This study aims at examining the major aspects of christianity in Park Mokwol's Poetry including the characteristics. Mokwol's poetic element of, Christianity first appears in his work orchid and others. Deeply rooted in the diverse aspccts of Christianity in this work is his simple religious wish to lead a natural life of selflessness. It was also one of his living strategics to effectively cope with the heartless world of reality and the worldly greed to accumulate riches. In his work Clearness and Cloud we also find some important aspects of Christianity, particularly when we notice that he matures into a Christian gladly accepting the pains of life in this world patiently as well as with an attitude of willing obedience to the law of nature. In his work Kyungsangdo Fallen Leaves, which was written in his sixties, we notice that his life is colored with a sense of futility and loneliness. He then pursues a life of eternity through God and His help,and in due course his religio us sentiments turn to a transcendental will. A totality of Mokwol's devout religiosity is most clearly revealed in his work A Big and Soft Hand. Mokwol is surely a creative poet of a new mental world. In this work, howe ver, he realizes the futility of the poet's attempt to interpret and praise the world with the limits of human perspectives. He then gets to overcome the worldly self who could never be free from the fundamental limitations of mortality (such as death, old age, etc.), and he is born again as a man of faith who has the ability to see through man and the world, and eventually he finds a way of his own salvation.

The Effects of Metabolic Substrates on Contractility of Isolated Rat Atria Depressed with Bupivacaine

국소마취제인 bupivacaine의 심근억제작용에 관한 기전을 규명하기 위하여, bupivacaine에 의해 수축력이 감소된 흰쥐 적출심장에 대한 각종 대사기질의 영향을 관찰한 바 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. Krebs-Ringer glucose medium에 현수한 적출심방의 수축력은 0.01% bupivacaine에 의해 약 50% 감소되었다. 2. Pyruvate, acetate 및 fructose는 bupivacaine 억제심방의 수축력을 증가시켰으나, 정상 Krebs-Ringer medium에서의 수축력에는 현저한 영향이 없었다. 3. Glucose는 bupivacaine 억제심방의 수축력에는 별 영향이 없었으나, 정상 Krebs-Ringer medium에서의 수축력은 증가시켰다. 4. Pyruvate, acetate 및 fructose는 hypertonic medium에 의해 억제된 심방의 수축력에 영향이 없었으나, glucose는 약간의 수축력 증가를 보였다. 5. 각종 대사기질중 pyruvate가 bupivacaine 억제심방의 수축력을 최대로 증가시켰다. 이상의 결과는 bupivacaine이 심근의 glucose 섭취를 억제하거나, 해당과정을 통한 glucose의 이용을 억제하였음을 시사한다. 나아가서, bupivacaine에 의한 대사억제는 심근의 해당과정에서의 phosphofructokinase step이전의 단계에서 작용함을 시사하고 있다. A concentration of 0.01 mM bupivacaine was necessary to maintain approximately 50% depression of contractility of rat atria suspended in a modified Krebs-Ringer bicarbonate glucose medium, pH 7.4 at $30^{\circ}C$. Sodium pyruvate, sodium acetate, and fructose partially restored the contractility of the bupivacaine-depressed atria. However, 20 mM glucose had no effect on the bupivacaine-depressed atria, although this concentration of glucose markedly increased the contractility of normal atria not to be exposed to bupivacaine. Contractility of normal atria was not significantly influenced by sodium pyruvate, sodium acetate, and fructose. The results suggested that at least part of the negative inotropic action of bupivacaine is the result of inhibition of glucose uptake or utilization in the glycolytic pathway, and further pinpoint the blockade as an early step in the glycolytic sequence prior to the phosphofructokinase step.

전문가 델파이 조사를 통한 국내 BIPV 정의 개정 방안 도출에 관한 연구

최근 국내 BIPV 시장은 "제로에너지 건축물 인증 의무화 제도(2020~)" 도입으로 시장 활성화가 기대되고 있지만, 현행 국내 BIPV 시공 기준 내 정의 내용의 경직성 등으로 인해 다소 답보 상태에 있다. 또한, 국내 BIPV 정의와 표준화 개정이 지체되어 벽에 구조물을 설치하고 모듈을 대충 고정한 것만으로 BIPV라고 인정된 사례가 있을 만큼 제도가 허술한 상태이다. 이로 인해 발생한 피해는 소비자에게 돌아갈 수 있으며 BIPV에 대한 부정적인 인식만 심어주고, 시장 전체를 정체시키는 결과를 불러올 수도 있다. 이에 BIPV 정의 중, 시장 부진 원인, 불합리한 규정 등에 대해 문헌조사, 선행 연구조사(인용) 및 현장사례 조사 등 개정 필요항목들을 사전 검토 및 설문 항목 검토 후, BIPV 분야 산업계 및 연구계 등 전문가를 대상으로 델파이 설문 조사를 거쳐 개정 대안을 분석 마련하고, 전문가 검토 의견 등을 종합 반영 및 보완하여 IEC 국제표준 정의 일부 인용.절충안 등 국내 BIPV 정의 개정방안을 도출하였다. Recently, the domestic BIPV market is expected to revitalize with the introduction of the "zero-energy building certification system(2020~)", but it is somewhat stagnant due to the rigidity of definitions in the current domestic BIPV construction standards. Also, since there is delaying revision on definition and standardization of BIPV, the system is so weak that there are cases where it has been approved as BIPV simply by installing a structure on the wall and fixing the module roughly. The damage caused by this can be passed on to consumers, and it can only create a negative perception of BIPV and jeopardize the entire market. The BIPV definition was prepared through a Delphi survey of related experts about market stagnant cause, unreasonable regulation, etc, and a revised plan was derived accordingly.

자본의 이동성 및 대체성과 환율 변화에 관한 동태적 연구

Dornbusch(1976)는 재화 시장의 조정 속도가 느린 경우 자본 자유화가 완전히 이루어져 있으면, 통화량 증가가 즉시 환율의 과민반응(Overshooting)을 가져온다는 것을 보였다. Bhandari et al.(1984)은 자본 자유화 중 자본의 이동성은 완전하나 자본의 대체성이 완전하지 못한 경우의 모형을 도입하여, 자본의 대체성이 작으면 환율의 과소반응(Undershooting)이 일어나고 크면 과민반응이 일어남을 보였다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 기존의 모형을 일반화하여, 재화 시장의 조정 속도가 유한하고 자본의 대체성과 이동성이 모두 불완전한 경우의 모형을 도입하여 분석함으로써 자본 자유화 정도와 환율 변화에 관한 동태적 결과를 도출한다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 재화 시장의 조정 속도가 유한한 경우 자본의 대체성과 자본의 이동성이 모두 완전한 경우에는 항상 환율의 과민 반응이 일어난다. 또한 자본의 대체성이 완전하기만 하면, 자본의 이동성이 완전하지 못하더라도 항상 환율의 과민 반응이 일어난다. 그러나 자본의 이동성이 완전하다 해도 자본의 대체성이 완전하지 못한 경우에는 환율의 과소 반응이 일어날 수도 있다. 화폐 수요의 이자율에 대한 민감성이 크면 이자율의 하락이 작고, 자본의 대체성이 작으면 자본수지 적자가 작으며, 무역수지의 실질 환율에 대한 반응도가 크면 적자 보전을 위한 환율 상승이 작아도 되므로 과소 반응이 일어난다. 더구나 자본의 이동성마저도 완전하지 못한 경우에는 과소 반응이 일어날 가능성이 더 커진다.

가스 분무법을 이용한 Powder Bed Fusion(PBF) 공정용 AlSi10Mg 합금 분말 제조

In this study, AlSi10Mg alloy powders are synthesized using gas atomization and sieving processes for powder bed fusion (PBF) additive manufacturing. The effect of nozzle diameter (ø = 4.0, 4.5, 5.0 and 8.0 mm) on the gas atomization and sieving size on the properties of the prepared powder are investigated. As the nozzle diameter decreases, the size of the manufactured powder decreases, and the uniformity of the particle size distribution improves. Therefore, the ø 4.0 mm nozzle diameter yields powder with superior properties. Spherically shaped powders can be prepared at a scale suitable for the PBF process with a particle size distribution of 10-45 ㎛. The Hausner ratio value of the powder is measured to be 1.24. In addition, the yield fraction of the powder prepared in this study is 26.6%, which is higher than the previously reported value of 10-15%. These results indicate that the nozzle diameter and the post-sieve process simultaneously influence the shape of the prepared powder as well as the satellite powder on its surface.

Effect to Testosterone on the Growth of Primary Rabbit Proximal Tubule Cells in Serum-Free Medium

Testosterone이 serum-free medium에서 배양한 토끼의 신장 근위세뇨관 상피세포의 세포성장과 기능에 미치는 영향을 관찰한 바 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 토끼의 신장 근위세뇨관 상피세포는 testosterone 1 nM의 농도에서 유의한 세포 성장 촉진 효과를 나타내었고, testosterone 10 nM이상의 농도에서는 세포성장이 억제되었다. 2. Testosterone은 serum-free medium에서 성장촉진인자의 하나인 hydrocortisone을 growth supplement로 넣어준 serum-free medium에서 토끼 신장의 근위세뇨관 상피세포의 성장을 촉진시키었다. 3. Testosterone은 hydrocortisone을 growth supplement로 넣어준 serum-free medium에서 토끼 신장의 근위세뇨관 상피세포의 성장을 촉진시키었다. 4. Testosterone은 Northern blot analysis에 의하여 확인한 토끼 신장의 근위 세뇨관 상피세포의 ${\beta}-actin$ mRNA level은 증가되었다. 이상의 결과로 미루어 보아, serum-free 그리고 hormonally defined media에서 testosterone이 토끼의 신장 근위세뇨관 상피세포의 성장 및 기능에 대하여 촉진적으로 작용하는 것은 cellular mecrofilament의 중요한 구성단백의 하나로 밝혀진 ${\beta}-actin$의 합성 증가에 기인하는 것으로 생각된다. In order to examine the effect of testosterone of the cell growth, using a primary rabbit kidney proximal tubule cell culture system, we observed the effect of 3 growth factors and testosterone supplementation on the growth of primary rabbit kidney proximal tubule cells in the serum-free medium. 1 nM of testosterone showed a potentiation of the effect on the growth of the proximal tubule cell in serum-free medium, but higher concentration (>10 nM) of testosterone indeed inhibited the growth. In the absence of hydrocortisone as a growth supplement in serum-free medium, testosterone caused to potentiate the growth of the cell. In the presence of hydrocortisone, testosterone also potentiated the grwoth of the proximal tubule cells. According to the Northern analysis, testosterone increased significantly the level of ${\beta}-actin$ mRNA in proximal tubular cells of rabbit kidney. Consequently we may suggest that growth stimulatory effect of testosterone on the primary rabbit kidney proximal tubule cell in serum-free and hormonally defined media ascribed to increase the synthesis of ${\beta}-actin$, which is an important protein consisting of cellular microfilament.

Contractile Response of Lidocaine-Depressed Isolated Atria in the Absence of Glucose

Lidocaine의 심근 수축력 억제작용의 기전을 규명하기 위한 일환으로 정상 Krebs-Ringer bicarbonate glucose용액에서 각종 대사기질이 lidocaine 억제심방과 정상심방의 수축력에 미치는 영향, 그리고 glucose 제거용액에서 lidocaine의 심방 수축력에 대한 영향을 검토하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. Pyruvate(5mM), acetate(5mM), fructose(30mM)는 lidocaine에 의해 감소된 심방 수축력을 현저히 증가시켰으나, 정상심장에는 별 영향이 없었다. 2. Glucose(20mM)는 lidocaine억제심방의 수축력을 증가시키지 못하였으나 정상심방의 수축력을 현저히 증가시켰다. 3. Glucose 제거용액에서 lidocaine은 정상용액에서보다 심방 수축력을 현저히 더 감소시켰다. 이상의 결과로 보아 lidocaine은 적출심장에서 외인성 glucose를 제거시, 심장 glycogen의 이용을 glucose phosphate isomerase 단계 혹은 glycogen이 glucose-6-phosphates로 전환되는 단계를 억제한다는 것을 시사하고 있다. The contractility of isolated rat atria, suspended in Krebs-Ringer bicarbonate medium containing 5.5mM glucose, was depressed approximately 50% by 0.1 mM of lidocaine. Partial recovery of the lidocaine-depressed contractility was achieved by the metabolizable substrates pyruvate, acetate, and fructose, but not by addition of glucose. Glucose produced the dose-dependent increase in the force of contraction of normal atria, whereas pyruvate, acetate, and fructose produced no significant effect in the contractile activity of the normal atria. In the absence of exogenous glucose lidocaine produced more marked depression of atrial contractility than that in the presence of exogenous glucose. The results of this study may confirm that the utilization of cardiac glycogen is also inhibited by lidocaine at sites of the glucose phosphate isomerase step or step between glycogen to glucose-6-phosphate.
