The purpose of this study was to analyze the kinematic and kinetic differences of gait between fashion model and normal women. Eight applicants for fashion model who is studying in Univ. and eight normal healthy women voluntarily participated in this study. A three-dimensional motion analysis system (VICON) and force plates were used to analyze the movements of the joints for the lower extremities. The results were as follows: There were significant differences for the angle value on maximum dorsiflexion of ankle joint, maximum flexion of knee joint and maximum flexion and extension of hip join t in gait cycle(p<.05). There were significant differences for the moment value on maximum dorsiflexion and plantarflexion of ankle joint, maximum extension of knee joint and maximum flexion of hip joint in gait cycle(p<.05). The gait velocity of fashion model was faster than the gait velocity of normal women. Fashion model had a pattern to make the lower extremity straight for expressing the beauty and strong during the gait. So, The fast gait velocity caused to make big range of motion in every joint. Fashion model restricted the dorsiflexion of ankle joint and make a more flexion in knee joint than normal women in swing phase. Also, Fashion model made a more flexion in hip joint than normal women in the initial and terminal phase of gait cycle. Fashion model had bigger value of moment in joints of lower extremity than normal women.

높은 굽 신발 보행 시 전면 접촉인솔이 보행 변수에 미치는 영향

        문곤성(Gon-sung Moon),김택훈(Tack-hoon Kim) 한국전문물리치료학회 2011 한국전문물리치료학회지 Vol.18 No.2

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of high heeled shoes with the total contact insert (TCI) on the frontal plane of the joints for the lower extremity during the gait. Ten healthy females voluntarily participated in this study and the height of the high heeled shoes was 7 ㎝. A three-dimensional motion analysis system (VICON) and force plates were used to analyze the movements of the joints for the lower extremities. The results were as follows: There were no significant differences for the angle value on the event of the gait cycle in the maximum eversion and inversion of the ankle joint, the varus and valgus of the knee joint, and the adduction and abduction of the hip joint (p>.05). But, there was a significant difference or the range of motion in the ankle joint (p<.05). The value of ankle and knee moment with a TCI was less than the value for no TCI. And there were significant differences for the moment value of the maximum inversion and eversion on the ankle joint and for the maximum varus and valgus on the knee joint (p<.05). Therefore, a TCI would be effective in stabilizing the joints of the lower extremities and increasing the balance of a body to reduce the injure from a fall during the gait.

Objective : The purpose of this study was to give the basic data for the cutting movement with the various angels on the poly urethane. Method : Ten healthy men voluntarily participated in this study. A three-dimensional motion analysis system (VICON) and force plates were used to analyze the movements of the joints for the lower extremities. For the statistical analysis the IBM SPSS 21.0 was used to perform repeated measured ANOVA and post-hoc comparison result was used to perform the Scheffe and the level of significance was set up at α=.05. Results : There were significant differences for the time required for the increasing angles of the cutting movement(p<.05). In addition, there were significant differences for the maximum dorsiflexion, plantarflexion of ankle joint, maximum flexion of knee joint and hip joint with the increasing the angles of cutting movement(p<.05). Also, there were significant differences for the maximum adduction and abduction angle of the hip joint with the increasing of the angles of cutting movement. There was signigicant difference for the resultant utilized coefficient of friction(RuCOF) for the increasing angles of cutting movement(p<.05). Conclusion : There was a pattern to increase the coefficient friction with the angle of cutting direction. Also, it would be possible to use the poly urethane for the outdoor floor with the results of this study.

굽 높이가 다른 하이힐 착용 후 달리기 시 하지 관절에 미치는 영향

        문곤성(Moon, Gon-Sung) 한국체육과학회 2014 한국체육과학회지 Vol.23 No.4

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the different height of high-heeled shoes on the lower extremity joint during the level running. Thirteen healthy women voluntarily participated in this study. A three-dimensional motion analysis system (VICON MX-F20, Oxford Metrics, Oxford, England) and force plates were used to analyze the movements of the joints for the lower extremities. High heel shoes were classified with flat, 5㎝ and 10㎝ height and velocity was not controled. The results were as follows: The velocity and step length were decreased for the height of high heel. The angle of ankle, knee and hip joint in sagittal and frontal plane had been effected on the height of heel and decreasing velocity. The breaking force was increased and propulsive force was decreased, vertical GRF was slightly decreased with the height of heel and decreasing velocity. The moment of ankle, knee and hip joint in sagittal and frontal plane had been effected on the height of heel and decreasing velocity. It was possible to find that the height of heel gave an effect on the ankle and hip joint and decreasing velocity gave an effect on the knee joint more.

경사면에서 골프 스윙 시 지면반력 분석

        문곤성(Moon, Gon-Sung),최지영(Choi, Ji-Young) 한국체육과학회 2012 한국체육과학회지 Vol.21 No.2

The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of the kinematics in golf swing for the flat lie, uphill lie and downhill lie of 10 degrees. Ten right-handed professional golfers were selected for the experiment and the 7 iron club was used. We used four forceplates to measure GRF and synchronized with the three-dimensional motion analysis system(VICON). The slopes could have negative effect on the coiling of lower limbs during back swing because of no good weight movement. The slopes could have negative effect on making maximum momentum because of interrupting the blocking of the lower limbs to minimize the dispersion of the weight and the release of the lower limbs after the impact during down swing, It might be very important to select an appropriate dub for the distance and accuracy with the slopes because of the negative effect on the maximum club head velocity.
