국외의 경우 의료기기의 품질보증(QA)의 중요성이 대두되고 있으나, 국내의 경우 품질보증 평가기준이 명확하게 제시되어 있지 않다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내ㆍ외 문헌 조사 및 비교 및 분석을 통하여 개선된 새로운 품질보증 평가기준 및 평가방법을 제시하고자 하였으며, 모의 평가 수행을 통하여 적합성을 확인하였다. 국내의 문헌 조사 결과, 다수의 항목이 주관적인 평가 방법을 이용하고 있으며, 정확성 및 재현성 평가로는 부족한 횟수로 측정을 수행하고 있다. 따라서 문제점들을 해결하기 위하여 객관적인 평가 방법 및 명확한 기준을 제시하고자 하였으며, 측정 횟수를 10회로 하여 정확성 및 재현성에 대하여 고려하였다. 모의 평가 결과, 제시한 평가 기준 및 평가방법에 모두 만족하는 것을 확인하였다. 그러나 국내에서만 시행하고 있는 항목과 고대조도 공간분해능에 대해서는 적합한 평가 기준 및 평가 방법을 정립하지 못하였다. 차후 국내 실정에 맞게 정립 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다. In foreign countries, the impotance of quality assurance (QA) is increasing, whereas QA evaluation standards are not established properly in Korea. Thus this study was conducted to suggest improved QA evaluation standards and methods by studying/comparing/analyzing the literature in both Korea and foreign countries and prove its suitability through simulated evaluation. result of research in south korea, much check list using the evaluation method subjective, the evaluation of accuracy and reproducibility is meausred in the number of missing. Therefore, attempts to present a clear reference evaluation and objective way to solve the problem, examined the accuracy and reproducibility and 10times of measurement. The results of the simulated evaluation satisfied both proposed evaluation standards and methods. However the QA evaluation standards and methods for the items that are implemented only in Korea and high-contrast spatial resolution could have been established. In this regard, there is a need of further studies on the establishment of QA evaluation standards and methods that suits Korean situation.

방사선사출신 병원사무장의 직무만족과 이직의사에 관한 연구

본 연구는 직무만족과 이직의사를 일반적 특성과 간단한 질문형의 내용으로 분석하여 방사선사출신 병원사무장들의 직 무만족과 이직의사에 대해 어떤 요인들이 영향을 미치는지에 대해 그 초점을 맞추었다. 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 우선 전체 직무만족도와 이직의사를 살펴보면 전체직무만족도는 2.94점이고, 이직의사는 2.68점이다. 5점 척도에 서 직무만족도는 평균 2.5점 보다 약간 높은 점수를 보여 그 다지 높은 직무만족도를 가지고 있다고 볼 수 없으며, 이직의도에서도 평균점을 약간 넘는 점수를 보여 대체적으로 이직하려는 경향이 있음을 파악할 수 있었다. 그러므로 방사선사출신 병원관리자의 경우, 연령이 증가함에 따라 받게 되는 정체성 때문에, 미래를 위한 새로운 투자가 필요할 것으로 본다. 현실에 안주하는 병원사무장이 아니라, 미래를 준비하는 관리자로 방사선출신 병원사무장들의 미래가 투명해지길 기대한다. Therefore the job satisfaction of organizational members should be raised to cut down on their turnover rate. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship of the general characteristics of radiological technologist-turned hospital managers to their job satisfaction and turnover intention in a bid to identify factors affecting their job satisfaction and turnover intention. The major findings of the study were as follows: First, as for job satisfaction and turnover intention, the radiological technologist-turned hospital managers investigated got a mean of 2.94 and 2.68 respectively on overall job satisfaction and turnover intention out of five points. Their job satisfaction was slightly above the average (2.5), which indicated that they weren't gratified with their job. Their turnover intention was a little above the average as well, which implied that there was a tendency for them to seek another job. The findings of the study seem to suggest that the radiological technologist-turned hospital managers should make a new investment in their own future as their identity was thrown into confusion with age. They are expected to make a preparation for their future to open up a new chapter for themselves instead of being merely contented with their present position.

본 연구는 치과에 방문하는 외래환자를 대상으로 방사선에 대한 인식을 분석하기 위해 실시하였다. 2014년 7월14일부터 8월14일까지 서울에 소재한 치과대학병원에 내원한 환자를 대상으로 설문지를 배부하여 회수된 110명의 설문자료를 분석하였다. 치과방사선검사환자의 방사선 인식 수준은 3.20±.065점으로 인식수준이 낮다고 할 수 있다. 방사선에 대한 지식이 부족한 수준이지만, 대체로 인체에 좋지 않는 영향을 미친다는 것과 차폐에 대한 필요성을 인식하고 있었다. 임상 현장에서는 더욱 적극적인 안내와 홍보를 통해 치과방사선환자들의 방사선에 대한 인식수준을 높이고, 방사선 피폭과 관 련한 올바른 정보제공을 위한 교육프로그램 개발이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. In this study, we analyzed the awareness of radiation of outpatients to dental clinic. The survey was conducted for outpatients of a university dental clinic of university in Seoul from July 14th 2014 to August 14th 2014. And we analyzed for 110 survey data. The level of awareness for radiation was 3.20±0.065 points. And it conducted as low level. Although the level of knowledge for radiation is low and insufficient, generally, the subjects recognized the adverse effects to the human body and the need for radiation shield. Consequently, as a result of this study, the awareness level for radiation must be improved by more active announcement and promotion in clinical field. And the development of education program for providing the correct information of the radiation exposure is considered necessary.
