Purpose It is intended to improve the management efficiency of personal dosimeters by analyzing and sharing personal dosimeter loss cases and loss prevention measures. Materials and Methods From 2017 to 2021, data on the number of lost personal dosimeters were collected at large hospitals, and the number of personal dosimeters issued and lost were investigated. Results In order to prevent loss by institution, methods such as the use of auxiliary rings, contact stickers and dosimeter necklaces were implemented. Conclusion Hospitals are a business that frequently changes clothes, such as surgical gowns and work clothes, so there is a lot of loss. In addition, it was confirmed that the loss rate increases as the number of personal dosimeters issued increases.

공공도서관의 사회자본 형성과 지적자본 모형 적용 가능성

이 연구는 공공도서관의 사회자본과 지적자본의 개념적 이해를 통한 도서관의 총체적 가치를 재정립하고자 하였다. 사회자본의 형성은 제도적 관점의 중재기관인 공공도서관이 사회자본의 창출자로서의 기능을 제시하였다. 그리고 지적자본의 구성요소인 인적자본, 구조자본 그리고 사회자본에 대한 이해와 도서관의 적용 가능성을 제시하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 도서관의 총체적 가치에 대한 향후 설계와 도서관의 내 외적 정체성을 찾는 토대가 될 것이다. This research attempted to examine the concept of social capital and intellectual capital for re-conceptualizing the library's total values. This approach enabled research to analyze that social capital formation is created by public libraries as functioning agencies. Intellectual capital consisted of human capital, structural capital and social capital was examined on applicability in the public libraries by understanding social capital. The research outlined the mechanism for total values of libraries. Finally the findings of this research were expected to help to research for libraries' identity.

도시재생 패러다임에서 사회적 앵커로서의 공공도서관 고찰 - 유휴자원 재활용을 통한 공공도서관 건립 사례 분석 -

The study aims to prove the raison d'etre of public libraries in urban regeneration paradigm. Life SOC Plan is one of South Korea's urban regeneration policies. Public libraries are considered important in life SOC Plan because public libraries are "Social Anchors". Social Anchor is space-time-bounded place that accelerates diverse people's interactions. Social Anchor makes collective identity that supports production of social capital. Public libraries are institutions producing social capital but have weak collective identity because their missions(open, sharing, equality of information) don't allow boundaries and membership. The study conducted literature reviews and case studies to confirm how collective identity of public libraries strengthens. As a result, the study confirmed that renovating under-used space based on urban regeneration paradigm makes place identity of the under-used space to collective identity of public libraries. Thus, constructing public libraries by renovating under-used space is Social Anchor formation model based on urban regeneration paradigm. 이 연구의 목적은 도시재생 패러다임 하에서 공공도서관의 존재당위를 검증하는 것이다. 도시재생 패러다임의 맥락에서 도입된 생활SOC 정책에서 도서관은 중요하다. 왜냐하면 도서관은 사회적 앵커이기 때문이다. 사회적 앵커는 시공간에 제약된 장소에서 다양한 사람들의 상호작용을 촉진하여 집합적 정체성을 형성해 사회자본의 형성을 지원하는 공간이다. 공공도서관은 사회자본의 생산을 지원하는 기관이지만 개방과 공유, 정보평등의 사명으로 인해 경계와 소속을 강조하는 집합적 정체성이 미약하다. 공공도서관의 집합적 정체성이 어떻게 강화되는지를 확인하기 위해 본 연구에서는 문헌연구와 사례연구를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 도시재생 패러다임 하에서 유휴자원 재활용 전략을 통해 공공도서관이 유휴자원의 장소정체성을 집합적 정체성으로 환원하는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서 유휴자원을 활용한 공공도서관 건립은 도시재생 패러다임에 입각한 사회적 앵커 형성 모델이다.

전역-국부 해석기법에 의한 LNG 운반선 화물창의 유탄성 해석에 관한 연구

대형의 유체-구조물 연계시스템(FSI) 해석을 위해 많은 수치기법들이 있지만, 유체의 슬로싱에 의해 발생되는 집중적이고 불규칙한 동수압의 영향 때문에, 신뢰할 수 있는 수치 결과와 수치안정성을 확보하기 위해 매우 조밀한 메쉬를 필요로 한다. 그 결과, 신뢰할 수 있는 장기적인 시간 응답을 구하기 위한 수치해석은 상당히 많은 CPU 시간을 요구한다. 본 논문의 목적은 국부 상세 모델을 이용하여 LNG운반선의 화물창 시스템의 유탄성적 거동을 해석하기 위한 전역-국부 해석기법을 제시하고자 한다. 본 논문에서 제시한 해석기법의 타당성을 증명하고 이 기법을 통해 LNG운반선 화물창 시스템의 국부응답을 효율적으로 예측한 결과를 제시하였다. There are many numerical methods to solve large-scale fluid-structure interaction(FSI) problems. However, these methods require very fine mesh to achieve the reasonable numerical accuracy and stability due to the concentrated and volatile hydrodynamic pressure caused by the liquid sloshing. Consequently, the numerical analysis targeting for the long-period time response with the desired numerical accuracy Is very highly time-consuming. The aim of this paper is to suggest a new method to analyze the hydroelastic behavior of the LNGC containment by using the global-local numerical approach. The reliability of the presented method is firstly examined, and then its efficiency is demonstrated by presenting that the long-period local responses of the LNGC containment are obtained with relatively short CPU time.

Poly(p-phenylene benzobisoxazole) 고성능 섬유의 자외선 저항성 향상을 위한 표면처리 기술 연구

A UV testing chamber was designed and prepared for testing the UV-resistance of poly(p-phenylene benzobisoxazole) (PBO) fibers. The optimum conditions for the test were established by measuring UV irradiation at a chamber position using various kinds of UV sources and different irradiation times. Expectedly, PBO fibers (Zylon$^{(R)}$) showed significant degradation under UV irradiation by exhibiting a decrease in the tensile strength and elongation of up to 37% and 18%, respectively. Selected UV-absorbing and -stabilizing agents were successfully coated onto the fibers using water-borne polyurethane. It was found that triazine-type UV absorbing agents were more effective than benzophenone- or benzotriazole-type agents in reducing the degradation of PBO fibers under UV irradiation.

실행공동체 사례연구를 통한 공공도서관 역할 변화에 관한 연구

This study is to demonstrate that public libraries help community to become an active 'Community of Practice(CoP)'. In order to prove this hypothesis, 'Libraries Transforming Communities(LTC)' initiative of American Library Association is analyzed. Public libraries participating in LTC program solved problems of communities through making CoPs by librarians as a catalyst. People's recognition about public libraries is altered by the problem-solving practice. The followings are 4-level transforming relationship model of public library and community: Leadership Development for Librarian CoPs; Librarian CoPs for improving library services; Community CoPs with library for solving problems; Community as CoP. 이 연구는 공공도서관이 지역사회를 실행공동체로 변화시키는데 기여함을 밝히고자 했다. 이를 위해 미국도서관협회의 '지역사회를 변화시키는 도서관(LTC)' 사례를 분석하였다. LTC 프로그램에 참여한 공공도서관들은 사서들이 매개자가 되어 실행공동체를 형성하여 지역사회의 문제를 해결하였다. 이러한 실천을 바탕으로 공공도서관은 도서관에 대한 사람들의 인식도 변화시켰다. 따라서 이 사례들을 통해 공공도서관과 지역사회의 관계가 변화하는 모습을 4단계로 모델링하였고,그 단계는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 도서관 조직 내 구성원의 역량 강화, 둘째, 도서관 서비스 개선을 위한 사서들의 실행공동체, 셋째, 지역사회 문제의 해결을 위해 협업하는 사서와 지역주민 실행공동체, 넷째, 실행공동체로서의 지역사회이다.

Poly(p-phenylene benzobisoxazole) 고성능 섬유의 자외선 저항성 향상을 위한 표면처리 기술 연구. II. 표면처리 공정 안정화 및 성능 평가

Improvements of the UV-aging resistance of poly(p-phenylene benzobisoxazole) (PBO) filament yarns, spun yarns, and woven fabrics have been investigated after surface treatment in a continuous process by using polyurethane resin and UV-absorbing and/or UV-stabilizing agents. The UV-aging resistance of PBO specimens was evaluated by tensile strength and reduction rate measurements after exposing the samples to an M400 UV lamp and solar light. A mixture of UV-absorbing (Chiguard$^{(R)}$ 234) and UV-stabilizing (Chiguard$^{(R)}$ 944) agents was found to be more effective compared to individual agents for improving the UV-aging resistance of PBO.

Background : Diabetes is a chronic disease characterized by deficiency of insulin. It has been reported that Fructus aurantii and mulberry leaves have the effect of anti-diabetes. Methods : To investigate the improvement of mixed extracts of Fructus aurantii and mulberry leaves on lipid metabolism, we performed double-blinded, randomized and placebo-controlled multi-center clinical trial. Results : Mixed extracts of Fructus aurantii and mulberry leaves significantly reduced total cholesterol. Conclusion : These results suggest that mixed extracts of Fructus aurantii and mulberry leaves improve lipid metabolism.

공공도서관의 사회자본 측정에 관한 연구 - 전남지역 공공도서관을 중심으로 -

이 연구는 공공도서관이 사회자본을 창출한다는 이론적 배경을 토대로 이용자들의 인식치에 대한 측정을 실시하였다. 또한 사회자본 요인들 간의 경로에 대한 구조모형을 설정하여 이에 대한 인과관계를 밝혔다. 이용자들의 사회자본 창출의 인식치는 지역사회에서 공공도서관의 존재가치와 지속가능성에 대한 표현이다. 도서관이 창출한 사회자본은 개인 및 지역공동체에 대한 다양한 혜택과 사회적 영향으로 나타남을 밝혔다. 이 연구의 결과는 공공도서관 평가에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것이다. This research attempted to analyze the measurement of users' recognition level which is based on the theoretical background of social capital created in public libraries. The path of structural model was set among the factors of social capital and their causal relationships were verified. The users' awareness of social capital created in public libraries is to prove the value of their existence and sustainability in the region. It was clear that social capital affected the various benefit and social impact for regional people and local community. Finally, the findings of this research will be positively expected to affect the assessment of public libraries.

주민자치와의 협력을 통한 한국형 공공도서관 실행공동체 활성화 방안 연구

The study is to find the possibility of cooperation between civil servants as a mediators for changing a society in a region into community of practice. "Community" is the value-oriented concept and exists in a local community, a community of practice and a organization that have the characteristic of "Community." Public libraries as "Community" have both characteristics of local community and community of practice. And public libraries as community gives public services for neighborhood region problem-solving to people. But in Korea, Residents autonomy system in Dong gives the service to people. They all conducts the business for changing a society in a region to community of Practice. Therefore the study conducted a survey about sense of community and necessity of cooperation in the business. The results are following: The group of higher awareness on community feels less needs to corporate the work in community than the group of lower awareness on community; The group of higher awareness on community or the group having more experience on community have lower job satisfaction. Therefore the motivation on working for community is needed for the mediator.
