        ‘중학교 체육수업 심리 역량(PEPC-MS)’ 개념 탐색 및 측정도구 개발

        목적: 본 연구는 중학교 체육수업 심리 역량(PEPC-MS)의 개념을 탐색하고, 이를 바탕으로 타당도와 신뢰도가 검증된 중학교 체육수업 심리 역량 척도를 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 방법: 중학교 체육수업 심리 역량 개념과 심리 역량 영역 및 하위 요인을 도출하기 위해 문헌고찰과 델파이 조사를 실시하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 중학교 체육수업 심리 역량 측정도구를 개발하기 위해 중학생 413명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 후 타당도 검증을 진행하였다. 결과: 중학교 체육수업 심리 역량 구조는 자기 성장 역량(하위 요인-긍정적 자기인식, 자기 관리, 진취성, 전략적 문제해결력) 및 공동체 참여 역량(하위 요인-존중, 협력적 소통, 규칙 준수, 공동체 의식)과 같이 2개의 역량영역과 각 영역별 4개의 하위 요인 구조로 도출되었다. 또한, 중학교 체육수업 심리 역량 측정도구는 자기성장 역량 4요인 18문항, 공동체 참여 역량 4요인 15문항으로 결정되었다. 결론: 연구에서 도출된 중학교 체육수업 심리 역량의 개념과 구조를 통해 체육수업 현장에서 역량 개념 이해와 평가를 위한 준거를 마련하였으며, 중학교 체육수업 심리 역량 척도는 중학교 체육수업에 참여하고 있는 학생의 심리 역량과 관련된 요인을 확인하고, 이를 측정할 수 있는 도구라는 점에서 향후 관련 연구의 발전을 위한 의미를 갖는다. Purpose: This study aims to explore the concept of PEPC-MS in middle school physical education classes and to develop scale of psychological competency in middle school physical education classes with proven validity and reliability based on them. Method: To derive psychological competency concepts, psychological competency areas and subfactors, Delphi survey was conducted on 14 professional groups. Based on this, 413 middle school students were surveyed and validated. Result: The structure of psychological competency in middle school was two sub-factor structures, such as self-growth competency and community engagement competency, and to define the concepts for each domain and sub-factor. Specifically, sub-factors of self-growth competency consisted of positive self-awareness, self-management, initiative, and strategic problem-solving, and community engagement competency were derived from respect, cooperative communication, rule compliance, and community consciousness. In addition, 18 items of self-growth competency and 15 items of community engagement competency were determined to measure the PEPC-MS scale. Conclusion: The concept and structure of the psychological competency of middle school physical education classes provided a basis for understanding and evaluating competency concepts in the field of physical education.

        중등체육에서 스포츠심리학의 연구 동향과 발전방향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the recent research trends by researching sports psychology papers related to secondary physical education, and to seek future development directions. To achieve the purpose, 6 Journals related to physical education and sports were searched for papers published from January 2000 to December 2019. The first survey, referring to studies by Kwon et al. (2015) and Hastie et al.(2011), produced major results such as journals, titles, year of listing, subjects(school level, gender, personnel, context), research methods, and variables. The second survey analyzed the research trends based on the publishing status, characteristics, methods and topics of the study. Of the 18,667 papers on research trends, 982 papers related to sports psychology in secondary physical education accounted for 5.3% of the total papers. The main research subjects were emotion(37.8%), participant characteristics(29.5%), cognitive psychology(19.5%), social psychology(9.4%), and peak performance psychology(3.8%). The direction of development obtained from the analyzed research contents are as follows. First, studies related to sports psychology in secondary physical education should be done in conjunction with changes in the physical education process. Second, related research should be conducted with changes in the times. Third, research should be in accordance with the research trends in psychology. Fourth, research needs to be connected with social- psychological variables that reflect the policies related to student athletes. Fifth, diversification of research methods, subjects, topics, etc. related to sports psychology will add to the depth of research.

        유튜브를 활용한 스포츠 양육의 효용성과 의미 탐색

        The purpose of this study is to find out the effectiveness and meaning of sports parenting using YouTube and to find out the social implications of sports parenting through YouTube. This study used a case study which is one of the qualitative research methods based on social constructionism. The total number of participants was11. Depth interviews were executed per each of them. The main meaning was extracted from each meaning of these interviews, and each meaning was categorized by difference or similarity to the main meaning according to Stake’s analysis method. The results of the study are as follows. 1) The effectiveness of sports parenting using YouTube were ‘economic effect’, ‘psychological effect’, and ‘educational effect’. 2) Sports parenting through YouTube had the meaning of ‘time with family’, ‘socialization into sports’, and ‘means of sports education’. 3) The social implications of sports parenting through YouTube were “means of sports parenting” and “good parents.”
