_2)_{3}CH_3]_2)$ Precursor. The properties were studied as a function of source temperature, substrate temperature, and purging time. Scanning probe microscopic images at the source temperature $50^{\circ}C$ and the substrate temperature $300^{\circ}C$ shows lower roughness than those $40/60^{\circ}C$ source and $200/400^{\circ}C$ substrate temperature samples. The purging time for optimum process was 8sec and the deposition rate was about 1 nm per 10 cycles. The conductance of $SnO_2$ thin film showed a constant region in the range of $200^{\circ}C\;to\;500^{\circ}C$. The thin films deposited for 200 cycle show a better sensitivity to CO gas.

Recently, the u-IT applications for plants and livestock become larger and control of livestock farm environment has been used important in the field of industry. We implemented wireless sensor networks and farm environment automatic control system for applying to the breeding barn environment by calculating the THI index. First, we gathered environmental information like livestock object temperature, heart rate and momentum. And we also collected the farm environment data including temperature, humidity and illuminance for calculating the THI index. Then we provide accurate control action roof open and electric fan in of intelligent farm to keep the best state automatically by using collected data. We believed this technology can improve industrial competitiveness through the u-IT based smart integrated management system introduction for industry aversion and dairy industries labor shortages due to hard work and old ageing.

A two-phase closed thermosyphon was one of the most effective devices in the removing heat because of its simple structure, thermal diode characteristics, wide operating temperature range and so on. In this study, a two-phase closed thermosyphon(working fluid PFC(C6F14), container copper(inner grooved surface)) was fabricated with a reservoir which can change the fill charge ratio. The experiments were performed in the range of 50~600W heat flow rate and 10~70% fill charge ratio. The results were compared with some correlations that were presented by Rohsenow and Immura et al. in the evaporator, by Nusselt, Gross and Uehara et al. in the condenser and by Cohen and Bayley, Wallis, Kutateladze and Faghri et al. in heat transfer limitation etc.. The heat transfer coefficient at the evaporator increased with the input power. However the effect of the fill charge ratio was nearly negligible. At the condenser, it showed an opposite trend to the evaporator and with increase of the fill charge ratio, showed some enhancement of heat transfer. The heat transport limitation was occurred by the dry-out limitation for small fill charge ratio(10%) and presented about 100W. For the case of large fill charge ratio(Ψ$\geq$40%), it was occurred by the flooding limitation at about 500W.
홍바리(Epinephelus fasciatus) FSHβ와 LHβsubunit의 분리 및 동정

We cloned and sequenced the cDNA encoding the FSHβ and LHβ subunits from the pituitary of the blacktip grouper Epinephelus fasciatus, which regulate vitellogenesis and maturation in vertebrates, to achieve stable and healthy gametes. The full-length cDNAs of FSHβ and LHβ were 571 bp and 617 bp, encoding 120 amino acid (aa) and 147 aa proteins, respectively. The deduced amino acid sequences of FSHβ and LHβ were highly homologous (68-97%) to those of other Perciformes; E. bruneus, Dicentrarchus labrax, Thunnus thynnus, and Pseudolabrus sieboldi. Phylogenetic analysis showed that the deduced FSHβ and LHβ amino acid sequences were categorized as a distinct subunit in the GTHβ family, and are closely related to the teleostei FSHβ and LHβ, respectively. FSHβ and LHβ mRNA exhibited high abundance in the pituitary gland and low in other brain areas, but were not present in peripheral tissues, as determined by RT-PCR.
상부 소화관 출혈에 대한 HSE 국주에 의한 내시경적 지혈성적에 대한 고찰

N/A Abstract Background: Hemostasis of upper gastrointestinal bleeding had been tried by various method. Method : Two-hundred-and-eight patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were treated by endoscopic local injection of hypertonic saline-epinephrine (HSE) solution at our hospital during the 2-year period from February 1989 to January 1991. Result : The 208 cases included 115 gastric ulcers, 36 duodenal ulcers, 28 stomach cancers, 14 Mallory-weiss syndromes, 13 marginal ulers, and other diagnosis. A total of 45 cases (21.6%) had serious systemic diseases such as decompensatory liver cirrhosis, postoperative bleeding, malignant tumors of other organ, cerebrovascular disease and renal failure. In cases without serious systemic disease, permanent and temporary hemostasis were demonstrated in 98.8% and 1.2% respectively. In cases with serious systemic disease, permanent and temporary hemostsis were demonstrated in 68.9% and 17.8% respectively. An apparent hemostatic effect was not evident in 13.3%. Conclusion : Local injection of HSE solution can be repeated in large does and applied for various types of hemorrhage, producing excellent hemostasis.
