불소처리된 카본블랙을 충전한 HDPE 기지 컴파운드의 PTC/NTC 특성에 관한 연구

In this study, the fluorinated carbon blacks(CB) were used to reduce the negative temperature coefficient (NTC) phenomenon of the CB-filled high density polyethylene(HDPE) compounds in the fluorination pressure of 0.1-0.4 MPa. The changes in surface properties of the CB were investigated by using FT-IR, XPS and contact angle measurements. From the FT-IR results, the fluorinated CB showed the C-F absorption peak at 1400-1000 cm$^{-1}$ and the peak intensity was increased with increasing the fluorination pressure. Also, the analysis of XPS spectra of the fluorinated CB indicated that fluorine content was increased with increasing the fluorination pressure. Meanwhile, the surface free energy of the fluorinated CB was decreased with increasing the fluorination pressure. Consequently, the increase of fluorine contents on CB made a disappearance of NTC behaviors of CB/HDPE compounds, which was probably due to the reduction of CB reaggregation after melting point of the HDPE, resulting from decreasing the surface free energy of CB particles. 본 연구에서는 PTC 소자의 NTC 현상을 제거하기 위하여 카본블랙을 0.1-0.4 MPa의 압력으로 불소처리 한 후 이를 이용하여 카본블랙/HDPE 전도성 컴파운드를 제조하였다. 불소처리한 카본블랙의 표면특성 변화는 FT-IR, XPS 그리고 접촉각 측정을 통하여 확인하였다. FT-IR실험 결과, 불소처리된 카본블랙은 1400-1000 cm$^{-1}$ 영역에서 C-F 피크를 나타내며 처리압력이 증가할수록 C-F 피크의 세기가 증가함을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한, XPS 분석을 통해 불소처리 압력이 증가할수록 카본블랙 내의 불소의 함량이 증가함을 확인하였다. 그러나, 불소처리된 카본블랙의 표면자유에너지는 처리압력이 증가할수록 감소하였다. 결과로서, 카본블랙의 불소 처리를 통해 카본블랙/HDPE 컴파운드의 NTC 현상이 사라졌는데, 이는 카본블랙의 표면자유에너지 감소가 수지의 융점 이후 일어나는 카본블랙 입자간의 재결합을 방해하기 때문이라 사료된다.
우리나라 해양관광산업 육성을 위한 정책 개선방향에 관한 고찰

관광산업은 단일산업으로는 세계 최대의 산업이며, 동시에 높은 고용효과를 가져오는 산업으로 평가되고 있다. 특히, 해양레저스포츠, 크루즈관광 등 해양관광산업은 고부가가치를 창출할 수 있는 산업으로 그 중요성이 더욱 강조되고 있다. 우리나라는 3천여 개의 도서와 약 12,000 km의 해안선, 드넓은 갯벌, 수려한 해양경관 등 천혜의 해양관광자원을 갖추고 있으며, 주 5일 근무제 정착, 교통수단의 발달로 해양관광에 대한 국민의 정책수요가 지속적으로 증가하고 있는 상황이다. 그러나 현재 우리나라는 해양관광산업을 신성장동력으로 육성하기 정책적 제도적 기반이 미흡하고, 관광자원을 충분히 활용하고 있지 못한 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 국내 해양관광산업의 현황과 제약요인을 고찰하고, 현행 국내 해양관광 관련 법제도의 한계를 분석해 보고자 한다. 이를 통해 향후 해양관광산업을 육성하기 위한 정책적 개선방향을 제시하였다. The tourism industry is considered as the world largest industry and it is assessed as the most effective way to create employment. In particular, the marine tourism industry such as marine leisure sports, cruise can create high added value so that its significance has been more emphasized. Korea has natural tourist attractions such as more than 3,000 islands, about 12,000km lengths coastline, wide wetlands and beautiful seascape. In addition, the establishment of the five-day workweek and the development of means of transportation make the policy demand of the public for marine tourism increase continuously. However, Korea currently lacks policy and system for revitalizing marine tourism industry as the new growth engine and has not made good use of its retained tourist resource. Accordingly, this study explores the current situation and challenges of Korean marine tourism industry and further analyses the limits of the national legal systems for marine tourism. Lastly, it suggests policy recommendation for promoting marine tourism industry.
In vitro에서 Edwardsiella tarda와 Streptococcus iniae에 대한 항균제와 천연 유래 항균물질의 병용효과

The purpose of this study is to explore the possibility of essential oils and flavonoids improving the performance of antibiotics, proving a higher efficacy in the presence of natural substances against Edwardsiella tarda and Streptococcus iniae. Increased efficacy was observed in several cases: both essential oils and flavonoids increased antibacterial efficacy of oxytetracycline and flumequine against E. tarda by 2-fold; essential oils and flavonoids increased antibacterial efficacy of nalidixic acid against E. tarda by 4-fold; flavonoids increased antibacterial efficacy of josamycin against S. iniae by 4-fold. The results obtained in this study suggest that essential oils and flavonoids might be especially useful in increasing the antimicrobial activity of nalidixic acid and josamycin against E. tarda and S. iniae in fish. Natural compounds examined in this study could also be useful to help decrease the overuse of antibiotics in fish.

Purpose: This study chose Vaccinium oldhamii as a material to complement the redness of Sansuyu, which is unstable to heat, to Sansuyu pudding. Methods: The level of browning and hunter color of Corni fructus juice supernatant (CFS) and Vaccinium oldhamii extract (VOE) were examined and dependent on heating time and storage period. Results: A value (redness) of VOE was high, browning was moderate during the storage period, and though the storage period was extended, the value stayed stable, meaning overall redness was maintained. With the increase in the amount of added VOD, the color preference of Sansuyu pudding, and D (VOE 10.0%) was marked the highest at 5.80. As for the preference of texture, B (VOE not added) was the highest at 5.35, but C (VOE 5.0%) was marked the highest at 5.10 for overall preference. The DPPH radical scavenging ability of Sansuyu pudding was 15.86-21.39% at a concentration of 1,000 ppm, and the total polyphenol content was 136.76-139.62 mg/100 g. Since the redness of Sansuyu is unstable to heat and then is heated, its degree of browning and b value (degree of yellowness) increases. Conclusion: So if a material with a red color that is stable to heat is added to Sansuyu, the preference of Sansuyu products will improve.
