마황추출액이 혈액의 생물학적 수치 및 혈구 구성에 미치는 영향

마황 추출액이 흰쥐의 혈액내 지질구성, 간장기능 및 혈구성상에 미치는 영향을 검토했다. 혈장내 FFA 농도는 처리군 간에 유의한 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 그러나 triglyceride 농도는 마황 첨가량이 증가함에 따라 감소하였다. 총콜레스테롤량은 마황 첨가군에서 현저하게 감소했다. 그러나 HDL 및 LDC-cholesterol 농도는 처리군 간에 유의한 차이를 나타내지 않았다. GOT 활성치는 마황 첨가군에서 높은 경향을 보였으나, GPT 활성치는 처리군 간에 유의한 차이를 나타내지 않았다. RBC는 마황 첨가군에서 높은 수치를 보였으나, Hb 및 PCV는 처리군 간에 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. WBC 총수는 처리군 간에 유의한 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 백혈구 구성비는 neutrophils의 비율이 마황 첨가군에서 증가하는 경향을 보였으나 나머지 종류들은 처리군 간에 유의한 차이를 나타내지 않았다. Effects of mahwang(Ephedrae herba) extract on plasma lipid composition, GOT, GPT activity and blood cell composition were investigated in rats. Concentrations of FFA was not significantly different in all treatment groups. Concentrations of triglyceride and total cholesterol in plasma were decreased in mahwang(Ephedrae herba) extract groups. However concentrations of HDL-cholesterol and LDL-cholesterol showed no significant difference in all treatment groups. GOT activities were increased in mahwang(Ephedrae herba) extract 300mg/kg group. However the values of GPT showed no significant difference in all treatment groups. Counts of RBC were increased in mahwang(Ephedrae herba) extract 300mg/kg group. Counts of WBC showed no significant difference in all treatment groups. In WBC composition, neutrophils were increased, but other cells were not affected by mahwang extract treatment.

미나리즙이 과산화지질과 알코올을 급여한 흰쥐의 지질구성, 간장기능과 항산화능에 미치는 영향을 검토했다. 혈장 총콜레스테롤량은 과산화지질과 알코올을 급여한 처리군 모두가 정상군보다 증가하였다. 그러나 미나리즙 처리군들은 대조군보다 낮았다. 혈장HDL-cholesterol량은 미나리즙 처리군들이 대조군에 비하여 높은 값을 나타냈으며, 정상군과 유의한 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 혈장 Triglyceride량은 과산화지질과 알코올을 급여한 처리군 모두가 정상군 보다 증가하였으나, 미나리즙을 처리한 군이 대조군 보다 낮은 값을 보여, 하락하는 경향을 보였다. 간장의 총콜레스테롤량 및 Triglceride량은 대조군이 가장 높은 값을 나타내었으며, 정상군과 미나리즙 처리군간에는 유의한 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 혈장 및 간장의 TBARS량은 정상군과 미나리즙 처리군은 유의한 차이를 나타내지 않았으며, 대조군 보다 낮은 수치를 보였다. 혈장 GOT 및 GPT의 활성치는 과산화지질과 알코올의 급여에 의해 증가하였으나, 미나리즙 처리에 의해 하락했다(P<0.05). 간장 GSH-Px, SOD 및 CAT활성치는 미나리즙 처리에 의해 증가하였다. Effects of Oenanthe javanica Sap on lipid composition, liver function and oxidative capacity were investigated in rats fed oxidized fat and ethanol. Twenty male Sprague-Dawley rats weighing 183.49 ± 2.47g were distributed into four groups according to body weight and raised seven weeks with basal diet (normal group), basal diet, 10% oxidized fat and 50% ethanol (control group), basal diet, 10% oxidized fat, 50% ethanol and 1 ml Oenanthe javanica Sap (1 ml Oenanthe javanica Sap group) and basal diet, 10% oxidized fat, 50% ethanol and 1.5 ml Oenanthe javanica Sap (1.5 ml Oenanthe javanica Sap group), Total cholesterol and triglyceride in plasma showed a tendency to decrease in Oenanthe javanica Sap groups. However HDL-cholesterol in plasma showed a high values in Oenanthe javanica Sap groups and showed no significant difference to normal group. The values of total cholesterol and triglyceride in liver showed no significant difference in Oenanthe javanica Sap groups and normal group. The values of thiobarbituric acid in plasma and liver were lowered in the Oenanthe javanica Sap groups with no significance. Plasma GOT and GPT activity showed a tendence to decrease in Oenanthe javanica Sap groups. The values of GSH-Px, SOD and CAT activity showed a tendence to increase in the Oenanthe javanica Sap groups.
