This study introduces the development of a precast concrete double-wall, applicable to basement construction in apartment buildings. Unlike traditional precast concrete double walls, the developed double-wall doesn't require specialized manufacturing equipment such as a lathe. The constructability of these advanced technologies was validated through a full-scale mock-up test using the precast concrete double wall. The test specimens were constructed to represent a structural wall with a thickness of 250mm. It was observed that the quality of the in-situ concrete, filled between two single panels of 110mm thickness each, was excellent. The construction efficiency of the developed double-wall system for basement construction in an apartment building was also examined. Expert interviews about installation times of precast concrete elements were conducted to evaluate the speed of the basement floor's installation. The results showed that installation of precast concrete elements, including the proposed double walls, could be completed within 20 to 29 days for a basement in an apartment building. This indicates a three-fold increase in construction efficiency compared to traditional methods relying on in-situ casting.

Cracks are caused by drying shrinkage between the upper part of the underground parking lot and the apartment wall. As a result of the investigation, the distance between the apartment and the apartment is more than 45m, and the top slab of the underground parking lot is usually flat when there is not with steps. Therefore, the crack occurs more when the underground parking lot is a PC slab than a RC slab. In this study, the reduction of cracks was conducted by extending the slab, expanding the beam size, increasing the wall thickness, and installing a delay joint on slab. In each case, a finite element analysis was performed to examine the crack reduction method.

최근의 건물의 동향을 보면 아름다움을 강조하여 비틀리고, 경사지고, 테이퍼형태를 가지고 있다. 이러한 건물에 대응하는 구조시스템으로 대형 대각가새 구조시스템이 등장하였다. 이 구조시스템은 건축적인 요구사항을 만족하면서 구조물량 절감의 가능성이 있지만 다수의 부재가 만나는 접합부에 대한 구조성능 평가가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 H형 단면을 이용한 대형 대각가새 구조시스템의 접합부에 대한 단조가력 실험을 수행하였으며 하중 및 변형능력을 평가하였다. 주요 변수로는 부위별로 용접방법 및 웨브의 이음길이를 적용하였다. 실험결과 완전용입용접에 대하여 국부적으로 부분용입용접을 사용한 경우와 비교해 보면 구조성능에는 차이가 없었고, 웨브의 중첩길이는 웨브사이 이격거리에 100%에 해당하는 길이가 필요함을 알 수 있었다. As number of the buildings increases, it shows new trends such as twisted, tilted, taperer shape. As a structural solution for the new trend buildings, diagonal grid (Diagrid) structure was developed. Though a few buildings was built using diagird system, the structural performance of the corresponding node was not clearly identified. Therefore, experimental evaluation is needed to apply diagrid for higher buildings. In this study, the node was tested depending on the amounts of welding materials. As a result, the partial welding can provide enough strength for the node as required in the full penetration welding under monotonin compressive loadings.
Steel-Concrete Column의 구조성능에 관한 실험 연구

Steel-Concrete Column은 H형강의 플랜지 사이에 후프를 용접하고 플랜지 사이의 공간에 콘크리트가 채워진 새로운 합성기둥이다. 본 연구에서는 이 새로운 합성 기둥의 구조성능을 평가하기 위하여 단주압축, 휨, 전단실험을 수행하였다. 각 실험별 실험체들을 순철골 실험체와 철골 콘크리트 실험체로 구성하여 Steel-Concrete Column을 구성하는 철골, 내부 콘크리트, 후프의 내력기여도를 평가할 수 있도록 하였다. 실험결과 Steel-Concrete Column은 $\ulcorner$강구조 한계상태 설계 기준$\lrcorner$ 에 의해 계산된 내력값을 충분히 만족하여 구조부재에 적용 가능하다고 판단된다. Maximum-strength concrete-filled steel square tubular columns were tested under concentric and biaxial eccentric load. Buckling length-section depth ratio $L_k/D$, magnitude of eccentricity e, and angle of eccentric load ${\theta}$ were selected as experimental parameters. Strength and behavior were also examined. Test results showed that the maximum strength of columns under biaxial eccentric load could be predicted using the previously proposed strength formula of columns undr uniaxia eccentric load. Likewise, the behavior and maximum strength of columns could be predicted using the analysis.

This research accomplished the seismic perfomance evaluation in the domestiv airport facility underground parking by the seismic design standard of airport facility. The seismic perfomance evaluation for the design ground motion decision and liquefaction was accomplished in the two-dimensional elastic-plastic dynamic analysis. This study presented analysis model, analysis methed and design procedure suited to perfomance level.
