연 폭로 근로자들의 자가증상과 연흡수지표에 관한 연구

        이병국,남제성,안규동,남택승 大韓産業醫學會 1991 대한직업환경의학회지 Vol.3 No.1

To investigate the prevalence of subjective symptoms of lead absorption in lead workers and to clarify the interrelationship between subjective symptoms & some parameters of lead exposure, 510 lead workers(male:451, female:59) completed 14 questionnaires related to lead absorption. Lead in blood, zinc hematocrit and personal history of lead workers were also measured. The results obtained were as follows : 1. The most frequent symptom in male workers was "feeling tried generally". The second and the third one were "loss of weight" and "numbness of fingers, hands or feet" respectively. 2. The most frequent symptom in female workers was "numbness of finges, hands or feet". The second and the third one were "feeling tired generally" and "loss of weight" respectively. 3. The most rare symptom both in male and female workers was "intermittent pains in lower abdomen". 4. The prevalences of two symptoms("can't sleep well" and "loss of weight") were increased significantly by the increase of blood lead of workers. 5. The prevalences of four symptoms("numbness of fingers, hands of feet", "weakness of fingers, hands or feet", "joint pain" and "loss of weight") were increased significantly by the increase of blood ZPP of workers. 6. The prevalences of all lead symptoms except two symptoms("numbness lf fingers, hands or feet" and "feeling irritated at the slightest disturbance") were decrease of age. 7. Overall symptom prevalence was positively correlated with blood ZPP and blood lead but negatively correlated with age and work duration. 8. Stepwise multiple regression analysis, using overall symptom prevalence as dependent variable and blood lead, ALAU, hemoglobin, hematocrit, work duration, age and sex as independent variables, indicated that only age and blood ZPP were significantly contributed to the dependent variable.
