        미술계뮤지엄의 다층화에 따른 동선체계의 변화에 관한 연구

        In Europe, traditionally the low-rised buildings for public art museum have been constructed since the 18th century like any other buildings and these are because of the technical issue for construction difficulty. Even if the low-rised art museum buildings are still continued for it’s construction, gradually the high-rised art museum buildings begin to be build due to the development of contemporary technology in high-dense modern urban space. This tendency of high-rised art museum building in recent years is expected to affect on the interior space of it and most of all the spatial change in conjunction with circulation system variation is remarkable. Because the circulation system in art museum means tourist’s spatial experience and it normally controls the experience of knowledge in art museum. This study is to understand how the multi-floored art museums in Europe affect to the spatial structure and how this is related to the circulation system. And also the study raised an issue on what it’s social meaning is. Through these analysis the study can provide the meaning of multi-floored art museum and basic indication in art museum planning. To understand this, the study calculated the number of stories, number of vertical circulation and number of ring-structure space. Also the study tired to use space syntax tools, which are connectivity, integration value, integration value in major space, integration value in vertical circulation and intelligibility value. those tools calculated topological transfiguration of the whole space. Throughout the study, it was concluded that the influence of high-rised art museum in Europe changed the spatial structure and circulation system. The topological center of art museum that has been the grand space since 18th century changed to the vertical circulation due to the it"s roll of distributing visitors to each floor. It became a starting point of spatial deployment and experience in art museum.

        국내 국, 공립 뮤지엄 감시체계에 관한 연구

        Modern museums that started from 17th century in Europe have played a role of storage for collections of the upper class as a form of private museum. Since 18th century the publicity has been more emphasized in the society of Europe and there became a public museum that serves as a institution for social education. In addition to this, the mass production that began with the Industrial Revolution relieved the working hour of the public and they started to spend their more time for visiting museums to have social education. In korea there constructed a lot of public museums after economic development and people experienced the social education and the cultural events. However, there raised questions on security issue regarding relic because of growing number of visitors to the museums. Due to this, the museums asked a surveillance system for their relic. But the museums don"t have enough research on this nor understanding the current situation. Because the relic in museums of history has a money value, the anti-theft system is more focussed. In addition to the direct surveillance system with staff or closed-circuit television(CCTV), the indirected system with visitor’s mutual surveillance in conjunction with spatial structure has to be researched. This study is to understand the relationship between surveillance system and spatial structure with reference to korea’s national and public museum of history. With the results of the research, the study provides a planning guideline to the museum architecture to prevent security problem.

        논문 : 공공 도서관 프로그램의 변화와 이에 따른 공간구조 변화에 대한 시대적 의미 해석 -서울지역 중,대규모 공공도서관을 중심으로-

        본 연구에서는 대한민국의 서울 지역 공공 도서관의 프로그램의 확대와 이에 따른 공간구조의 변화 패러다임을 이해하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 각 영역별 면적의 변화 분석을 수행하였고 도서관 프로그램의 변화가 요구하는 공간구조의 변화를 정량적으로 확인하고자 공간구문론을 이용하여 중심 로비공간에서 각 실로의 depth와 통합도 및 통합도의 표준편차 그리고 명료도의 변화를 분석하였다. 그리고 푸코와 부르디외의 이론을 바탕으로 이러한 분석결과의 의미를 파악하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 현재 대한민국 사회는 다양한 분야에서 제도적 변화를 추구하고 있다. 이는 공공 도서관 계획과 같은 분야에서의 다양한 변화를 제시하기에 이르렀는데, 즉 소극적 방식에서 적극적 방식으로의 서적 열람 방식의 변화와 공공 도서관 교육프로그램의 확대를 수용하기 위한 공간의 증가로, 능동적 지식습득을 위한 방향으로의 도서관 공간구조의 변화가 발생하였음을 알 수 있었다. 이는 도서관 이용객으로 하여금 능동적이고 적극적인 지식습득 경험을 가능하게 하였으며, 이러한 공공 도서관에서의 변화 패러다임은 푸코와 부르디외에 의한 수동적 인간에서 자율성을 중시하는 주체적 인간으로 변화한 대중을 위한 존중임을 이해할 수 있었다. This research sought to understand the paradigm in the change of spatial structure following increased library programs. For this, area mass was analysed and also depth from the main lobby space, integration value and its standard deviation of spaces by Space Syntax are used at the 30 public libraries in Seoul on a quantitative level. Moreover, the meaning of the analysis results was analyzed based on Foucault and Burdieu`s theories. The research result are as follows. The result is that It is possible to know that spatial structure change took place due to the increase in contents resulting from the changes in book access method turned from the passive way to active way and the expanded library programs. This enables users to gain various knowledge acquisition experience at the libraries. This change in paradigm at public libraries can be understood as the changed respect for the general public as human beings turned from those who are passive to those who prioritize autonomy by Foucault and Burdieu.

        Most museums before the 17th century belonged to the privately owned spaces or mansions, for the purpose of collection and small gathering. With respect to the museum since the 18th century, along with the purpose of social education, the artifacts and the ruins were recognized as cultural heritage or cultural assets, not as personal belongings and the museums were changed into the form of open exhibition. Since then, in modern times, the preference of the public to the temporary exhibition at stated intervals grew, so that they could satisfy their intellectual and cultural desires through the continued accommodation of new exhibits, besides the existing exhibition of artifacts and cultural assets. Thus, the museums required for the flexible exhibition spaces to accommodate them in addition to the spaces for the semi-permanent exhibition or permanent exhibition. Due to that, the modern museums tend to configure the temporary exhibition spaces independently, besides the permanent exhibition spaces. This study aims to investigate the correlation according to the change of the lay out of temporary exhibition spaces by ‘Space Syntax’ to find out how the flexible temporary exhibition spaces, appearing in the modern museums, influence over the entire museums, through the national and public museums in Korea.

      • 모더니즘이후 수학이 공간창출에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        The nature has influenced mankind"s every single creative activity as an absolute roll model since antiquity. It was generally understood that the nature consists of thousands of rules and orders and is the most reasonable and effective element of the whole world’s nature system. Gradually, human beings started and developed researching and understanding the nature’s systemic mechanism which resulted in bringing and organizing the nature in their own academic sense and studies, especially mathematics. Today, we can observe such facts in the field of architecture that the nature and mathematics continuously harmonize to construct creative space. The goal of this paper is to assists in understanding how the relationship between the nature and mathematics have influenced the space creating activities in the time frame of post-modernism, fluctuating social status. If we take a closer look in designing the space, by the architecture using mathematics, indicated that they tend to express the complex order of the nature, not just the simple pattern.
