This paper presents a programming technique for lhe engine control unit using the real lime as. The software of the engine control unit is composed of one ISR and six tasks.<br/> In engine control. some tasks must be executed at the very lime when the engine requires. The real lime as plays a role of the scheduler. so enables to change tasks very fast when<br/> the system requires. Using the real time as. the convenience of the programing and the efficiency of the usage of CPU have been enhanced.
화상처리를 이용한 OLED 디스플레이의 픽셀 불량 검사에 관한 연구

The image processing methods are widely used in many industrial fields to detect defections in inspection devices. In this study an image processing method was conducted for the detection of abnormal pixels in a OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode) type panel which is used for small size displays. The display quality of an OLED device is dependent on the pixel formation quality. So, among the so many pixels, to find out the faulty pixels is very important task in manufacturing processing or inspection division. We used a line scanning type BW(Black & White) camera which has very high resolution characteristics to acquire an image of display pixel patterns. And the various faulty cases in pixel abnormal patterns are considered to detect abnormal pixels. From the results of the research, the normal BW pixel image could be restored to its original color pixel.
연료량 변조 방법에 의한 MPI 엔진의 산소센서 피드백 제어

In the A/F ratio control system which depends on the oxygen sensor, the algori thm of the Jump-Ramp control has been used generally. But this method has limitations in increasing the frequency of the A/F ratio oscillation which is necessary to maximize the convening efficiency of the Three- Way Catalyst. This study suggests another feed-back control method in which the fuel metering modulation is involved. By using the fuel metering modulation method, the results show that the performance of the fuel metering modulation method is better than that of Jump-Ramp control method in reducing the steady-state error of the A/F ratio. An additional benefit is that the frequency and amplitude of the A/F ratio txtent are adjustable to some extent<br/>

Lately new regulations regarding harmful exhaust gases and fuel economy have bee enforced. The major research focuses on the reduction of exhaust gases and improvement of fuel economy. In order to achieve that alternative fuel as well as a lean bum combustion were used.<br/> Lean burn combustion has problems mainly related to the unstable combustion condition, as a result of the ignitability defect, low pressure and heat loss due to combustion period expanding. For that reason spark ignition process, air fuel mixture flow and satisfied charge of combustion chamber need to be improved. The major factor of designing lean bum combustio<br/> engine is to prevent misfire.<br/> Recently research has focused on ultra lean bum combustion engine as it produces misfire. The reason for that is the increase in tile air to air fuel mixture ratio, which is adjusted from 30: 1 to 50: 1. To solve this problem, spark plug of traditional engine should be improved. Further more the location should be adjusted.<br/> Tltis research analyses a method of combustion, when stratified charge is ignited with LPG. Further more we investigated the combustion field using thermocouple which is self-manufactured. As a result, the results present the optimum condition of ultra lean bur combustion characteristics.
머신비젼을 이용한 크림솔더상에 장착된 SMD의 검사시스템 개발에 관한 연구

This paper presents the development of the Inspection machine for SMD mounted on cream solder of PCB. There are mounting errors of SMD such as misalignment, missing part, wrong orientation, wrong polarity and so on. The main hardware of the system consists of a machine vision part and a motion control part. Operating software has been developed in GUI environment to help user convenience. The Inspection Jobs consist of two procedures, that is, creation of the inspection reference data and automatic inspection. The Inspection reference data has a tree structure of linked list including PCB information, blocks, components, windows, and inspection methods. This paper presents versatile inspection methods which include a section length method, a projection method and histogram method. Therefore, user can choose the suitable procedure for various components. Finally, the automatic Inspection procedure using the reference data checks the mounting errors of components.
고속응답 CO<sub>2</sub> 분석기의 제작 및 이를 이용한 SI엔진에서의 실시간 배기가스 분석에 관한 연구

A fast-response $CO_2$ analyzer has been developed for measuring the $CO_2$ concentration during transient condition of a SI engine. The analyzer consists of the non-dispersive infrared absorption method, electrical chopping system and water cooling system. The analyzer has good repeatability, linearity and permissible drift characteristic. Besides, it showed 18ms of a response to measure the $CO_2$ concentration. The fast-response $CO_2$ analyzer was applied to a single cylinder SI engine and the $CO_2$ emission was examined during engine start. Simultaneously, the standard exhaust gas analyzer, which has slow response time, was used for confirming the accuracy of the exhaust gas analysis using the fast-response $CO_2$ analyzer. The developed analyzer showed much faster responsive characteristic than that of a standard analyzer and made cycle by cycle exhaust gas analysis possible. The transient engine operating characteristics will be estimated from the $CO_2$ concentration of engine-out emissions and engine operating variables.
여지반사식과 광투과식 매연측정기의 매연도 상관계수에 관한 연구

Recently, The air pollution problems become hot issues as the production of the diesel automotive increases. The ministry of environment has enforced a precise inspection law to decrease the vehicle emission. In this circumstances, the smoke measurement is somewhat complicated by the use of the different type smoke meters. Although the paper filtration type opacimeter has been used for measuring smoke widely but currently the light extinction type is being used for precise inspection law. These two type opacimeters are different in their measuring principles on each other. So, for the time being the regulation standards can be confused by these two type opacimeters. In this article, The correlation factor between these two type opacimeters is studied by using engine dynamometer and vehicle test. The result of the dynamometer test shows the light extinction type is more sensitive than the filtration type by 1.47 times. But the relation factor by the vehicle test achieved 1.37 value, which is lower than that of the dynamometer test. In the future study the more precise research is needed to estimate the relation factor on vehicle test.
차량용 와이어링 하네스 개선을 위한 브릿지 커넥터 개발에 관한 연구

Recently a large number of electronic control devices are abruptly increasing in vehicles as the electronic industry advances. Also the number of wiring harnesses and complexity of wiring is proportionally increased to the devices. A newly developed connector named bridge connector is introduced in this study for the purpose of the wiring structure changes. A wiring structure among distributed control systems by using serial commnnication is proposed with the bridge connector in this paper. The bridge connector contains a auto-recovery fuse made by PTC thermistor material for the protection of the over-currents on local control devices. The auto-recovery function of the fuse is needed for the maintenance free system in the distributed controls. The PTC fuse characteristics organized in this study is tested and the results are showed in detail for the real application.
도서지역 활성화를 위한 장흥군 목재산업 클러스터 구축에 대한 분석

This study examines the feasibility of establishing a Wood Industry Cluster in Jangheunggun, Jeollanamdo. The purpose of this study is to explore the right direction of Island areas lagging behind, and to provide policies for the Korea Forest Service to promote the wood industry. According to the results, it is necessary that eight individual projects, including the Forest Products Marketing Center, should establish the Wood Industry Cluster. The estimated cost for the total investment rates to 970 billion Korean won (KRW). In addition, the major economic effects created by establishing Wood Industry Cluster were estimated as well. The results show that the Wood Industry Cluster would gain a production inducement effect equivalent of KRW 1.9 trillion, an employment inducement effect amounting to 9,000 jobs, a value-added inducement effect of KRW 830.9 billion, and an indirect tax inductive effect of KWR 78.6 billion. In order for the Wood Industry Cluster to succeed, the study suggests on building a network that will bring industry, academy, research institute and authorities together, which will also help form the Organizing Committee for the wood industry. In addition the study provides a policy alternative for developing the Wood Industrial Valley in Eokbul-Mt, a Forest therapy cluster in Jeongnamjin LOHAS Town and a BIO-Food Industry Cluster in Jangheung.
