        This study is concerned with air-conditioning system in use of thermoelectric device. It is introduced that the well designed structures for better cooling & heating performance with high efficiency. And also it is performed that the system performance test of four types trial products for the use of hybrid commercial vehicle. System performance is affected by many component parts, especially heat sink design & power control method. It is applied that dual extrusive fin tube with buffer zone for the effective radiating of circulating liquid in tube. And also it is applied that power supply method with constant-current system. It is attained that system cooling capacity is 1.2kW, COP is 0.95.

        프레임 기반의 우선순위화를 적용한 네트워크 적응형 HD MPEG-2 스트리밍의 설계 및 구현

        최근 네트워크 미디어 기술의 발달로 인터넷 망에서 HDTV급의 고화질 비디오를 스트리밍하는 시도가 많이 이루어 지고 있다. 그러나 최선형 서비스(best-effort service)를 기반으로 하는 인터넷 망에서 고화질 비디오를 안정적으로 스트리밍하기 위해서는 네트워크 상황에 적응할 수 있는 전송 기법이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 MPEG 프레임(I, P, B)기반의 패킷 우선순위화를 적용한 네트워크 적응형 HD MPEG-2 스트리밍 시스템을 설계 및 구현한다. 전송 비디오는 JVC HDV 카메라로부터 실시간으로 입력받으며 19.2 Mbps의 비트율과 MPEG-2 TS (MPEG-2 MP@HL) 형식을 갖는다. 네트워크 상태의 측정은 스트리밍 클라이언트에서의 RTP 패킷 헤더의 파싱을 이용한 패킷 손실율과 평균 지터의 측정을 통해 이루어지며 이 정보는 주기적으로 스트리밍 서버로 피드백 된다. 스트리밍 서버의 네트워크 적응 관리자(network adaptation manager)에서는 네트워크 상태에 따라 프레임의 중요도에 따른 프레임 폐기(frame dropping)를 함으로서 전송률 적응을 수행한다. 이와 관련하여 TS 패킷의 실시간 파싱 및 프레임 기반 패킷 우선순위화 기법이 제안된다. 제안 시스템은 소프트웨어로 구현되며 LAN 환경에서의 실험을 통해 네트워크의 이용 가능한 대역폭이 변동하는 상황에서 HD 스트리밍의 종단 간 서비스 품질을 향상시킴을 보여준다. As the networked media technology have been grown in recent, there have been many research works to deliver high-quality video such as HDV and HDTV over the Internet. To realize high-quality media service over the Internet, however, the network adaptive streaming scheme is required to adopt to the dynamic fluctuation of underlying networks. In this paper, we design and implement the network-adaptive HD(high definition) MPEG-2 streaming system employing the frame-based prioritized packetization. Delivered video is inputted from the JVC HDV camera to the streaming sewer in real-time. It has a bit-rate of 19.2 Mbps and is multiplexed to the MPEG-2 TS (MPEG-2 MP@HL). For the monitoring of network status, the packet loss rate and the average jitter are measured by using parsing of RTP packet header in the streaming client and they are sent to the streaming server periodically The network adaptation manager in the streaming server estimates the current network status from feedback packets and adaptively adjusts the sending rate by frame dropping. For this, we propose the real-time parsing and the frame-based prioritized packetization of the TS packet. The proposed system is implemented in software and evaluated over the LAN testbed. The experimental results show that the proposed system can enhance the end-to-end QoS of HD video streaming over the best-effort network.

        중소기업 기술보호지원제도에 대한 이용자와 정책담당자의 인식차이 분석

        As the risk of technical leakage is increasing, technology protection support systems for small and medium-sized businesses have gained attention. This paper analyzed the perception gap of the user and policy-maker regarding technology protection support systems. First, to identify key elements of technology protection support systems and construct measurement factors, interviews with experts are conducted. Then, surveys are conducted to analyze the perception differences between the users and policy-makers. Factor analysis and ANOVA have been utilized to analyze survey results. The result shows that the perception gaps exist in the following areas: management system, cost reduction, copyright protection, customer satisfaction, leakage prevention, and awareness. To enhance the effectiveness of technology protection support systems, this paper suggests technology protection support systems should be customized in terms of the company's size and type of busines.

        The advancement in semiconductor technology is leading toward smaller critical dimension designs and larger wafer manufactures. Due to such phenomena, semiconductor industry is in need of an accurate control of the process. Photolithography is one of the key processes where the pattern of each layer is formed. In this process, precise superposition of the current layer to the previous layer is critical. Therefore overlay parameters of the semiconductor photolithography process is targeted for this research. The complex relationship among the input parameters and the output metrologies is difficult to understand and harder yet to model. Because of the superiority in modeling multi-nonlinear relationships, neural networks is used for the simulator modeling. For training the neural networks, conjugate gradient method is employed. An experiment is performed to evaluate the performance among the proposed neural network simulator, stepwise regression model, and the currently practiced prediction model from the test site.

        중소기업 맞춤형 기술보호 수준평가 모델 연구

        In today's highly competitive environment, the importance of technology protection cannot be overemphasized. To evaluate technology protection competency of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises(SMEs), Government has conducted surveys every year but its effectiveness is still in question. To enhance the effectiveness of technology protection for SMEs, a customized evaluation model of technology protection competency has been suggested in this study. Surveys are conducted to measure the relative importance of evaluation areas that can be influenced by the size and type of business. The analysis shows that there exists significant differences between evaluation areas. This study suggests that the effectiveness of technology protection can be enhanced by utilizing a customized evaluation model depending on the size and type of business. Also, the proposed model can be used for SMEs to identify and enhance their weakness in technology protection. Overall, it is expected that the proposed model can be effectively used to protect valuable technologies in various SMEs.

        3차원 지지체 제작을 위한 다중 분사체 노즐 바이오프린팅 시스템 개발

        The aim of this study was to develop a multi-nozzle based bioprinting system for fabrication of three-dimensional (3D) biological structure. In this study, a thermoplastic biomaterial that has relatively high mechanical stability, polycaprolactone (PCL) was used to make the 3D structure. A multi-nozzle bioprinting system was designed to dispense thermoplastic biomaterial and hydrogel simultaneously. The system that consists of 3-axes of x-y-z motion control stage and a compartment for injection syringe control mounted on the stage has been developed. Also, it has 1-axis actuator for position change of nozzle. The controllability of the printed line width with PCL was tested as a representative performance index.

        전장환경 하에서 보행자의 다양한 이동유형을 고려한 관성항법 기반의 위치인식 기법

        일반적으로 보행자의 위치를 파악하는데 사용하는 시스템을 개인 항법 장치 (PNS: Personal Navigation System)라고 한다. 위성 항법 시스템(GPS: Global Positioning System)은 PNS의 대표적인 사례이나, GPS 위성 신호 수신이 어려운 지역에서는 적용이 어려운 단점이 있다. GPS 신호 음영지역에서의 위치정보를 획득하기 위한 방법으로서 보행자 관성 항법(PDR: Pedestrian Dead Reckoning)은 별도의 인프라 없이 관성측정장치(IMU: Inertial Measurement Unit)만을 이용하여 보행자의 위치를 추정하는 방식으로서 인프라 구축이 어려운 특수 분야에 적용이 적합한 방식이다. 본 논문에서는 전장환경과 같은 GPS가 제한되는 특수한 환경 하에서 보행자의 다양한 이동유형을 고려한 관성항법 기반의 보행자용 위치인식 기법을 제안한다. 걷기, 뛰기, 포복과 같은 다양한 이동 형태에 따른 보행 거리 추정을 위해 IMU에서 제공되는 센서의 정보를 활용하여 걸음 검출과 보폭 추정으로 구성되는 보행거리 추정 기법과 HDR 알고리즘과 EKF(Extended Kalman Filter) 기반의 보행방향 추정기법을 제안한다. 또한 건물입구와 같은 GPS 신호가 수신이 되나 신뢰성이 떨어지는 구간에서의 GPS와 PDR간 위치정보융합 기법을 제안한다. 제안 기법의 성능 검증을 위해 자체 위치인식 모듈을 제작하여 국외제품과 비교 실험을 실시하였다. 실험결과, 제안 기법은 약 600m의 이동경로에서 평균 위치오차 거리는 5.64m, 이동거리 오차율 3.41%의 결과를 보였다. In general, Personal Navigation Systems (PNSs) can be defined systems to acquire pedestrian positional information. GPS is an example of PNS. However, GPS can only be used where the GPS signal can be received. Pedestrian Dead Reckoning (PDR) can estimate the positional information of pedestrians using Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU). Therefore, PDR can be used for GPS-disabled areas. This paper proposes a PDR scheme considering various movement types over GPS-disabled areas as combat environments. We propose a movement distance estimation scheme and movement direction estimation scheme as pedestrian"s various movement types such as walking, running and crawling using IMU. Also, we propose a fusion algorithm between GPS and PDR to mitigate the lack of accuracy of positional information at the entrance to the building. The proposed algorithm has been tested in a real test bed. In the experimental results, the proposed algorithms exhibited an average position error distance of 5.64m and position error rate in goal point of 3.41% as a pedestrian traveled 0.6km.
