대전광역시 월평공원과 전북 격포해수욕장 주변 야생화와 토양들로부터 야생효모의 분리 및 국내 미기록 효모들의 특성과 생리 활성

많은 사람들이 다녀가는 도시공원과 해변 환경의 효모 특성을 알아보기 위해 대전광역시 월평공원 갑천 누리길과 내원사 주변의 야생화와 토양 75점에서 모두 88균주의 야생 효모들을 분리, 동정하였다. 또한 전북 부안의 격포해수욕장과 격포항 주변 야생화와 토양 35점에서 30균주의 야생 효모들을 분리하였다. 이들 분리 야생 효모들 중A. porosum ASCM32-1, A. scarabaeorum WP49-1, C. athensensis WP4-90-3, C. berkhoutiae WP34-2, C. bracarensis WP35-1, Cy. amylophila GP19-1, K. gamospora WP9-1, M. carpophila BN-17-1, T. namnaoensis WP4-89-1, V. taibaiensis WP13-2 등 10종의 국내 미기록종 후보 균주들을 선별하여 균학적 특성을 확인하였다. 이들 미기록 효모들은 주로 구형~타원형으로 모두 출아방식으로 영양 증식을 하였고V. taibaiensis WP13-2와 K. gamospora WP9-1, C. athensensis WP4-90-3 외 7종의 미기록 효모들은 자낭포자를 형성하지 않은 무포자 효모들이었으며A. porosum ASCM32-1만이 의균사를 생성하였다. 대부분의 균주들은 YPD 배지와 YM 배지에서 생육하였고V. taibaiensis WP13-2와K. gamospora WP9-1, T. namnaoensis WP4-89-1 균주들은 15% NaCl을 함유한 YPD 배지에서 생육하는 호염성 효모들이었고, Cy. amylophila GP19-1 균주는 40˚C에서도 생육하였다. C. athensensis WP4-90-3 균주 등 5균주들이 10% 에탄올 내성을 보였고C. athensensis WP4-90-3 균주는 Li²⁺ 등 많은 중금속들에 대해서 내성을 보였다. 국내 미기록 효모들과 비병원성 야생 효모 균주 무세포추출물들의 β-glucuronidase 저해 활성은 C. oleophila WP5-19-1의 무세포 추출물이 49.0%로 가장 높았고 미기록 효모인K. gamospora WP9-1의 무세포 추출물도 27.7%를 보였다. 호중구 elastase 저해 활성은W. anomalus HO9-2가 38.4%로 우수하여 건강 소재로 생산에 매우 유용한 균주로 활용될 것으로 기대된다. This study aimed to isolate wild yeasts obtained from flowers and soil of the Wolpyung park, Daejeon city and Gykpo beach, Buan, Jeollabuk-do in Korea, and to further characterize previously unrecorded wild yeast strains. In total, 88 strains of 62 different species of wild yeasts were isolated from 75 samples obtained from the Wolpyung park. Among these, six strains of Trichosporon moniliiforme and four strains each of Papiliotrema flavescens and Candida melibiosica were isolated. Additionally, 39 strains of 30 different species of wild yeasts were isolated from 35 samples collected from the Gykpo beach. Among the 127 isolated wild yeast strains, 10 strains, including Apiotrichum porosum ASCM32-1, were previously unrecorded. All the 10 previously unrecorded yeasts were oval or global in shape, and three strains, including Candida athensensis WP4-90-3, formed spores. Three strains, including Vishniacozyma taibaiensis WP13-2, were halophilic yeasts which grew in 15% NaCl-containing YPD(yeast extract-peptone-dextrose) medium. Five strains, including C. athensensis WP4-90-3, showed 15% ethanol resistance. Cell-free extracts from Candida oleophila WP5-19-1 and Wickerhamomyces anomalus HO9-2 showed the highest β-glucuronidase inhibitory activity (49.0%) and neutrophil elastase inhibitory activity (38.4%), respectively.

통합적 인권교육 프로그램이 유아의 다문화인식과 생명존중인식에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 통합적 인권교육 프로그램을 만 4세 유아들에게 적용하여 다문화인식과 생명존중인식에 미치는 영향을 알아봄으로써 유아교육현장에서 활용될 수 있는 인권교육 프로그램 교수법의 기초자료를 제공하는 것이다. 이를 위해 B시의 인접한 두 유치원에 재원 중인만 4세 유아를 실험집단 15명, 비교집단 16명으로 임의배정 하였다. 실험집단에게는 2019 개정 누리과정을 기반으로 나, 친구, 자연 중심의 통합적 활동으로 생활 속에서 인권과 관련한 상황을 발견, 경험, 인식할 수 있도록 구성한 통합적 인권교육 프로그램을 12주간 진행하였다. 연구결과 통합적 인권교육 프로그램은 유아의 다문화인식과 생명존중인식에 긍정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 통합적 인권교육 프로그램은 인권교육을 활성화하는 데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. This study examined how integrated human rights education impacts 4-year old children on their multicultural awareness and respect for life. From two adjacent kindergartens in B city, 4-year old children were randomly assigned to a control group (16) and test group (15). The test group received integrated human rights education for 12 weeks based on the 2019 revised Nuri program. The program allowed children to observe, experience, and recognize the importance of human rights through daily activities involving self, friends, and nature. The results of the study demonstrated that the integrated human rights education had a positive impact on children's multicultural awareness and respect for life. Therefore, the study suggests the integrated human rights education will be a useful teaching and learning method to promote human rights education for children.

금강 상류와 태안, 순천만 등 해안주변환경의 야생효모들의 효모 종 분포특성을 조사하고 국내 미발표된 효모들을 선별하여 이들의 균학적 특성들을 알아보고자 금강 상류인 충남 금산의 천내강과 서해안에 있는 청포대 해수욕장 및 순천만 습지대 주변의 물과 토양들로부터 야생효모들을 분리, 동정하였고 이들 중 국내 미기록 효모들을 선별하여 이들의 균학적 특성을 조사하였다. 금산의 천내강 주변 물과 토양 40점에서 49종의 야생효모들을 분리, 동정하였고, 태안의 청포대 해수욕장과 순천만 습지대 주변 물과 식물체 부식물 및 토양 80점에서 각각 56종, 36종의 야생효모들을 분리, 동정하였다. 이들 지역에서 분리, 동정한 야생효모들 중C. michaelii NNIBRFG28278, Sp. japonicus NNIBRFG28271, D. buhagiarii NNIBRFG28279, U. spermophora NNIBRFG28273, N. pomicola NNIBRFG31590, C. natalensis NNIBRFG31591, C. pseudorhagii NNIBRFG31592, C. santamariae NNIBRFG31593, Cu. terricola NNIBRFG31594, M. nashicola NNIBRFG31595등 10균주들이 국내 미기록 야생효모들로 최종 선별되었다. 이들 미기록 효모들은C. pseudorhagii NNIBRFG31592과Cu. terricola NNIBRFG31594 만이 구형이고 나머지 균들은 난형으로Sp. japonicus NNIBRFG28271와C. natalensis NNIBRFG31591 두 균주만이 포자를 생성하였다. U. spermophora NNIBRFG28273균주는 vitamin-free배지에서도 생육이 아주 양호하였고Sp. japonicus NNIBRFG28271균주는 15% NaCl을 함유한 YPD배지에서도 생육이 양호한 호염성균이었다. This study aimed to isolate wild yeasts from waters and soils on the riversides of Geumgang upstream in Geumsan, seashores of Cheongpodae in Taean and Suncheonman in Suncheon, Korea, and to investigate their unrecorded microbiological characteristics. Forty-nine species of wild yeasts, including Aureobasidium pullans YH 4-3, were isolated from 40 samples of Cheonnaegang in Geumgang upstream. Fifty-six species and 36 species of wild yeasts were also isolated from 80 samples of Cheongpodae Beach and Suncheonman Mashland, respectively. Species from Candida genus were isolated from all three locations. Among them, Candida michaelii NNIBRFG28278, Sporobolomyces japonicus NNIBRFG28271, Dioszegia buhagiarii NNIBRFG28279, Ustilago spermophora NNIBRFG28273, Nakazawaea pomicola NNIBRFG31590, Candida natalensis NNIBRFG31591, Candida pseudorhagii NNIBRFG31592, Candida santamariae NNIBRFG31593, Cutaneotrichosporon terricola NNIBRFG31594, and Meira nashicola NNIBRFG31595 represent newly recorded yeast strains in Korea. Almost all of these unrecorded yeasts were oval shaped, and Sporobolomyces japonicus NNIBRFG28271 and Candida natalensis NNIBRFG31591 have ascospores. All the strains grew well in yeast extract-peptone-dextrose (YPD) and yeast extract-malt extract (YM) media, and Ustilago spermophora NNIBRFG28273 grew well in vitamin-free medium. Sporobolomyces japonicus NNIBRFG28271 grew well in 15% NaCl-containing YPD medium, and Ustilago spermophora NNIBRFG28273 and Dioszegia buhagiarii NNIBRFG28279 assimilated starch, and Ustilago spermophora NNIBRFG28273 produced ethanol.

시호청간탕가감방(柴胡淸肝湯加減方)과 선방패독탕가감방(仙防敗毒湯加減方)으로 호전된 화폐상 습진 환자 5례 증례 보고

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to report the effectiveness of Sihochunggan-tang gagambang and Sunbangpaedok-tang gagambang in the five patients with nummular eczema.Methods: This case study was conducted for five nummular eczema patients who have visited Korean Medicine Clinic. Sihochunggan-tang gagambang Sunbangpaedok-tang gagambang was prescribed to all five patients and evaluated the symptom change through photographs and an assessment method. We used Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) as the assessment method.Results & Conclusions: After the treatment, the grade of VAS was decreased and most symptoms of five patients were improved. As a result of examining VAS scores and photographs, Sihochunggan-Tang gagambang and Sunbangpaedok-tang gagambang can be effective on the nummular eczema in five cases in our study.

시호청간탕가감방(柴胡淸肝湯加減方)과 가감청영탕(加減淸營湯)을 병행하여 치료한 지루성피부염 환자 7례 증례 보고

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to report the effectiveness of Sihochunggan-tang gagambang and Gagamchengyoung-tang in the seven patients with seborrheic dermatitis. Methods : This case study was conducted for seven seborrheic dermatitis patients, who have visited Korean Medicine Clinic from 2013.10.01 to 2017.09.30. All seven patients were treated with Sihochunggan-tang gagambang and Gagamchengyoung-tang and acupucture. During taking medicine, we let them avoid bad food like fatty food and alcohol. We evaluated the symptom change through photographs and used Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) as the assessment method. Results : VAS such as skin severity of symptoms, sleep disorder, pruritus was decreased as a result of Sihochunggan-tang gagambang and Gagamchengyoung-tang and acupucture treatment in seven seborrheic dermatitis patients. Conclusions : After the treatment, the grade of VAS was decreased and most symptoms of seven patients were improved. As a result of examining VAS scores and photographs, Sihochunggan-tang gagambang and Gagamchengyoung-tang can be effective on the seborrheic dermatitis in seven cases in our study.

황연해독탕가미방(黃連解毒湯加味方)을 처방한 갱년기 안면홍조 환자 3례 증례 보고

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to report the effect of Hwangryunhaedoktang-Gamibang on Postmenopausal Hot Flushes. Methods : This case study was done on 3 Postmenopausal Hot Flush patients who have visited Korean Medicine Clinic. Hwangryunhaedoktang-Gamibang was prescribed to all 3 patients and evaluated the symptom change through photographs and questionnaire. Investigator's Global Assessment(IGA) was used to evaluate the objective symptom and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) was used to evaluate the subjective change. Results & Conclusions : The IGA and VAS were decreased in all patients. Most symptoms of 3 patients were improved. As a result of examining IGA, VAS scores and photographs, Hwangryunhaedoktang-Gamibang can be effective on Postmenopausal hot flush.

가감청영탕(加減淸營湯)에 효과를 보인 열성 아토피 피부염 환자 6례 증례 보고

Objective : The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of Gagamchengyoung-tang($Ji\bar{a}ji\check{a}nq\bar{i}ngy\acute{i}ng-t\bar{a}ng$) for atopic dermatitis patients diagnosed as the febrile tendency. Method : This case study was done on 6 atopic patients with febrile tendency who have visited Korean Medicine Clinic from 2013.08.01. to 2014.04.30.. Gagamchengyoung-tang($Ji\bar{a}ji\check{a}nq\bar{i}ngy\acute{i}ng-t\bar{a}ng$) was prescribed to all 6 patients and evaluated the symptom change through photographs and questionnaire. Objective SCORAD Index(OSI) was used to evaluate the objective symptom and VAS was used to evaluate the subjective change. Results & Conclusion : The Objective SCORAD index and VAS were decreased in all patients. The average OSI reduction score was 26.3. Most symptoms of 6 patients were improved. Gagamchengyoung-tang ($Ji\bar{a}ji\check{a}nq\bar{i}ngy\acute{i}ng-t\bar{a}ng$) can be effective in patients who were diagnosed as febrile tendency.

柴胡淸肝湯加減方으로 호전된 사타구니, 대퇴내측 습진 환자 4례 증례 보고

Objective: The purpose of this study is to report the effectiveness of Sihochunggan-tang gagambang in the four patients with eczema on<bold>g</bold>roin, inner thigh.Methods: This case study was conducted for four groin, inner thigh eczema patients who have visited Korean Medicine Clinic. Sihochunggan-tang gagambang was prescribed to all four patients and evaluated the symptom change through photographs and two assessment methods. The assessment methods are Atopic Dermatitis Severity Index(ADSI) and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS). ADSI was used to evaluate the objective symptom change and VAS was used to evaluate the subjective symptom change.Results & Conclusion: The ADSI and VAS were decreased compared to the first in all four patients in our study. And most symptoms of four patients were improved. As a result of examining ADSI, VAS scores and photographs, Sihochunggan-tang gagambang can be effective on the groin, inner thigh eczema in four cases in our study.

비병원성 야생효모 Saccharomyces cerevisiae WJSL 0113으로부터 항치매성 Butyrylcholinesterase 저해물질의 생산

In this study, screening of potent non-pathogenic wild yeast with high anti-dementia butyrylcholinesterase (BChE) inhibitory activity and production condition of a BChE inhibitor were described. Among 36 non-pathogenic wild yeasts, Saccharomyces cerevisiae WJSL 0113 showed the highest BChE inhibitory activity of 85.2%. The specific BChE inhibitor was maximally produced when S. cerevisiae WJSL 0113 was cultured at 30℃ for 48 h in a yeast extract-peptone-dextrose medium.
