        XML기반의 안전한 E-Procurement 시스템 설계 및 구현

        This paper intends to suggest a XML-based secure E-Procurement system using Unified Modeling Language(UML), as an application system for domestic automobile industry. Applying UML methodology, which is Component-based Development (CBD), we analyzed the workflow on procurement operation of automobile industry and implemented a prototype of efficient E-Procurement system for automobile industry, by developing XML/EDI and XML signature. Also, on this paper, object-oriented CBD is employed to minimize the risk of life cycle and reuse software as mentioned to limitation of information engineering methodology. It enables the interoperability with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) as corporate legacy system. This system proposes a solution to apply analysis and design of workflow, component development, interoperability with corporate information system, and XML signature for integrity and authentication of electronic documents in other system so far. 본 논문은 국내 자동차산업을 대상으로 개발된 응용시스템으로, UML(Unified Modeling Language)을 이용한 XML(eXtensible Markup Language)기반의 안전한 전자조달(E-Procurement) 시스템을 제안하고 있다. 컴포넌트 개발기법인 UML 방법론의 활용으로 자동차산업의 구매업무 Workflow가 분석되었으며, XML 기반의 EDI(Electronic Data Interchange)와 전자서명 기능을 구현함으로써 기업간 구매업무를 자동화하는 효율적인 E-Procurement 시스템 프로토타입이 구현되었다. 또한 본 논문은 기존 정보공학방법론에서 한계로 지적되던 S/W의 재사용성과 Life Cycle의 위험을 줄인 컴포넌트 개발기법을 활용하고, 기업내 Legacy 시스템인 ERP와의 연동을 가능하게 하였다. 본 시스템은 기존 시스템이 제공하지 못하는 워크플로우(workflow)분석 및 설계, 컴포넌트 개발, 기업내부 시스템과의 연동, 그리고 전자문서의 무결성과 인증을 위한 XML 전자서명을 적용하는 해법을 제안하고 있다.

        ERP 도입특성에 따른 ERP 실행성과의 차이

        It is widely agreed that Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is one of key information technology to shape doing business. ERP adoption characteristics like ERP package selection and ERP implementation method are rising in importance from the back office to the boardroom, because of the big impact to business. The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference of the characteristics of ERP adoption on ERP implementation success. From previous researches on ERP adoption and implementation, 6 ERP adoption characteristics (Package V.S In-house, Local V.S. Global, Phased V.S. Big Bang, ERP Organization, IS Planning, Change Management), and 1 dependent variable (implementation success of ERP systems), are identified. From data collection processes, 122 samples are collected. The results of hypothesis testing show that organizations adopted global ERP package have higher implementation performance than organizations adopted local ERP package. Organizations with IS plan have higher implementation performance than organizations without IS plan. Organizations with the process of change management have higher implementation performance than organizations without the process of change management. Also, The effect of interaction between IS planning and change management shows bigger impact in ERP implementation success.

        ERP시스템의 성공적 구축에 미치는 영향요인과 정보시스템 성숙도의 조절효과

        Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is one of key information technology to shape doing business. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the organizational characteristics of ERP adoption on successful implementation of ERP systems, including the moderating effects of information systems (IS) maturity. From previous researches on ERP adoption and implementation, 4 ERP adoption characteristics (competitiveness, top management support, process innovation, and project management) and 1 dependent variable (successful implementation of ERP systems), are identified. From data collection processes, 122 samples are collected. The results of hypothesis testing show that top management support and project management have a positive impact to successful implementation of ERP systems in direct effect model. Also, the results of hypothesis testing in moderating effect model show that IS maturity has a positive impact to successful implementation of ERP systems. This result shows that the effect of interaction between project management and IS maturity has moderating impact in ERP implementation success.

        자동차부품산업의 XML/EDI를 활용한 SCM 시스템의 설계 및 구현

        공급망관리(SCM)는 인터넷을 기반으로 한 비즈니스 환경에서 중요한 정보기술 이슈 중의 하나이다. B2B 전자상거래 환경에 관련 있는 많은 기업들은 기존의 기업 Business 프로세스를 새롭게 통합된 공급망 프로세스로 개선하기 위한 혁신적인 노력을 하고 있다. XML/EDI를 활용한 SCM 시스템은 전통적 거래 당사자들간의 관계를 재편성하게 함으로써 그들에게 경쟁적 우위를 제공하고 있다. 본 연구는 XML/EDI를 활용한 SCM 시스템 프로토타입을 제안한다. 본 연구는 자동차부품산업을 대상으로 하여 자동차 Lamp를 생산하는 1차 부품기업에 초점을 두어 객체지향 방법론인 UML을 활용하여 자동차부품산업의 공급망관리 프로세스에 대한 분석과 설계를 수행한다. UML을 이용한 SCM 시스템의 구현은 소프트웨어 재사용과 확장성 그리고 기업 내부 정보시스템과의 상호 호환성에서 좋은 성과를 보여준다. SCM is one of the important key issues in Internet-based business environment. Most of companies related to B2B electronic commerce are making their efforts to innovate their existing business process into new integrated supply chain process. SCM system using XML/EDI provides competitive advantage to them by reshaping the relationship between traditional trading partners. This study intends to suggest a prototype of SCM system using XML/EDI. To implement SCM system, we analyze and design the supply chain process by using Unified Modeling Language, with a firm engaged in Korean automobile industry, which is a first vendor to produce a set of LAMP. The implementation of SCM system using UML shows excellent performance in software reuse, extensibility, and the interoperability with corporate internal information systems.

        공급사슬 동적능력을 통한 정보기술 역량이 공급사슬 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구

        Currently, business environment is characterized by fast and dramatic changes in customer expectations. Deep competition and high technology are increasingly creating high level of market uncertainty in turbulent environment. To respond current situation, firms are seeking to enhance dynamic capabilities across the supply chain. A key emphasis of supply chain management (SCM) is to improve supply chain dynamic capabilities between trading partners through IT competence. Most firms increasingly rely on information technology (IT) to improve the process integration and the performance of supply chain. IT competence provides fundamental support to supply chain dynamic capabilities and supply chain performance. And IT competence can facilitate the development of higher-order supply chain dynamic capabilities. Supply chain dynamic capabilities (SCDC) refer to the ability of an organization to identify, utilize, and assimilate both internal and external resources information to facilitate the entire supply chain activities in turbulent environment. The primary objective of this study is to provide a new perspective in explaining how IT competence and IT-enabled supply chain dynamic capability can create a sustained competitive advantage and performance for supply chain of the organization. This research reviewed existing literatures related to IT competence and supply chain dynamic capabilities, and classified them according to resource-based view (RBV) and dynamic capabilities theory (DCT). Dynamic capability theory follows the resource-based view in term of relevant guidance for future research of strategic management. The dynamic capability has been proposed as the firm`s ability to integrate, build, and reconfigure internal and external competences to address a higher level of turbulent environment. This study provides a conceptual framework to explore the relationships among IT competence (IT flexibility, IT management), and supply chain dynamic capabilities (information exchange, supply chain coordination, IT integration, supply chain responsiveness), and supply chain performance. Hypotheses are tested on survey data collected from 116 respondents charged in supply chain operation of manufacturing organizations. This study develops valid and reliable instruments to measure the sub-dimensions of IT competence and supply chain dynamic capabilities, and we applied SEM (structural equation modeling) to test causal relationships between research variables. Empirical results show that IT competence does not have significant influence on supply chain performance, however, IT competence has significant influence on supply chain performance through supply chain dynamic capabilities. Especially, supply chain dynamic capabilities have significant relationship to supply chain performance. This finding suggests that IT competence is a driver to facilitate the development of supply chain dynamic capabilities, and that supply chain dynamic capability is a determinant to improve supply chain performance of an organization. The contribution of this study is to provide the importance and the necessity for the notion of supply chain dynamic capability that enhances supply chain performance.
