        Kano 모형과 잠재적 고객만족 개선지수를 이용한 공연장 서비스품질에 대한 연구

        The interests of high value of living have been increased after applying 5 working days per week. People who visit art centers and enjoy cultural activities grow larger every year. It is important to provide better service to customers at art centers by analyzing customers" needs. This paper employs Kano model and potential customer satisfaction improvement(PCSI) index to investigate customers" satisfaction or dissatisfaction levels after finding factors which affect service quality at art center. Then, the priority of factors for service quality improvement is assessed. Based on the analysis results, factors of "sound and stage setting", "seat comfort", "gladness by performance", "variety of performances" are selected as attractive quality factors. Also, factors of "stage visibility of seat", "convenience of parking", "convenience of public transportation", "seat comfort", "appropriate staff allocation" are chosen by PCSI index.

        As new car technology is developing, temporal interaction is needed in automotive. Rhythmic pattern is one of the practical examples of temporal interaction in vehicle. To recognize rhythmic pattern and its input medium, dictionary learning is applicable algorithm. In this paper, performance and memory requirement of the learning algorithm is tested and is sufficiently good for use this acoustic sound.

        인터넷통신 네트워크 품질특성 모니터 링을 위한 I-MR 관리도 활용체계

        인터넷통신 서비스업체는, 최상위 기업경영 성과지표중 하나인 고객만족지수 향상을 위해, 전사적 품질경영을 전개하고 있다. 이와 관련, 고객만족지수와 연관성이 강한 기업내부 주요 인터넷통신 네트워크 품질특성에 대한 관리의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 본 연구는, 인터넷통신 네트워크 품질특성 모니터 링을 위한 I-MR 관리도 활용체계를 제안한다. 네트워크 품질특성이 관리상태인지 모니터링하고, 네트워크 품질특성이 이상변동을 보이면, 이상원인 조사시점을 결정할 목적으로, 일정간격 연속 측정시점별; 1) 개별측정값 (individual measurements): 및 2) 연속 2개 개별측정값간 이동범위 (moving ranges)를 이용한 통계적 품질관리 체계인 I-MR 관리도를 활용한다. 사례분석에서는, 이상변동 발생시점에서 이상원인이 완전히 제거된다는 가정에 근거하여, 네트워크 품질특성의 실현가능한 치대 기대품질개선율이 계산된다. 인터넷통신 2개 Service A. B. Service별 7개 네트워크 품질특성 대상, 11개 측정지역의 기대품질개선율 평균, 표준편차를 분석, 1-MR 관리도 활용체계의 효과를 검토한다. 사례분석 결과, 기대품질개선율 범위는 다음과 같다. 1) Service A, (1) 평균 (0.31%-11.44%), (2) 표준편차 (9.82%-71.10%); 2) Service B, (1) 평균 (0.29%-17.64%), (2)표준편차 (8.05%-60.59%). 그러므로, 본 연구에서 설계·제안된 I-MR 관리도 활용체계는, 네트워크 품질특성의 평균 산포 개선 및 관리상태 유지에 효과적일 것으로 판단된다. In order to enhance their own customer satisfaction index that is one of the top level managerial performance indices, Internet communication service providers endeavor onto establishing a total quality management system. Specifically, it is under discussion that some critical Internet communication network quality characteristics closely related to customer satisfaction index should be controlled aiming to this managerial goal. This paper presents an application scheme of I-MR control charts for monitoring Internet communication network quality characteristics. This statistical quality control scheme generates a signal to practitioners when it detects the network quality characteristics out-of control. It is designed based on; 1) individual measurements; and 2) moving ranges between two consecutive individual measurements collected with a constant time interval. Empirical analyses are illustrated to estimate the expected quality improvement ratios that can be realized with the application scheme proposed in this paper. Assuming that the assignable causes can be revealed and eradicated, regarding two Internet communication services A, B, seven network quality characteristics for each service, eleven distinct measuring spots for each network quality characteristic, the expected quality improvement ratios are calculated with which the effect of the application scheme is evaluated. Results show the ranges of the expected quality improvement ratios; 1) Service A, (1) mean (0.31%-11.44%), (2) standard deviation (9.82%-71.10%): 2) Service B, (1) mean (0.29%-17.64%), (2) standard deviation (8.05%-60.59%). Hence, It is anticipated that the I-MR control charts based application scheme can be effective not only to improving the mean and dispersion of the network quality characteristics concerned but also to maintaining the network quality characteristics in-control consequently.

        경옥고를 이용한 식초의 개발

        Gyoungok-go (GOG; Qiongyu-gao in Chinese) has been used in traditional oriental medicine for the improvement of various physiological vitality functions. The aim of present work is to investigate a processing possibility of vinegar using GOG. GOG vinegar was prepared by two stage fermentations of alcohol and vinegar. The method of GOG fermentation with polished rice as a fermentation substrate is not yet established. The result of alcohol fermentation rate of GOG with some strains, strain No. 1 produced the highest alcohol contents among 7 strains. The strain No. 1 identified Saccharomyces paradoxus by 18S rDNA classification. S. paradoxus was produced over 20% alcohol in the 1$\sim$11% GOG with polished rice. A. aceti was produced 8.52% acetic acid from 6.5% alcohol containing 11% GOG, after incubation for 11 days.

        Purpose : Skip the repetitive HRCT axial scan in order to reduce the exposure of patients during chest HRCT scan, Helical Scan Data into a reconstructed image, and exposure of the patient change and visually evaluate the usefulness of the HRCT images. Materials and method : Patients were enrolled in the survey are 50 people who underwent chest CT scans of patients who presented to the hospital from January 2015 to March 2015. 50 people surveyed 22 people men and 28 people women people showed an average distribution of 30 to 80 years age was 48 years. 50 patients to Somatom Sensation 64 ch (Siemens) model with 120 kVp tube voltage to a reference mAs tube current to mAs (Care dose, Siemens) as a whole, including the lungs and the chest CT scan was performed. Scan upon each patient CARE dose 4D (Automatic exposure control, Siemens Medical Solution Erlangen, Germany) was to maintain the proper radiation dose scan every cross-section through a device that automatically adjusts the tube current of. CT scan is the rotation time of the Tube slice collimation, slice width 0.6 mm, pitch factor was made under the terms of 1.4. CT scan obtained after the raw data (raw data) to the upper surface of the axial images and coronal images for each slice thickness 1 mm, 5 mm intervals in the high spatial frequency calculation method (hight spatial resolution algorithm, B60 sharp) was the use of the lung window center -500 HU, windows were reconstructed into images in the interval -1000 HU to see. Result : 1. Measure the total value of DLP 50 patients who proceed to chest CT group A (Helical Scan after scan performed with HRCT) and group B (Helical Scan after the HR image reconstruction to the original data) compared with the group divided, analysis As a result of the age, but show little difference for each age group it had a decreased average dose of about 9%. 2. A Radiation read the results of the two Radiologist and a doctor upper lobe and middle lobe of the lung takes effect the visual evaluation is not a big difference between the two images both, depending on the age of the patient, especially if the blood vessels of the lower lobe (A: 3.4, B: 4.6) and bronchi(A: 3.8, B4.7) image shake caused by breathing in anxiety (blurring lead) to the original data (raw data) showed that the reconstructed image is been more useful in diagnostic terms. Conclusion : Scan was confirmed a continuous, rapid motion video to get Helical scan is much lower lobe lung reduction in visual blurring, Helical scan data to not repeat the examination by obtaining HRCT images reorganization reduced the exposure of the patient.

        식물 병원성진균에 대한 도꼬마리 추출물의 항 진균활성

        도꼬마리의 ether 및ethyl acetate 추출물이 식물병원성 진균에 대한 항 진균활송을 측정한 결과, ether와 ethyl acetate 추출물은 P. capsici, S. sclerotiorum과 A. niger에 높은 항 진균활성을 나타내었다. 또한 S. sclerotionum에 대한 ether 추출한 도꼬마리의 $IC_{50}$은 $335{\mu}g/ml$로 계산되었다. TCL plate상에서 Rf 값이 0.87밴드에서 강한 항 진균활성을 나타냈다. Antifungal activity of ether and ethylacetate extract from Xanthium strumarium L. were tested against 11 plant pathogens by agar diffusion method. Antifungal activity of the ether and ethylacetate extract showed strong antifungal activity against plant pathogenous fungi, i.e. Phytophthora capsici, Sclerotinia sclerotiorum and Aspergillus niger. The $IC_{50}$ of the ether extract against Sclerotinia sclerotiorum was determined $335{\mu}g/ml$ Antifungal activity of the ether extract from Xanthium strumarium L. showed Rf value=0.87 on TLC plate.

        개에서 광범위한 추궁절제술의 임상적 평가

        The purpose of the present study was to investigate structural stability of extensive laminectomy and the effect of subcutaneous fat autograft on restricting formation of postlaminectomy membrane (fibrous tissue). Eighteen healthy dogs of both sexes and of mixed breeding were divided into 6 groups : (1) unilateral hemilaminectomy (group H) on 3rd, 4th and 7th vertebrae ; (2) modified dorsal laminectomy (group D) on 3rd, 4th and 7th vertebrae. Hemilaminectomies were carried out incontinuously at 16 sites in 4 dogs, then subcutaneous fat autografts (group F) were applied to 8 laminectomy sites and no treatment (group C) was assigned to 8 laminectomy sites, too. Operating time of group H ($30.9{\pm}10.4$ minutes) was significantly shorter (p<0.05) than that of group D ($43.1{\pm}12.2$ minutes), but surgical hemorrhage of group H is severer than that of group D. General states, such as standing, gait, defecation and urination, were normal. Upper motor neuron/lower motor neuron signs were not found and superficial/deep pain, proprioception and anal sphincter tone were normal. Gross postmortem findings were similar in all groups. The laminectomy sites of groups H and D were filled with fibous connective tissue at 4 months after operation and histopathological abnormalities of spinal cord were not found. One of eight laminectomy sites in group F was filled with fibrous tissue at 2 months after operation, but all operating sites of group C were covered with fibrous tissue. The present study indicated that extensive laminectomy on 7 vertebrae, using unilateral hemilaminectomy and modified dorsal laminectomy technique, maintained structural stability and subcutaneous fat autograft was effective on reducing the formation of fibrous membrane in laminectomy sites.

        치주수술 후 지각과민증에 대한 MS Coat와 엘멕스 겔처치의 임상적 효과

        Dentinal hypersensitivity is one of the complicated symptom rather than a disease. It has special reaction or pain over uncovered root by heat, mechanical or chemical stimulations, which are normal with healthy teeth, The purpose of this study is to discover rather MS Coat (oxalate-containing pre-polymerized resin suspension) or Elmex gel(amine fluoride+sodium fluoride) is effective on hypersensitivity after periodontal treatment using NRS(Numerica1 Rating Scales), which it is useful for evaluating pain level. This study has been prepared in Dankook Dental Hospital with generally healthy adult who had been suffered from dentinal hypersensitivity after periodontal treatment. Divided in three groups with saline(control group), MS Coat(test 1 group) and Elmex gel(test 2 group). And then, following evaluations were made at the end of 1 minute, 1 week, 1 month and 3 months. 1. The sequence of higher frequency & severeness of hypersensitivity is water within $7^{\circ}C$, air stream & explorer. 2. As time goes on, 1 minute, 1 week, 1 month & 3 months, severeness of hypersensitivity scored lower with water, air stream and explorer. 3. With explorer, the differences among three groups as time had to seen. 4. With air stream, the sensitivity scored lower after 1min with MS Coat, Elmex, and saline sequence. As time goes on the sensitivity was lower with MS Coat and Elmex than saline, but there was no difference between MS Coat and Elmex. 5. With water in $7^{\circ}C$, the sensitivity was much decreasing with MS Coat and Elmex than saline, but there was no difference between MS Coat and Elmex. As the result, MS Coat and Elmex are effective on hypersensitivity caused by periodontal treatment.

        덩굴마름병원균인 Didymella bryoniae의 생물학적 방제를 위한 길항세균의 분리 및 특성

        We isolated a bacterium which produces antifungal substances from the Sanktpeterburg soils at Russia. The iso-lated strain was identified as Brevibacillus sp. and shown a strong antifungal activity on plant pathogenic fungi. Brevibacillus sp. KMU-391 produced maximum level of antifungal substances under incubation aerobically at $30^{\circ}C$ for 48 hours in trypticase soybean broth containing 1.0% sucrose and 1.0% polypeptone at 180 rpm and initiated pH adjusted to 7.0. Precipitate of culture broth by $30{\sim}60%$ ammonium sulfate precipitation exhibited strong antifungal activity against Didymella bryoniae by dry cell weight. Butanol extract of cultured broth also shown fungal growth inhibitory activity against Botrytis cinerea KACC 40573, Botrytis fabae KACC 40962, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides KACC 40804, Colletotrichum orbiculare KACC 40808, Didymella bryoniae KACC 40669, Fusarium graminearum KACC 41040, Fusarium oxysporum KACC 40037, Fusarium oxysporum KACC 40052, Fusarium oxysporum f, sp. radicis-Iycopersici KACC 40537, Fusarium oxysporum KACC 40902, Monosporascus cannonballus KACC 40940, Phytophthora camvibora KACC 40160, Rhizoctonia solani AG-1(IA) KACC 40101, Rhizoctonia solani AG-4 KACC 40142, and Scleotinia scleotiorum KACC 41065 by agar diffusion method. 덩굴마름병균인 Didymella bryoniae KACC 40669에 대하여 높은 항진균 활성을 나타내는 Brevibacillus sp. KMU-391은 Russia의 Sanktpeterburg 지역의 토양 시료로부터 분리하였다. Brevibacillus sp. KMU-391이 생산하는 항진균 물질은 D. bryoniae의 생육을 강하게 억제할 수 있었으며 TSB를 기본배지로 하여 탄소원으로 1.0% sucrose와 1.0%의 polypeptone을 첨가한 후 pH를 7.0으로 조정하여 $30^{\circ}C$에서 180 rpm으로 2일간 배양하였을 때 가장 높은 항진균 활성을 나타내었다. 배양액에 $30{\sim}60%$의 ammonium sulfate를 처리하여 Brevibacillus sp. KMU-391이 생산하는 항진균 물질을 회수한 후 D. bryoniae를 액체배양을 통한 항진균 활성을 조사한 결과 대조구와 비교하여 41%의 생육을 저해하는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 butanol을 이용하여 항잔균 물질을 회수한 후, 다양한 작물병원성 곰팡이를 대상으로 항진균 활성 spectrum을 조사한 결과 조사, 장미 잿빛곰팡이병, 잠두 붉은점무늬병, 고추 탄저병, 참외 탄저병, 수박 등의 박과작물의 덩굴마름병, 보리 질병, 토마토 시들음병, 글라디올러스 마른썩음병, 토마토 질병, 수박 덩굴쪼김병, 수박 질병, 사과나무 역병, 벼 잎집무늬마름병, 참외 줄기썩음병, 그리고 고추균핵병에 대하여 높은 항진균 활성을 나타내었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 Brevibacillus sp. KMU-391을 이용하여 작물병원성 곰팡이에 대한 생물농약으로서의 응용 가능성을 확인 할 수 있었다.

        고추탄저병균 Colletotrichum gloeosporioides의 방제를 위한 길항 미생물의 분리 및 항진균 활성

        노르웨이의 Oslo시 지역의 토양시료로부터 분리된 Bacillus sp. KMU-991를 이용하여 고추탄저병균인 Colletotruchum gloeosporioides KACC 40804에 대한 항진균 활성을 위한 배양 조건을 조사하였다. 항진균 물질의 생산은 기본배지로 TSB를 사용하였으며 탄소원으로 1.0% mannitol과 질소원으로 1.0% ammonium chloride를 첨가하였을 매 가장 높은 항진균 활성을 나타내었다. 배양조건으로는 $30^{\circ}C$, 180 rpm, 48시간 배양하였을 때 가장 높은 항진균 활성을 나타내었다. $30{\sim}60%$ ammonium sulfate 침전물을 첨가하였을 때 가장 양호한 항진균 활성을 나타내었으며 butanol을 이용하여 배양액 중에 존재하는 항진균 물질을 회수하여 다양한 작물병원성 곰팡이에 대한 spectrum을 조사한 결과 B. cinerea KACC 40573, C. orbiculare KACC 40808, F. oxysporum f. sp. radicus-lycopersici KACC 40537, P. cambivora KACC 40160, 그리고 R. solani AG-4 KACC 40142등에 대하여도 높은 항진균 활성을 나타내었다. Bacillus sp. KMU-991 was isolated from Oslo city soils at Norway and shown a strong antifungal activity on red-pepper anthracnose, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides. Bacillus sp. KMU-991 produced a maximum level of antifungal substrate under aerobic incubation at $30^{\circ}C$, 180 rpm for 48 hours in TSB medium(initial pH 7.0) containing 1.0% mannitol and 1.0% ammonium chloride. Precipitate of culture broth by $30{\sim}60%$ ammonium sulfate precipitation exhibited strong antifungal activity against C. gloeosporioides KACC 40804. Butanol extract of cultured broth also shown fungal growth inhibitory activity against Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. radicus-lycopersici KACC 40537, Rhizoctonia solani AG-4 KACC 40142, Botrytis cinerea KACC 40573, Colletotrichum orbiculare KACC 40808, and Phytophthora cambivora KACC 40160 by agar diffusion method.
