본 연구에서는 자동차 자동변속기의 신개발 부품인 헬리컬 단조금형의 다양한 윤활제에 따른 타르이볼로지적 특성을 연구하였다. 윤활제는 점성계수가 다른 5가지를 사용하였으며, 비교 평가를 위하여 공기 중에의 마찰 마멸 실험을 행하였다. 마찰 마멸 실험은 pin-on-disk 형태의 시험기를 사용하였으며, 하중은 20-100N의 범위로 하였고 속도는 0.06-0.34m/s의 범위에서 실험을 행하였다. 마찰실험을 행한 결과 L-1, L-2, L-4, L-5와 같이 높은 점성을 가진 윤활제를 사용하였을 때, 속도가 증가함에 따라 마찰계수도 증가하는 경향을 보이고 있다. 반면, L-3와 같이 점성이 낮은 윤활제를 사용하였을 때에는 속도가 증가함에 따라 마찰계수가 감소하는 경향을 나타내고 있다. The purpose of this study is to find of tribologic characteristics on the various lubricants in helical forging mold which is new development part in mobile auto-transmission. There are 5-kinds of lubricant in which are different from in viscosity coefficient. This study has used the pin-on-disk type of friction wear test system and has used the normal load in the range of 20-100N. It was operated at the speed range of 0.06-0.34m/s. The friction coefficient in the higher kinematic viscosity oils which were L-1, L-2, L-4 and L-5 tends to increase slowly as the velocity increase. In low kinematic viscosity oil L-3, the friction coefficient tends to decrease as the velocity increase.
세라믹(BNT)-폴리머(LCP) 복합체 제조 및 유전특성

In this research, the composites (100-x)LCP-xBNT (x = 0, 10, 20, 30, 40 vol.%) were fabricated with thermoplastic LCP(Liquid Crystal Polymer) and BNT($BaNd_2Ti_4O_{12}$) which is a high frequency dielectric material. Their dielectric properties, mechanical strength and microstructure were investigated by Impedance analyser, Instron and SEM. In order to fabricate LCP-BNT composites, LCP resin was put into the twin screw type mixer($310^{\circ}C$), melted by keeping for 10 min. After that, BNT filler was dispersed with melted LCP resin for 15 min. in the mixer. For measuring the dielectric properties and mechanical strength, Composite specimens were made by pressing composite granule (LCP-BNT) with 7 ton in the mold at $310^{\circ}C$. With increasing the BNT content (0~40 vol.%) of the composite, Its dielectric constant increased, dielectric loss and flexural strength decreased. The dielectric constant and flexural strength of composites with 20~30 vol.% of BNT filler are 4.1~6.0 and 35~55 MPa respectively. BNT/LCP composite is the potential substrate material for the high frequency application.
RF 마그네트론 스퍼터링법으로 증착된 Multiferroic BiFeO₃ 박막의 미세구조 및 자기적 특성

BiFeO₃ (BFO) thin films were deposited on Pt/Ti/SiO₂/Si(100) substrates by RF magnetron sputtering method at room temperature. The influence of the flow rate of O₂ gas on the preparation of BiFeO₃ thin films was studied. XRD results indicate that the BiFeO₃ thin films were crystallized to the perovskite structure with the presence of small amount of impurity phases. The flow rate of O₂ gas has great affect on the microstructures and magnetic properties of BiFeO₃ thin films. As flow rate of O₂ gas increased, roughness and grain size of the thin films increased. BiFeO₃ thin films exhibited weak ferromagnetic behavior at room temperature. The PFM images revealed correlation between the surface morphology and the piezoresponse, indicating that the piezoelectric coefficient is related to microstructure.

The purpose of this study is to find of friction characteristics on the coating conditions in cold forging of helical gear which is new development part in mobile auto-transmission. There are 3-kinds of coating conditions which are Co1, Co2 and Co3 containing S. This study has used the pin-on-disk type of friction wear test system. It was operated at the load range of 20-100N and at the velocity range of 0.06-0.34㎧. As a result of friction, the friction coefficient is low in friction of SM45C and Co2, Co1 and Co1, Co1 and Co3. In load of 20N, the friction coefficient is high value different with other loads. The friction coefficient tends to decrease as the velocity increase.

In this study we have tested friction coefficient of the materials which is used in helical gera forging depending on the lubrication. We have used three kinds of oils which are different kinematic viscosity as L-1, L-2 and L-3. The friction of L-2 with lower kinematic viscosity is higher values than others. L-1 and L-2 are fluid lubrication in stribeck curve on the other hand L-2 is boundary lubrication.

This study was carried out to investigate the characteristics of Habutae and Chiffon woven with silk and polyester (S/P) compound yarn. The S/P compound yarn could be produced by the automatic reeling machine with attachment of air jetting device, polyester yarn guider and tension control apparatus. The surface structure, tensile Property and dyeing fastness of S/P compound fabric were examined for the fabric properties. Electron microscopy revealed that most part of S/P compound yarn was well interlaced and some silk part of compound yarn were hidden by polyester on an examination of surface of chiffon fabric. By the one bath and two step dyeing of disperse and acidic dyes, the colour fastness of S/P compound fabrics were 4 grade above. The tenacity and initial modulus of the finished S/P compound fabric were lower than those of grey and degummed fabrics, but reversed in elongation.
