본 연구에서는 밤, 대추, 떫은감의 최근 국내 수급동향을 파악하고, 수급모형을 통해 향후 수급을 전망하였다. 밤, 대추, 떫은감의 국내 수급동향 파악을 위하여 산림청의 임업통계연보 및 임산물생산조사와 한국무역협회의 수출입 자료를 분석하였으며, 생산량 및 수출입량, 국내 가격자료를 바탕으로 수급모형을 구축하고, 각 품목별 향후 10년간의 수급을 전망하였다. 밤은 지속적인 생산 감소와 수입 증가가 전망됨에 따라, 국내 가격 및 품질 경쟁력 제고, 다양한 가공 상품개발을 통한 소비 및 수출확대가 필요하다. 대추와 떫은감의 경우, 소비 감소와 생산 증가로 추후 과잉공급이 전망됨에 따라 재배면적 관리를 통한 생산량 조절, 다양한 가공 상품개발 및 수출시장 발굴을 통한 소비확대가 필요하다. This study aims to examine Korea`s recent supply-demand trends of the three items, and forecast their supply and demand through a supply-demand model. To know domestic supply-demand trends of chestnuts, jujubes, and astringent persimmons, the following data were analyzed: the Korea Forest Service`s Statistical Yearbook of Forestry and Production of Forest Products; and the Korea International Trade Association`s export and import data. The supply-demand model was developed based on the volume of production, export and import volumes, and domestic prices data, and each item`s supply and demand for the next 10 years was forecasted. According to the supply-demand model`s simulation results, the chestnuts production decrease and import increase are expected. Thus, it is necessary to improve domestic price and quality competitiveness and increase consumption and export by developing a variety of processed products. In the case of jujubes and astringent persimmons, the consumption decrease and production increase are expected. In regard to oversupply, it is necessary to control production, develop various processed foods, and expand export markets.
