The urease is covalently immobilized on the surface of the magnetic particles to catalyze the conversion of urea to bicarbonate anion. The conversion was confirmed qualitatively using high-pressure liquid chromatography and UV/Vis spectrometry, and analyzed quantitatively with cyclic voltammetry. The amount of conversion with respect to time was measured and analyzed by the reaction rate equation to calculate a reaction rate constant of 0.0474 min-1. In the 1 to 3 cycles, a conversion percentage of over 90% was found, and it was possible to reuse the urease 8 times up to the percentage of 50%. It was also observed that the stability evaluated for storage for 30 days was maintained. As a result of this study, it can be seen that the urease covalently immobilized on the scaffold can be used for urea removal for the purpose of producing ultrapure water.

The flame structure and combustion characteristics of co-firing coal and LPG with different sizes of biomass were investigated in a dual swirl pulverized coal burner by using a high-speed camera with bandpass filter and PIV system. Three sizes of spent mushroom compost (<45, 45~90, 90~150 ㎛) were cofired with pulverized coal (45~90 ㎛) at a blending ratio of 20%. When the biomass of the same size with coal was used, the turbulence intensity had the highest uniformity while other cases exhibited locally strong turbulent intensity. The combustion using <45 ㎛ biomass was terminated early compared to other conditions, whereas the reaction region was the widest for 45~90 ㎛ biomass. The flame had uniform turbulent intensity with wide and strong reaction when the biomass size was equal to that of coal. When using 45~90 ㎛ of biomass, high velocity was maintained in the overall region and CH<SUP>*</SUP> radical was observed in a wide region with the highest radical intensity.
창의·인성 함양을 위한 영어과 Extensive Listening 자료 선정 준거 개발 및 적용

The purpose of this study is to develop and apply the criteria for selecting Extensive Listening(EL) material, especially to help the students improve creativity & character. The research questions are 1) What are the criteria for selecting EL material to help to improve creativity & character in middle school English classroom? 2) How can the chosen EL material by the criteria be applied to English listening class? 3) As a result of applying EL class, how can the criteria be modified to the final? The major findings are as follows: First, to help improve the students' creativity & character, three-step-index of evaluation was developed. The criteria is to decide if the listening material is appropriate to the main purpose of EL, if the content of EL material is helpful for cultivating students' creativity and character, and if the EL material is appropriate to apply to the classroom teaching and learning activity. Second, based on the developed criteria, final EL material was chosen, and applied to the English listening class. As a result of the EL class, significant changes were made in the areas of curiosity, task tenacity and self judgement, but ascetic mind, risk taking and flexibility of thought did not show any significant changes. The selection criteria are modified to include more of the low impact area listening materials to cause the intended changes on the students.

퍼지 정보 시스템이 요구되는 다량의 데이터들은 퍼지 집합 시각화를 통한 다양한 분석을 필요로 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 퍼지 데이터 집합을 벤 다이어그램을 이용하여 시각화하는 방법을 제안하였다. 여러 주제에 관련되고 관련순위를 갖는 퍼지 데이터를 대상으로 여러 주제를 동시에 갖고 있는 데이터 집합과 여러 주제를 갖고 있는 모든 데이터들의 집합, 그리고 한 주제와 관련되지 않은 데이터 집합을 효과적으로 시각화하여 사용자가 원하는 결과를 제공할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 서로 다른 주제 클러스터를 겹치거나 포개어서 결과 데이터를 표현하므로 사용자 중심의 정보 검색을 도모한다. 이러한 방법은 웹 검색 엔진 사용자와 웹 개발자에게 원하는 웹 문서를 보다 빠르게 전달 할 수 있는 장점을 갖으며 그 외, 정보 추출과 관련된 여러 목적으로 유용하게 쓰일 수 있는 발전 가능성이 있다. Much amount of data which demand fuzzy information system requires various analysis through the fuzzy set visualization. Therefore, this study proposes how to visualize fuzzy data set using variation of Venn diagram. For the fuzzy data which are related to many topics and have ranking of relation, this way gives results that users want by visualizing intersection, union and complementary set. That is, it visualizes the set of fuzzy data which have many topics at once, or the set of all fuzzy data which has topics, or the set of fuzzy data not related to a topic. Users control these sets by overlapping or piling them; visualized with Venn diagram, which is user-oriented. One distinct advantage of this visualization is the fact that it delivers web documents which users of search engine and web developers want much quickly. Furthermore, its possibility can be expanded to several purposes by using for information retrieval.
가상 탁본 시뮬레이션의 Height Map을 이용한 힘 쉐이딩

근래에 인간과 컴퓨터의 상호작용을 통하여 사용자에게 직관적인 정보를 제공하는 기술들이 발전하고 있으며, 그래픽 기술의 비실사 렌더링을 이용한 미술 기법을 사실감 있게 가상 체험하기 위한 어플리케이션이 제안되고 있다. 본 논문은 미술 기법 중 방망이를 이용한 탁본 기법을 가상의 환경에서 모사하기 위해 탁본의 방망이를 통한 힘 쉐이딩을 새롭게 고안하여 제안한다. 햅틱 커서의 포인트와는 달리 탁본 방망이의 면적이 접촉하는 부분에서 생기는 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 Height map으로 사용된 Canny Edge Detection 이미지를 통해 Height map을 부분적으로 재 정의하고 힘의 계산에 적용하여 충돌된 방망이의 힘 쉐이딩을 가능하게 하는 것이 원리이다. 그래픽 렌더링 효과와 함께 실시간으로 사용자에게 햅틱 장치를 이용하여 촉감 정보를 전달함으로써 다양한 미술 교육적 효과를 체험할 수 있는 방안을 제공할 것으로 기대된다.
