        최근 일본의 임업경제 동향과 임업의 과제

        Forestry economics in Japan faces the problems of severe decreasing of timber demand and increased importing of foreign timber. Moreover, lack of labour and heavy wages in forestry cause the failure of normal forest management in Japan. In the situation, it is necessary for enhancing the forest production to reorganize the forest resources, to optimize the amount of importing foreign timber, and to greatly expand the new forest road, reforestation, government subsidy and poritical financial support for the foresters. At present, improvement of mangement of national forest as well as public function of forest are being discussed for the forest production on the government basis.

        SPI 신뢰성 확보를 위한 SPICE 기반 6시그마 적용 사례 연구

        The international SPICE (Software Process Improvement and Capability determination) Project ISO/IEC 15504(SPICE : Software Process Improvement and Capability determination) is an emerging International Standard on SPA(Software Process Assessment). A prime motivation for developing this standard has been the perceived need for an internationally recognized software process assessment framework that pulls together the existing public and proprietary models and methods. A SPICE assessment can be considered as one of representative SPA model since assessors assign ratings to indicators and metrics to measure the capability of software process. But this models doesn't provide a systematic measurement procedures and dynamic method for SPI(Software Process Improvement). Through the evaluation of SPICE is capable of providing a substantiated basis for using the notion of capability, as well as providing information for nacessary improvements to the standard using 6sigma process. As a result, this paper propose a measurement procedure and guidelines for application of 6sigma process to guarantee the reliability in SPI and suggest the structure to support SPI on overall organization.

        제조물책임(PL)법 도입에 식품부문의 따른 안전성 사례 연구 : 수도권을 중심으로

        What is the most important in articles of food is hygienic safety. Because food Is the most common thing in our everyday life, however, the importance of its hygienic safety and other many problems caused by food may be easily neglected. What is more, food is can be dangerous as much as it is directly related to human life and accidents from the same cause may have different effects on the victims according to physical and environmental differences of individuals. Thus PL action for food requires more thorough prevention and measure. Korea has been enforcing 'the Product Liability Act' since the 1/sup 1st/ of July 2002. Product Liability (PL) is liability of the manufacturer or the seller of a product to compensate for the death or injury of consumers or the loss of properties caused by the defect of the product. This study surveyed consumers' response to and the effects of the enforcement of the Product Liability Act, investigated how consumers perceived the importance of food safety and the risk of defective food based on PL standards and their experience in damage by food through a questionnaire survey, and analyzed collected data through empirical analyses (reliability analysis, factorial analysis, regression analysis and ANOVA t-test) using SPSS 10.0. Based on the results of analysis, the researcher proposed strategies for coping with the Product Liability Act in the food industry.

        기존의 유기계 자외선차단제는 피부투과 및 자극으로 인한 안전성의 문제가 제기되었으며, 무기계 자외선차단제는 나노화에 따른 안전성 문제가 제기되고 있다. 이로 인하여, 최근의 자외선차단제 연구는 유효성뿐만 아니라 안전성이 우수한 다양한 형태의 자외선차단제가 연구되고 있으며, 그 중의 하나가 유기-무기 결합구조의 자외선차단제에 관한 연구이다. 본 연구진은 가교된 고분자 입자 타입의 신규 자외선차단제로서 메톡시신나미도프로필실세스퀴옥산의 제조, 물성 및 유효성 평가에 대하여 보고한 바가 있다. 본 연구는 신규 자외선차단제인 메톡시신나미도프로필실세스퀴옥산의 랫드에 대한 배·태자 발생독성 연구에 관한 것으로서, 이러한 평가는 본 시험물질이 임상에서 임신 전·후에 노출 되었을 경우 불임 및 배ㆍ태아의 이상에 대한 구체적인 정보를 제공해줄 것으로 기대된다. Existing organic UV protection materials seem to be problematic due to their penetration and irritation to skin. Inorganic UV protection materials are also at issue for safety of their nano-type transformation. Therefore, the recent studies of UV protection materials have been focused not only on the effectiveness but also on their safety. One of the UV protection materials in study which have higher safety is the organic-inorganic conjugation type UV protection material. Previously, we have reported the manufacturing process, physical property and UV protection efficiency of methoxychinnamidoprophy poloysilsesquixan as a new cross-linked polymer type UV protection material. In this study, we have evaluated the effect of the methoxychinnamidoprophy poloysilsesquixan on embryo-fetal development in SD rats. This study is expected to show some definite information related to the effect on pregnancy or embryo-fetal abnormality in case of the clinical exposure of the methoxychinnamidoprophy poloysilsesquixan.

      • 자동화 생산 시스템에서의 생산셀 설계와 셀 배치계획을 위한 통합모델

        This paper is concerned with problem of manufacturing cell design and cell layout planning in automated manufacturing system design. To solve this problem the proposed model incorporates relevant manufacturing factors such as workload and cell size. Based on those information, to form the manufacturing cell, correlation similarity coefficient(CSC) among machines are calculated and a pair of machines that has the highest value of CSC is assigned to a machine cell. Repeat the above steps until the adequate manufacturing cells are obtained. Because the obtained cellular structure for the manufacturing system design in the previous stage does not give the layout of the cells on the site directly, it is important to determine the adequate cell layout. For the cell layout planning, the adjacent relationship among cells are determined on the basis of the degree of interference among cells which is evaluated by the volume of the intercel1ular movements among cells. The relationship obtained by this procedure determines the configuration of the cell layout. Finally, a system is improved to increase the efficiency of a proposed model. The proposed model and system are illustrated by numerical example.

      • 製造生産工程의 經濟的 샘플링檢査計劃 設計

        In this study, a traditional concept of sampling inspection plan for the quality assurance system is extended to a consideration of economic aspects in total production system by representing and analyzing the effects between proceeding / succeeding production process including inspection. This approach recognizes that the decision to be made at one manufacturing process (or assembly process) determine not only the cost and the average outgoing quality level of that process but also the input parameters of the cost and the incoming quality to the succeeding process. By analyzing the effects of the average incoming and outgoing quality, manufacturing/assembly quality level and sampling inspection plan on the production system, mathematical models and solution technique to minimize the total production cost for a single product manufacturing system with specked average outgoing quality limit(AOQL) are suggested.

      • 물류센터에서의 최적 서비스 수준을 결정하는 방법에 관한 연구

        The main objective of this research is to develop a model to select the optimal input service level for a distribution center-multi branch inventory distribution system. With the continuous review policy, the distribution center places an order for specific order quantity to an outside supplier, and the order quantity is replenished after a certain lead time. Also, each branch places an order for particular order quantity to the distribution center to satisfy the customer demands, and receives the replenishment after a lead time. When an out of stock condition occurs during an order cycle, a backorder is placed to the upper level to fill the unfilled demands. With these situation, variable demand and variable lead time are used for better industrial practice. Further, actual lead times with a generic lead time distribution are used in developing the control model. Under the actual lead time model, the customer service measures actually attained for the distribution center and each branch are explained as the effective customer service measures. Thus, throughout the optimal control (using computer search procedures), we can select the optimal input service levels for the distribution center and each branch to attain the effective service levels for each branch which is consistent with the goal level of service for each branch. At the same time, the entire distribution system keeps minimum inventories.
