코로나 19(Covid-19)사태의 장기화로 비접촉 시스템이 선호됨에 따라 서비스 로봇 시장이 발전하고 있다. 그 중 공항은 특히 접촉에 대한 우려가 큰 장소로 공항 이용객의 안전과 편의를 위한 로봇시장의 발전이 필요하다. 따라서 영상인식 기반 Haar Cascade 알고리즘을 이용한 트래킹 및 자율주행 기술의 로봇을 개발하였다.

In this experimental paper, the juddering of automotive disk brake was analyzed by the finite element method, and compared with the experimental results. The relationship between specific modes of disk and pad, and hot spot were investigated. The characteristics of judder vibration were measured by using chassis-dynamo and the hot spots were photographed by using high-speed infrared camera. The vibration modes of the disk and pad were measured and a specific relationship between mode shape and hot spots was found. Results show that the judder vibration occurred due to the frequency modulation of the specific mode frequency of disk brake due to the non-linearity phenomenon. This relationship was analyzed by the frequency analysis of judder vibration.

Contact problems are of great importance in many mechanical system. There are two categories of contact problems according to the behavior of the system. The contact between two bodies is a static phenomenon if they are in static equilibrium. Otherwise the contact is a dynamic one The term contact-impact is often used to stress the dynamic effect. Numerical methods such as finite element method have been widely used for solving this kind of complicated contact problems. In this study, we utilized commacial finite element code named ABAQUS for anlyzing the contact behavior between rigid sphere and plate. We used PATRAN as pre-post processing tool. At first, static analysis is carried out for prediction the displacement and stress trends. With dynamic analysis, reasonably good results have been obtained.
