        3차병원에서의 TPN 사용의 적정성 점토

        A retrospective study was conducted to evaluate the appropriateness of total parenteral nutrition (TPN) for 200 hospitalized adult patients in Samsung Medical Center from January 1st in 1995 to June 31st in 1997. Standard criteria were modified and determined from those stated by AJHP (American Journal of Health System Pharmacy) and ASPEN (American Society of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition). The justification for indications was appropriate in $35\%,\;44\%,\;and\;32\%$ of the patient's in 1995, 1996, and 1997, respectively, without significant improvement over the last two and half years. Before and during the administration of TPN, several monitoring indicators were well documented, and monitoring frequencies were increased over two and half years period. However, the majority of the monitoring indicators were not found in the standard criteria range of $90\%$. The monitoring indicators for electrolyte balance, $PO_4$ and Mg, were not measured appropriately and resulted in the complications which could have been prevented. The indicator for lipid tolerance, triglyceride and the indicator for hemorrhagic incidence, prothrombin time (PT), were not well documented in comparison with other indicators. The indicators for the improvement in nutritional status, albumin and total protein, were appropriate in $90\%$ of the patients. Determination of TPN formula was based on the laboratory data and chart reviews, and it was appropriate in $98\%$. But the administration of lipid and vitamin K for the prevention of essential fatty acid deficiency and hemorrhage, respectively, was not carried out appropriately when the administration of TPN was prolonged, lasting more than 7 days. When a patient returned to oral or enteral feeding, TPN was terminated. However, increase in albumin level or weight was rarely observed. In conclusion, healthcare professionals should all work as a team and active participation to provide optimized nutrition support for partners.

        수학영재교육 관련 국내 연구 동향 분석

        본 연구의 목적은 2000년부터 2010까지의 수학영재교육과 관련된 국내 연구 동향을 분석함으로써 수학영재교육의 방향과 시사점을 제안하는 것이다. 수학영재교육과 관련된 연구 동향을 알아보기 위하여 2000년부터 2010년까지의 수학영재교육 학위논문 295편과 한국연구재단(구 학술진흥재단)의 등재지 및 등재 후보지 총 10종의 전문 학술지에 게재된 168편의 논문들을 각각 분석하였다. 연도별 논문 편수를 분석한 결과 2004년을 기점으로 수학영재교육 의 학위논문 수가 크게 증가하였으며 현재까지 그러한 경향은 지속되고 있음을 알 수 있다. 연구주제별 학위논문의 분석 결과 수학영재교육의 프로그램 교육과정에 대한 개발 연구, 영 재의 특성 연구 순으로 연구가 가장 높은 비율을 차지하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구대상에 따른 논문 편수를 분석한 결과 초등학생을 대상으로 한 연구가 가장 높은 비율을 차지하였다. 연구방법에 따른 분석 결과 학위논문에서는 프로그램 및 검사도구 개발에 관한 연구가 가장 많이 이루어졌으며, 학술지 논문에서 질적 연구방법을 사용한 논문이 가장 높은 비율을 차지하는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 수학영재교육의 방향 및 시사점을 제안하였다. This study had suggested the direction and implications of mathematics education for the gifted student by looking into domestic research trends in relation with mathematics education for the talented children from 2000 to 2010. 168 theses were analyzed by researching theses about mathematics education for the talented children and the total 10 kinds of special journals that are registered or to be registered at National Research Foundation of Korea in order to find a research trend about mathematics education for the talented children. As a result of analyzing theses of each year, the number of theses on mathematics education for the talented children has been increasing largely since2004 and it is steadily being conducted until now. As a result of analyzing theses for each research theme, frequency was shown in order of development research about educational course program for mathematics education for the talented children and research on characteristics of the talented children. For analysis result of research target, research targeting elementary school students has taken great importance. For the aspect of research methods, research about development of program and research tool was used in theses and qualitative research method was mainly used in journals and therefore a direction of mathematics education for the talented children was discussed according to this.

        트리플루살 캅셀의 생물학적 동등성 평가

        N/A The bioequivalence of two triflusal products was evaluated with 20 healthy volunteers following single oral dose according to the guidelines of Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA). Trisal^? capsule (Whanin Pharm. Corp., Korea) and Disgren^? capsule (Myung-In Pharm. Corp., Korea) were used as test product and reference product, respectively. Both products contain 300㎎ of trifusal. One capsule of test product or reference product was orally administered to the volunteers, respectively, by randomized two period crossover study (2×2 Latin square method). Blood samples were taken at predetermined time intervals for 4 hours and the determination of trifusal was accomplished using semi-microbore HPLC equipped with automated column switching system. The analytical method with HPLC was validated according to the Bioanalytic Method Validation guideline by FDA prior to determining the plasma samples. The pharmacokinetic parameters (AUC_(0-4h), C_max, and T_max) were calculated and ANOVA test was utilized for statistical analysis of parameters. As a result of the assay validation, the limit of quantification of trifusal in human plasma by current assay procedure was 50 ng/ml using 500 ㎕ of plasma. The accuracy of the assay was from 97.76% to 116.51% while the intra-day and inter-day coefficient of variation of the same concentration range was less than 15%. Average drug concentration at the designated time intervals and pharmacokinetic parameters calculated were not significantly different between two products (p>0.05). The difference of mean AUC_(0→4hr), C_max, and T_max between the two products (2.92, 4.39, and -2.44%, respectively) were less than 20%. The power (1-β) and treatment difference (Δ) for AUC_(0→4hr) and C_max were more than 0.8 and less than 0.2, respectively. Although the power for T_max was under 0.8, T_max, of the two products was not significantly different from each other (p>0.05). These results satisfied the criteria of KFDA guideline for bioequivalence, indicating the two products of triflusal were bioequivalent.

        병행적 혼합조사의 모드효과 분석

        사회환경 변화와 정보기술 발전에 따라 한 조사에 다양한 조사모드(survey mode)를 활용하는 혼합조사(mixed-mode survey)가 확대되고 있으며, 포함오차 축소, 비용절감, 응답률 향상 등의 장점을 가진다. 그러나 혼합조사는 선택효과와 측정효과가 혼재된 모드효과 발생으로 조사품질에 대한 우려가 있다. 통계개발원은 이러한 혼합조사의 모드효과를 파악하기 위하여 2014년에 병행적 혼합모드 시험조사를 수행하였다. 본 연구는 시험조사 자료에 대해 자기기입식 종이조사와 웹조사 간 모드효과를 선택효과와 측정효과로 분리하여 계량적으로 분석하였다. 선택계층의 효과를 분리하였을 때, 조사항목에 따라 과대 또는 과소 응답하는 측정효과가 존재하는 것을 확인하였다. Mixed-mode (MM) designs in which data are collected by different modes in one design have become increasingly popular. An MM data collection has several advantages such as reductions of coverage error, non-response and cost. However, MM designs may introduce mode effects that are confounded by selection effects and measurement effects, which can make MM data quality poor. In order to investigate mode effects, SRI implemented a concurrent mixed-mode experiment in 2014 where respondents could choose between a self-administrated Web survey and a self-administrated paper survey. This paper separately estimates selection effects and measurement effects. We found that measurement effects on some items are large.

      • 당귀의 휘발성분의 항균효과에 관한 연구

        당귀의 휘발성분은 몇가지 세균의 증식을 억제하였다. 세균의 중식을 억제하는 휘발성분 최저 억제농도는 E. coli에 대하여 1000 ppm 그리고 S. aureus에 대하여 1500 ppm이 었다. 그러나 S. enteritidis에 대하여는 이 휘발성분의 억제 효과가 낮았으며 3000 ppm에서 조금 억제되었다. 휘발성분의 최고 억제율은 E.coli에 대하여 92%, S. aureus에 대하여 82%였다. The volatile components of Angelica gigas have the growth inhibitory effect against several bacteria. The minimum inhibitory concentrations of the components were 1000 ppm for E. coli and 1500 lpm for S. aureus. But the inhibirory effect against S. enteritidis was low and even at 3000 ppm concentration the bacterium was inhibited slightly. The inhibitory activity was considered as static effect rather than cidal effect. The maximum inhibition percentages of the volatile components were 92% for E.coli and 82% for S. aureus.
