      • 철도건설사업 SE 투입시기에 따른 성패에 대한 고찰

        철도건설사업을 추진함에 있어서, 시스템엔지니어링은 민자철도와 무인운전 경량전철시스템의 시작됨에 따라 사업의성공과 신뢰성 및 안전성을 확보하기 위하여 도입되었다. 철도SE는 도입초기 외국컨설털트 회사에 의존하면서 만능해결사처럼 여겨지며 많은 기대를 한 것이 사실 이였다. 하지만 많은 비용지출에 비해 눈에 보이는 효과가 없자 지금은 무용론이 팽배해지고 있다. 본 논문은 김포도시철도 건설사업 SE수행사례를 기반으로 하여 SE의 성공적 활용방안을 모색 하였다. 이를 위해 지금까지 실시된 철도건설사SE사례를 살펴, SE투입시기와 적용분야 등을 분석하였다. 또한 김포도시철도 건설사업에서의 SE수행에 따른 정량적성과와 정성적 성과로 나누어 그 성과가 사업단계 어떤 시기에 이루어졌는지에 대하여 분석하여 철도건설사업에서의 SE투입시기 및 활용분야 등에 대하여 논하였다. In promoting the railway construction project, the system engineering was introduced to ensure the success, reliability and safety of the project according to the beginning of the private sector investment and the automated guideway transit system. The SE of the railway was relied on a foreign consultant company in the initial introduction step, and it god much anticipation like all-round solver. However, Now, the uselessness is expanding because there is no more cost-effective. In this paper, we are going to study successful application plan of the SE based on the Gimpo urban railway project application case. For this, We analyzed the input timing and application areas of the SE through the review of railway construction SE. We also analyzed the quantitative and qualitative performance according the the SE implementation of the Gimpo construction project.

      • 도시철도 유지보수체계 RIMS관련 전동차BOM 구축에 관한 연구

        This Report explains a plan for the application and construction about BOM(Bill Of Material) in charge of primary part of the RIMS(Rolling-Stock Information Maintenance System) maximizing the RIMS"s reliability. The BOM system of the Seoul Metro is accomplished the frequent changes of the structure and design through the OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturer) and the maintaining and repairing work and also The BOM system is constructed so that Seoul Metro can solve all problems of the composition change, Rolling-Stock construction, changeful history management. In addition the BOM system of the Seoul Metro is considered the applicative side of the technical data, information of the material, expediency and hindrance analysis.

      • 수도권광역급행철도(GTX)의 운영 방안 고찰

        The Seoul metropolitan express railway known as GTX(Great Train eXpress) will not only provide to reduce traveling time enabling to reach from suburb to the center of Seoul around 20 minutes but contribute to boost up the economy and ensuring the future growth drive as its environmentally friendly green growth so then it will finally be a dream transportation with varieties of values. GTX is the world's first high speed direct commuter train running under the deep tunnel at 40~50 meters depth with the maximum speed 180~200㎞/h which enables scheduled speed approximately 100㎞/h. It requires a special operational review from the planning stage design and implementation as it needs absolute safety. This study has been reviewing disaster prevention measures causing from fire and flood, rolling stock specifications for the efficient operation, train schedules and maintenance plans to ensure safe in the light of the operational aspect in GTX.

      • 경량전철 예비 RAM 분석을 통한 신뢰성 향상방안

        철도서비스 품질을 결정하는 요소 중 RAM 성능향상은 매우 중요한 위치를 차지하고 있다. 특히 무인운전으로 운행되는 경량전철건설사업에 있어 계획단계의 예비 RAM 분석을 통한 높은 수준의 신뢰성확보가 요구되고 있다. 그러나 우리나라의 경우 기존 경량전철시스템의 예비 RAM 분석을 위한 데이터 부족으로 인해 외국 자료 및 외국 사에 의존해왔다. 본 논문은 선 개통되어 운행 중인 부산-김해 경전철의 고장데이터를 분석하여 이 결과를 바탕으로 발생빈도가 높은 시스템 및 장치에 대하여 중점 관리대상 지정 설계 및 제작/시공과정 반영하여 신뢰성을 향상시키는 방안에 대해 논하였다. RAM Performance is the key element in determining quality of railway service. In Particular, high level of RAM management is required for light railway transit construction project with the unmanned operation through preliminary RAM analysis. However, our country has come to rely on foreign firm and data for the existing light railway transit system due to the data insufficient problem of Preliminary RAM. This study aims to suggest improving reliability from Busan-Gimhae light railway transit based on the analysis of high level of failure occurrence frequency system and device taking into consideration the specified design of priority management subject and construction process.

      • 도시철도차량 차륜마모 특성 및 유지보수기준에 관한 연구

        Many kinds of rolling-stocks that have various control methods are being operated by Seoulmetro which is a history of a city railroad rolling-stock. Seoulmetro is being faced with a wheel management comparing of other lines with a perpendicular wear of wheel and a side damage, and so on, by operating several cars at a loop line. This is causing maintenance expenses increase and deteriorating a fusibility of rolling-stock, for it has an effect on a rolling-stock using. A cutting pattern of wheel and a wear form affect the expected span of a wheel. A wheel cutting cause is classifed into cutting for reprofiling of a flange wear of wheel and for removing every kind defect which originates from wheel wear. In this study, Seoulmetro exhibit a stable rolling-stock use method and a reasonable management method of wheel, analysing wheel exchange condition and cutting management of wheel.

      • RIMS "지능형 BOM" 구축과 활용에 관한 연구

        This dissertation explains the construction of the expert system which can manage diagnosis and administration of trouble using circuit diagram through connection between BOM and ability term and makes up for problem which have designed RIMS with name of parts. Also this dissertation explains that existing BOM has no regard organic relation of parts and functional and systematic appearance of the flow of electricity or air. Construction of expert system and "Be enlivened BOM" with flowing electricity and air can solve problems about overlapping parts carrying out other functions with the same name of parts following to simple and physical BOM management and having mistaken trouble of the end caused by basis for trouble of the end.

      • 차세대 전동차 BOM구성 방안연구

        This study is about to constructing BOM for managing and integrating information, which is drawing, technical data, attribution, design, ordering, cost, weight, process, service ,etc. based on train"s system, elements, substructure, assembly, components, parts during whole train"s lifetime of the next generation. The BOM is the mostly basic structure information as hierarchical data what are parts consisted specific products. The BOM was utilized as essential elements for collectively managing through informing all of the business activity from ordering to suppling. The BOM in railroad is consist of two parts. One is Engineering BOM for design, the other is Production BOM for production, which are utilized in development calculating the quantity of materials. Also the Maintenance BOM is applied to suppling parts and managing malfunction in railroad corporation like the Seoul Metro. There are many kind of BOMs, because of the special character for each step. Therefore We have need to develop BOM which is able to integrate drawing, technical data for helping good circulation between RAMS applied maintenance using database and helpful know-how for development and production. Also the BOM of the next generation must be consisted regard to whole life-cycle.

      • 전수명주기를 고려한 PMIS개발 방안

        Recently the demand regarding reliability and safety of the railroad are increased as built to high-speed railway and Driverless LRT systems. Accordingly effective management of construction projects is being applied with the introduction and use of PMIS computerized systems. Due to the construction of railways from the start of PMIS research planning design procurement to construction and commissioning various expertise is being carefully gathered and by integrating it into the unified budget ideas and processes rational efficient organized and manageable financial plans are developed for the computerized system. However the current PMIS does not take into account the life-cycle. Therefore this study is to bring attention to the BIM smart BOM-based configuration management for life-cycle through the consideration for railway construction project management

      • 운영관점에서의 트램 도입방안

        최근 트램(Tram)은 경량전철보다 건설비용이 저렴하다는 이유로 여러 도시에서 도입을 검토 중에 있다. 하지만 트램의 도입자체에 집착한 나머지 “도시교통 전체에 미칠 영향과 어떤 목적에서 어떻게 운영할 것인가”에 대한 검토는 상대적으로 부족한 것이 사실이다. 본 논문에서는 도시 특성을 고려한 도시 전체적인 시각에서 트램이 가지고 있는 특성에 맞게 “어떠한 목적으로 활용될 것인가와 어떤 기능을 수행할 것인가”에 대한 운영 관점에서 트램 도입방안을 논하였다. 이를 위하여 해외 트램 운영사례를 기초하여 국내 지자체별 추진동향 분석 및 운영을 위한 법적, 제도적 검토를 하였다. Recently, a number of cities have been considering adopting trams because the construction cost of trams is cheaper than that of LRT lines. However, the effects that trams may cause in the entire city transport system of each city as well as the objectives and the way of tram operation are not relatively fully examined. This paper discusses tram adoption plans from an operator’s perspective, considering each city’s own characteristics, and focuses on how a tram’s unique characteristics can be applied to meeting the objectives of tram operation and the roles that trams may play in the entire city transport system. To clarify the discussion, examples of overseas tram operation and Korean cities’ current tram adoption plans along with tram-related legislation and systems are analyzed respectively.
