전략유형과 관리회계정보의 상호작용이 기업성과에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 기업의 전략유형에 따라 제공되는 관리회계정보에 차이가 있는지를 살펴보고, 전략유형과 관리회계정보의 관련성 및 이들 요인간의 상호작용이 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 규명하고자 하였다. 실증분석결과, 각 전략유형에 따라 관리회계시스템을 통해 제공되는 관리회계정보에 유의적인 차이가 존재하는 것으로 조사되었으며, 각 전략유형과 관리회계정보간에는 부분적으로 유의한 양(+)의 상관관계 있으며, 이들 요인간의 상호작용이 기업성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 공격형 전략은 유연성 관련 성과정보와 유의한 관련성이 있으며, 이들의 상호작용이 기업 성장에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 방어형 전략의 경우에는 품질 및 고객만족에 관한 성과정보와 양(+)의 상관관계가 존재하고, 이들은 기업의 수익성 및 성장에 상호작용을 통해 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 분석형 전략은 품질성과정보와 유의성 있는 관계가 있으며, 이들의 상호작용 또한 수익성에 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. This study investigates whether there are significant differences of management account informations according to the strategy types of enterprise and examines the relationships between strategy types and management account informations. And also we empirically examine the impact of interaction of strategy types and management accounting Information on firm's performance. As a results of empirical analysis, there are significant differences in the degree of provision management account informations according to the strategy types and there are positive correlations between strategy types and management accounting Informations partially. And the interaction terms of strategy types and management account informations affect on the performance of a firm positively.
