취수펌프 운전 조건에 따라 변화하는 군정시스템의 취수량을 종합적으로 평가할 수 있는 방법을 개발하였다. 주어진 상황에서 개별 관정의 취수량에 영향을 미치는 인자는 자연수위와 관말 사이의 표고차이로 주어지는 정적양정과 지하수 강하량, 관로 마찰손실 등으로 구성되는 동적양정, 그리고 취수 펌프의 성능이다. 동적 양정과 펌프의 성능은 취수펌프가동 대수와 가동 패턴에 따라 변하는 취수량의 함수이다. 군정 운영 시 실제 취수량은 군정 시스템의 전 양정과 펌프성능곡선이 교차하는 점에서 결정된다. Newton-Raphson 반복법을 이용하여 복수 관정의 취수량에 대한 비선형연립방정식을 처리하였다. 가상 군정 시스템에 대한 적용을 통하여 시스템 설계 시와 운영 시에 취수량 분포에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. We have developed a method to evaluate pumping rates from a system of pumping-well family. For a given system actual pumping rates depend on pump characteristics and the sum of the static head and the dynamic head. The static head is the elevation difference between the natural groundwater level and the outlet of the pipeline that connects all the wells. Major components of the dynamic head are groundwater drawdown in the well and pipeline head loss. The dynamic head and the pump characteristics depend on the pumping rates. Actual pumping rates are determined at the intersections of the system total-head curves and the pump characteristic curves. The Newton- Raphson`s method is used to solve the nonlinear simultaneous equations. The method is applied to a hypothetical well family. Impacts of various design and operational parameters on the pumping rates are analyzed.

해안지역 과잉 양수정의 보호를 위한 해수양수의 효과

최근 수자원 이용량의 증가 및 수자원 공급의 부족에 따라 대안으로 제시되고 있는 지하수 이용은 매년 크게 증가하고 있지만, 무분별한 개발에 따른 여러 문제점이 야기되고 있는 실정이다. 특히, 연안지역에서는 과도한 양수로 인해 지하수에 해수가 유입되어 더 이상 사용할 수 없는 상태로 수질이 악화되는 심각한 문제로 대두되고 있으며, 이에 따른 취수정에서의 염분 검출 및 주변 생태계 파괴 등 해수 침투로 인한 피해가 증가하고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위한 해수침투 저감 기술에는 두 가지 방법이 있다. 담수의 과잉양수로 인해 담수량이 감소한 부분에 대해서 담수를 주입하는 담수 주입 방법과 담수 양수정에 해수가 침투하기 전에 해수를 양수하는 해수양수 방법이 있다. 본 연구에서는 해수양수로 인하여 해수침투를 저감하는 기법을 연구하였다. 지하수 경계면 모델을 이용하여 각각의 수리수문 변수들이 미치는 영향과 해수침투의 정도를 사례별로 연구하였다. 해수양수량이 증가하고 해수양수정의 위치가 해안선에 접할수록 해수침투 저감 효과가 있었다. 하지만 양수정에서의 과잉 양수량이 증가하면 해수양수량 역시 증가하여야 한다. 따라서 해안지역에서 과잉 양수정으로 인한 해수오염을 방지하기 위한 해수 양수 기법은 대수층의 수리전도도 등의 수리지질 특성을 고려하여 해수관정의 위치와 해수양수량을 결정하여야 효과를 볼 수 있다.

曉堂의 茶詩감상을 통해본 차살림精神 小考

Hyodang Choi Bum-Sool (曉堂 崔凡述, 1904- 1979) contributed greatly to the hi story of Korean tea by writing Hangukui Chado ( 한국의 茶道, the Way of Korean Tea) as an introductory book. He entered the Tasol Temple at the age of 13, where he stayed for about 60 years until he passed away at the age of 76, all the while striving for the restoration of Master Wonhyo (元曉 ,6 17- 686)’s scholarly achievements and taking delight in the samadhi of tea meditation. In Hangukui Chado, he promoted for the first time publicly Cho Ui (艸衣, 1786- 1866) as the author of Dongchasong ( 東茶頌, Hymns to Korean Tea) and Chasinjon (茶神傳, The Life of the Spirit of Tea), both well known classical works on tea, and unfolded his own perspective on tea in his unique and springy style based on his own Buddhist practice and thought. His daily routine revolved around tea with, every aspect formed on the principle of Chasallim (차살림,Keeping life by Tea). Hangukui Chado especially emphasizes ‘Chasallim ’ and ‘stylish life ' and the ‘tasty life’ was the subject of his eulogy on tea. This study purports to illuminate hi s spirit of Chasallim based on his poetry about tea included in Hangukui Chado. This writer hopes encourage the advancement of Korean tea culture based on Chasallim. In Hangukui Chado, many Zen phrases (禪句) are cited throughout as well as suggestions on the future of tea, which signify the deep relationship between the practical and artistic. Regarding the essence of keeping of Chadoyongsim (茶道用心,the mind in the way of tea), he emphasized that “Chadomumoon" (茶道無門 ,the way of tea knows no doors), does not require any fixed formality nor any fixed rule. The practice of Sallim in tea life without extravagance requires a compassionate and frugal mind. The tea poems of Hyodang’, encompass the wide path of the truth that is "Chadomumoon". In today's arid world of materialism and technology, humans can learn much from the spirit of Chasallim and the ‘stylish life’ implied in his poems. Chasallim should therefore be studied more deeply afterwards.

寒齋 李穆의 心茶思想 硏究

This study aims to articulate the thoughts on Simcha by Hanjae Yi Mok (1471-1498)『Cha Bu』. Yi Mok, who was one of the disciples of Kim Jongjik, died at the early age of 28 due to the tragedy of Muosahwa. His Cha Bu, an essay developing a profound discussion on tea in the early period of the Joseon dynasty, clarifies the conception of tea in the minds of Confucian elites in that period so that it becomes an important reference point in Korea. In Cha Bu, Hanjae’s original nomination of “Han” and “Pa” as the names of tea is unique. Its importance is great in that his proposition establishes itself as a new theory of tea in a properly Korean perspective, in addition to his volition to articulate the Confucian spirit of the Dao of tea. His theory of tea, which transcends the efficacy and preference in tea, contains a philosophical reflection on the proper cultivation of mind and body. The general idea of Hanjae’s thought on tea is expressed in the phrase “tea of my mind” in that it actually enhances the status of tea from the level of cultivating life to the level of interiorizing tea into our mind. The tea of mind transcends the elements of cultivating mind and body in that it contains Mencius’ magnanimous and spontaneous energy and Laozi and Zuangzi’s pure Dao of emptiness. The tea of mind combines harmoniously the thoughts in Confucianism and Daoism, containing the spiritual transcendence of enjoying the composure of sppontaneous Dao, even in the strictness of Confucianism.

『韓國의 茶道』에 나타난 曉堂의 茶道精神

This study sheds new light on the mentality of Korean tea culture by considering Hyodang Choi Bum-Sool’s spirit of Chado. Hyodang succeeded the legacy of Cho Ui’s the spirit of Chado through a long period of Chasallim with asceticism practices as a monk, and was called the modern king of Chado. His publishing ‘Hangukui Chado’ had significant meaning as the first an introduction to Chado in the Tea World. In Hyodang’s spirit of Chado that appears in ‘Hangukui Chado’, Chado’s Joongjungjido spirit in the aspect of everyday life and the Chasunilche (Tea-Zen Unification) spirit in the aspect of discipline that Cha-life has are emphasized.

해안지하수의 수위에 미치는 조석의 영향

본 연구는 해안지하수 적정관리 방안의 구축을 위해 제주와 같은 섬 지역에서 반드시 선행되어야 할 연구로 해안 및 도서 지역에서 해수침입은 해안지하수 확보 및 개발에 대한 심각한 요인으로 작용할 수 있다는 점에서 조석이 해안지하수의 지하수위에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 있다. 연구대상지역으로 제주특별자치도에서 해수침입과 관련하여 자동관측하고 있는 제주성산유역의 수산관측공모니터링 자료를 분석하여 조석의 미치는 영향을 분석 하였다. 분석결과, 조석에 의한 지하수위, 수온, 전기전도도가 시간 별로 변화하고 있으며, 조석감쇄법으로 조석영향에 대한 반응시간을 제시하였다. This research is to be conducted in the island area like Jeju in order to establish the proper management method for coastal groundwater, and since the seawater intrusion in the coastal or island area can be the significant factor for the acquisition and development of coastal groundwater, it is to analyze the effect of tidal movement on the groundwater level. This research analyzed the relation between the groundwater level and the tidal movement based on the fishery peeping hole`s monitoring materials in Jeju-Sungsan area which the water resources headquarters of Jeju Island is observing automatically with respect to seawater intrusion. As a result, the groundwater level due to the tidal movement, the water=temperature and the electrical conductivity are changing by time, and according to the lag time calculated by the tidal damping method, the reaction time to the tidal influence is 1.43hr~ 3.68hr in average.
