The maintenance cost depends on various factors such as building volume, floor area, number of household and so on. The maintenance cost of the apartment housing is affected by the maintenance type, building physical factor, sociogeographic aspects. Among these, the maintenance characteristics is represented and made up by the total floor area and number of household which means main factor to provide the building scale roughly. In this paper, it aimed at modelling the estimation function of the maintenance cost with the total floor area and number of household and analyzing the elasticity of the two factors. Although items of maintenance cost are various in general cost, repair cost and so on, we classified these items into the 5 categories. 5 categories are a general cost, a facility maintenance cost, a utilization cost, insurance and sanitary cost. The estimation function used a power function and it has better goodness-offitness than any other estimation methods in statistics. A power function has a three curve types with concave and convex and linear style to the origin.

유럽에서 트램은 접근성 및 친환경성이 뛰어난 대표적인 교통수단이다. 트램은 전용 철로를 이용하는 일반 철도 차량과는 달리 다른 교통 수단 (버스, 승용차 및 화물차 등)과 교차되어 운용 되면서 기존의 철도 차량보다 높은 이용자 편의성을 가지고 있으나, 다른 교통 수단에 대한 충돌 사고 발생 확률이 높다. 본 논문은 국토해양부 개발사업을 통해 설계 및 제작된 무가선 저상트램을 대상으로 국외 충돌안전 기준인 EN15227 사양을 적용하여 충돌안전성능을 평가를 수행하였다. 충돌안전성능 평가에 사용된 충돌 시나리오는 정면충돌과 경사면의 소형장애물과의 충돌이다. 본 연구를 통해 국내에서 개발된 무가선 저상트램의 충돌안전성능은 EN15227의 설계기준에 만족함을 확인하였다. Tram is becoming one of the most popular means of transportation in Europe because of it"s advantage such as accessibility and eco-friendly. Meanwhile the trams are operated with other kinds of road transportations, the accident can be happened not only with itself but also with other road vehicles. Accordingly the crashworthiness design needs to be complied with recently released standard EN15227. This paper describes the crashworthiness assessment according to EN15227. There are two kinds of crash scenario and two kinds of criteria for each. The first scenario : A front-end colliding between two identical trams at 15km/h. The second scenario : A front colliding into a 3ton road-crossing obstacle placed on the railway at 25km/h with an incidence of 45 deg. Explicit FEA has been used for the evaluation.

A bogie frame is typical safty part of railway vehicle. Main performance of a bogie frame is to support a car body and passenger weight and transfer traction and braking force. This paper is to evaluate the static strength and fatigue strength for the end trailer bogie with UIC 615-4 code. Therefore stress analysis of the end trailer bogie frame has been performed for various loading condition according to the UIC 615-4 code and haigh diagram is used for evaluation of fatigue strength. By the results of these analysis, static and fatigue strength of the end trailer bogie is satisfied with a applied criterion.
